I am rejecting this response because:I did finally get a hold of a representative at Doba yesterdayAlthough, our agreement over the phone is that they would issue an email with our agreement and a full refund, which I am still waiting onI do realize this can take a few days, although I have been told this before and no refund has been madeThe Manager I spoke with, did make it clear that this will be issued this timeI am putting my faith in that he is telling the truth, but I have not received an email or writing that confirmed the agreement.Until, I receive both items for email and full refund, as discussed in the phone call on May 24, 2016, I will not accept the response or resolution of this compliant. As well as I am not happy with the services I received as I have been dealing with this issue for months now.

I am rejecting this response because: I'm pretty sure accepting it would close the process, when all they've offered to do is look into it further as their records "dont match"My original complaint held my DOBA # (***), it is the number I used at every call in, in addition to my name (*** ***), and at no point in any of my myriad calls was I told that that number and my name did not appear in their records I suspect this is just another delaying tactic.I cancelled on the 26th of June, they received that cancellation letter on the 29th of June, they failed to process the refund until after the 16th of July, and only then after multiple calls and complaints, it is now the 2nd of September It has been almost days since I cancelled and they have still not fully refunded the money

I am rejecting this response because: Doba is not honoring my Free Lifetime Membership with an online business that provides a website for me to use (approx$40/month). This was promised in 2011. They are bringing up all kinds of other reasons not to honor this commitment. I will accept something else as a replacement but they will not see fit to offer anything for a very bad situation for me. Five years of work lost and not desire to help in spite of the fact that I still have four accounts with Doba at present. Not a good way to go. Doba is misrepresenting themselves as outlined...1. Doba says...Doba offered you this service FREE in the past and you did not take advantage. I state...I took advantage of this Free Lifetime membership for over years and worked in my store diligently with continued plans to invest more into it.2. Doba says...We no longer partner with those specific companies and so the time has past for you to redeem that offer. I state...Doba knows this company changed ownership and could continue my free lifetime membership with them (Commerce Rocket) and Doba also has partnered with www.bigcommerce.com and they provide the same kind of service that www.commercerocket.com did. Doba knows they could still honor my free lifetime membership with a business that provides a website.

I am rejecting this response because: your comany was told I though it was Yety that I canceled as I made that injury myself and canceled I though DOBA was Yety so that response stated by you will not applyMy account was charged for febuary for some dollars and you need to reverse what you charged to my account *** *** has no credit card or business with me, so you accessed and charge agaist my account which is illegally accessing my fundsI do not know your comany and wish this to end with my account to be credited back from any funds you have taken period

I am rejecting this response because:My primary complaint was not about the value and use of a Doba membership, although, as I stated, I did not find much value in it (as evidenced by the fact that I only sold -items in months and that, at a loss after fees) I still have some perfumes I bought through my Doba account that are listed on ebay (have been for months)--at the price I have them listed, I will lose money if they ever do sell :P I imagine there are people who do well, but in the time I spent--and I worked hard and spent a lot of time listing items, and working through price lists etc...I had zero success.My primary complaint was about the guarantee (the issues with the value and use were mentioned as they were unsatisfactory after I agreed to continue trying) As you did in our emails when I was communicating with you, you keep bringing up the standard Doba guaranteeAs I have explained repeatedly, I am not discussing that! I'll say it again: I was told I would receive a refund from Doba by the company that put us together--you all got my name from them- when they refunded me for my power seller training *** *** contacted me by phone the next day--if you check the recorded call, I said quite clearly that I was only interested in giving it a separate go, IF I maintained the opportunity for a refund still. It irritates me that I was lied to, basically...if you have an issue with the fact that my seller training group told me you would refund me, you should take it up with them versus making me pay

I am rejecting this response because: their response is not accurate, I was not concerned about the fact that you can't make money with their drop shipmentI canceled because I could not make money with their drop shipment programMy complaint was that I canceled my account, started the cancellation survey that they make you fill out just to cancel, even though you click on the cancel my account buttonTheir site froze while I was doing the cancellation survey After seeing I had been charged for this account I contacted their customer service, who proceeded to tell me that they could see that I had opened the cancellation survey but it was not finished therefore my account was charged and my money would not be refundedIn their response to this complaint they claim the cancellation was never opened even though their own customer service representative confirmed to me on the phone that he could see that I had opened the cancellation survey after clicking the "cancel my account" button but it was never finished Even though my Revdex.com complaint is not about the money making aspect of their business since they put it out there I will say I tried to list products on Amazon, while listing that product it showed me that other listings of the same product was listed for $cheaper than what the vendor was offering through Doba by the exact same vendorSo by listing that product not only would I not make money I would have to take it at a loss just to sell the product
