I have been using The Pink Plumber for over four years for my plumbing needs. I was delighted to find out they now ovffer HVAC services. I was in need of replacing one of my furnaces that were almost 30 years old. The technician Patrick Dishinger came out and took a look at the old furnace then made a recommendation after talking with me. A few days later I had him install a Lennox gas furnace and couldn't be happier. He was very professional, did a great job on the install and follow up and I feel he recommended exactly the right product for me.
I plan to use him again to replace the other units.
This is an impeccable company. We have called twice, both emergencies. They were Johnny-on-the-spot. Tim helped us the last time, and he was wonderful. He solved the problem quickly on Easter Sunday(!). I wholeheartedly recommend this company. We will be calling them for all our future plumbing needs.
Never call this company. They are a bunch of crooks. They should be called the pink robbers. They charged me $511.25 for a 10 min job. BEWARE. Avoid at all cost.
Hot Water Heater - I highly reccomend Pink Plumber! Shannon C[redacted] came to my apointment on time, was profesional, and walked me through the whole process. He also gave me tips to help avoid any issues in the future. Shannon was awesome! Great organization - everything was completed as quoted and top quality!

Broken internal mechanism in toilet tank. Called Saturday morning and was given Sunday morning four hour window for service. They called Sunday morning and said they couldn't make it our and wanted to reschedule for during the week, which I can't do.
When I told them that I would have called another plumber if they had only told me they couldn't make it on the weekend, the scheduler asked me, "Do you only have one toilet!" I told her that it wasn't a matter of how many toilets I have, but that they should honor their commitments and schedule more realistically.
Very disappointed...wanted to try someone who gave to charity, but they must be competent as well
I submitted request online and was called within 10 min; they came out on a Sunday with no extra charge. Brian Payne was very professional and explained what needed to be done in a way could understand. Great job! Thank you!!
The tech that came to my house was so polite, very informed and explained everything he would have to do before he began, was courteous and did a wonderful job. I would recommend him to anyone.
I can highly recommend the Pink Plumber. David [redacted] quickly identified and repaired a pinhole leak behind our wall without cutting too much drywall. All for a reasonable price. Thanks!
This is our second experience with The Pink Plumber. Brian [redacted] is the plumber that came out. He was very thorough and patient with me. I am reluctant to call anyone unless it is absolutely necessary as I have been taken advantage of in the past. I was very pleased with the service and will definately call them again in the future.
I had a very positive experience with Pinker Plumber. My water dispenser and the hose attachment under the kitchen sink started leaking so I needed quick service. Employee David F[redacted] arrived on time, evaluated the situation and resolved the problem. He even helped me choose a new part from Home Depot and installed it. All time, he remained courteous and professional.
I know it's been 15 years since last pump pink plumber sent ANT out to pump my [redacted] very professional arrived on time found tank pumped my [redacted] explained in full of all issues cleaned up I will definitely be in touch in 3 years for another pump

I really liked that he could answer all my questions without referring to a tech since he was my install guy.(a good business model) He was on time, did exactly what he said he would do, and left me with a working and clean site. I have worked with many local companies as I own several rentals and I have no hesitation recommending this company. I also like that they give back to an important non profit. Shows community responsibility.
