is a service that can be used in conjunction with Doba to help one to source
products that are not currently available through Doba or non drop-ship-able
itemsThis service also helps retailers to make money through the use of
affiliate marketing programsThe SimpleSource directory allows a retailer to,
if not work with them as a retailer, at least send leads to the supplier by way
of affiliate marketingIt is a great way to supplement income and work into a position
of selling the products from the supplier directly.
The
curated inventory lists are a fairly new service that Doba has started
providing since October These lists are curated—grouped together
especially with specific needs that you defineIt is a great way to
immediately have items to sell online or fill a marketplace such as a website.
At this
point, a refund on your account would only be through the terms of the Money
Back Guarantee, which were explained to you when you signed up for your Doba
Account, and included in the Terms of Use at the time you signed up for your
membershipEligibility for the Money Back Guarantee on your lifetime
membership would not be until September 2016.
We
recommend that you use the account and list items for saleThe reason being
that you can profit and make much more than the membership fee you paid

I am rejecting this response because I followed your trial cancelation policy. During the seven days of trial, I clicked the cancel button in the dashboard (just as you described in your response); however, your system did not allow it to complete. I was instead redirected to call to cancel. I did that, but being that it was during the weekend (days 6&7 were sat and sun), no one was there to take my call. The only thing I could do was call back Monday... Which is exactly what I did. I did everything as you wrote, but got a different result. I don't understand why you're not honoring thw agreement. I understand your position, but I followed the procedure as I was instructed. Your system glitched or whatever... Either way I wasn't able to do over the weekend as I was supposed to be able to do. And it wasn't for the lack of trying and following procedure.

We hope our guarantee helps prove that commitment to you.In my experience, we cannot provide you the $120 worth of free membership without being able to investigate the listings or the sales with the supplier. Just as was stated in the original sales call, “you have the right to revoke any offer over the phone within the 3 days following the sales call. We ask that you send a physical letter to our address in Lehi, UT with your written request to cancel the service.” This was expected, but was not completed. You did however, state over the phone with Mark that you wished to cancel, to which he responded with the value points of the service and how to make it work for you. As a sales rep, he was doing his job to help you feel confident in the service and utilizing it. You left a voicemail with him over the weekend stating that you still wanted to cancel the membership and you emailed in requesting that cancellation as well.We will honor your cancellation request as it was within the 3 day period following your upgrade. The refund of $[redacted] has been issued to you today, but will likely appear in your bank account within 3 to 5 business days. The confirmation number of that refund is [redacted]. This service, like many services, is not meant to be all-inclusive to make a business complete; it is only access to product data and tools to help in the process. effective the day of and is not retroactiveThis means that if an account has
been billed for a month of access before one requests cancellation, the
cancellation stops the recurring or following billingThis is delineated in
Doba's Terms of Use (https://www.doba.com/site/terms/)
If you register a new account on August
1st, your accepted payment form on file will be billed that day and the next
Billing Cycle Date is September 1stIf the normally scheduled Billing Cycle
Date falls on the 29th, 30th or 31st, but the current month does not have this
date, the Billing Cycle Date will be adjusted to fall on the last day of that
monthYou must cancel or change your subscription before the next Billing
Cycle Date to avoid additional chargesWhen you cancel your subscription, your
access to the Doba site is terminated beginning on the account's next Billing
Cycle Date.
This

As I said earlier, I do not wish to continue with selling your products as I was not able to profit from them.  They are high priced and Ebay's suggesting retail price is less than what the cost is from your company.  I have wasted enough time and money, that I refuse to waste anymore.  I am not asking for a full refund but would like at least half.  I will follow this to the end and will not give up.  I feel I was taking advantage of.

Dear [redacted], I read through your complaint and I would like to address your concerns. Your concerns include the sign up of your account, the cancellation process, and the refund process. I will address these concerns below.  You came to the Dobal.com website and you signed...

up for your free trial on 11/15/2015. You entered your credit card account and  your free trial was set to auto-bill at the end of the 7-day free trial period; on 11/22/2015 the account was set to bill you for the monthly account service.   The cancellation process is provided to all our customers in two ways: via you Doba.com account in the billing section, you could have cancelled anytime. Or via phone by dialing 877-321-3622, which is provided on the Doba website, and speaking with a Customer Service representative.  I do not show any record that you attempted to cancel your account. However I see that on 2/1/2016 you did cancel you account online by yourself without calling in.   This option was always provided to you and you could have cancelled your account at any time at your convenience. These being the facts on the account we do not see that you qualify for a refund at this time.
