My bathtub faucet broke in the "on" position on Friday night. After trying unsuccessfully to fix the problem myself, I called the Pink Plumber. Jack [redacted] showed up at my house first thing on Saturday morning and fixed the problem in about an hour and half. I was really impressed with his professionalism and responsiveness. The faucet is working great now. I'll definitely call The Pink Plumber the next time I need plumbing work done.
About two weeks ago, I hired this pluming company;because Feaces was overflowing from my sewage line going out into the county main line.When the Plummer arrived he look at the problem and said that my sewer line was blocked and he is going to snake out the line to unclog it.He discuss the price for the job and I agreed to pay him the $479.50 that he quote me as the cost for the job. He proceed by cutting off the cap on breathing line right by the house, upon doing so, sewage started to gush out into my yard like a mighty flood.Inspite of that he proceed to snake the line out, as my yard continued to flood out , I asked him if he don't have a machine to put on the line to collect all that sewage that is gushing out. He said yes but that would be a bigger machine and it would cost me more,if he should use it. I then said to you should have given me that option before you started the job ,and further more how much more expensive than $479.50 you charged me could this job be? He quickly ignored my question and stated no need to worry, I don't think this is coming from your line it must be the county line backing up into your line. He then went into the street and remove the manhole covers and said yeah this is the county problem this Manhole is almost full. He then said you need to call the county to come out and fix it . I then asked him so who,is going to clean up all this sewage from around my house he said the county is responsible to cleaning it up. I am done working and you will have to pay me the full amount I charged you and the county will be responsible to reimburse you the amount you pay me. I then realized he did not care and was just after collecting money for filling up my yard with sewage.I did not hesitate to pay him I gave him a check for the full amount .
When the county came out they informed me that a trained and experienced Plummer should know that the problem is with the county line because of where the sewage was seeping out of my breathing line ; closer to the road and not the one just by my house. I called the company a few days later just to find out how much more I would have to pay for them to use a bigger machine which would prevent all that sewage from flood my yard, and if all that sewage was coming from my house who would be responsible to cleaning up my yard ,I was transferred to the plumbing supervisor whom the receptionist claim did not have a direct line or an extention number ,so I was directed to leave him a message and wait for a reply. Until today no reply.
Its obvious that this business lack customer service and problem resolution skills.
I would not recommend them to any one......

We had a very positive experience with Pink Plumber on October 2. We discovered that our lack of hot water was due to a leak in our old hot water heater. It was the original unit from when the house was built in 1995-96. On a Sunday, mind you, we called 404-222-PINK and within a few hours we had a technician at our house. He (Brian P.) explained the situation to us and we had our hot water heater replaced that day. The work took in and around three hours. I'm never happy to have to spend that kind of money but Brian made sure we took advantage of any coupons or discounts and that really helped.
The Pink Plumbers are awesome, they call and email you 1 hour prior to when the tech comes , and when they email you they send a picture of the plumber coming so you know who is going to be doing the work. As well as their work service, how many years in the business and experience. I highly recommend them

Megan was very courteous and accommodating in assisting me with scheduling, etc. when the technician Steve arrived at my home he went right to work to identify the problem, fix it and then made a call to assist me with getting the clean up started as soon as possible. Luckily we had Brian P. from Pink Plumber to advise us, and work with us to resolve the issue. Brian was very professional the entire time, and the other crew members he brought with him were of the same high quality. Brian had the house plumbed through the attic in one day, and came back the next day to finish with the heat shield and other touch up work. I do not remember the other team members or I would put them in this review to reflect what a wonderful job they did. The house is leak free, and I have Brian and Pink Plumber to thank. After experiencing a break in my water line, I contacted The Pink Plumber for help. They immediately put me on their list for the same day and Brian [redacted] answered the call. He spent all afternoon in the heat repairing a poorly installed connection and I now have water. He was polite and considerate and the price was not exorbitant.

I had two toilets with issues and needed to replace the kitchen faucet. After initial inspection Jim prepared me for worst and best case scenario. I am pleased to say he kept saying, " flange looks great and doesn't need to be replaced." And so on where the final cost were at the low end of the estimate.
