I had my septic tank serviced on 6/11/16 by Antonio B[redacted] and Darnell H[redacted] and due to my travels I was not able to provide this record of service. To have this still at the forefront of my mind should show as a testament to the outstanding service I received by two of the most professional young men I have had the privileged to encounter. Not only did they show a well-developed knowledge for their craft, but they were extremely helpful in educating us throughout their stay. So often when conducting business or having someone perform work at your home you feel a little off centered waiting to see the outcome. This was one of the very few experiences I can honestly say I felt at ease knowing the job would be done beyond my satisfaction well before the job was completed. I truly take my hat off to both Antonio and Darnell for their joint partnership and workmanship and if it were my choice, I would not want anyone caring for my septic needs not just in this home but any home I have with a septic tank. I cannot thank you both enough for the outstanding service you provided.

This is the second time that I have used the Pink Plumber and am very satisfied with the results. You got to my house promptly and fixed the problem quickly. I can't ask for any more than that.

They were quick to respond to our call....but once on site the installer was quick to find additional work. So a $341.00 job turned into $1,100.00 job that took an hour to complete and most of that time was spent on the phone with me. The additional work did not warrant that much of an increase. Needless to say I was disappointed with the prices. $1,100.00 for one hour of work and stock material is a very profitable job in my opinion.

Jodi was excellent. I would highly recommend him and his crew.

Had a water heater leak at nite. Two technicians returned our call immediately and assisted in getting water turned off. Scheduled heater replacement for first thing next morning. Brian [redacted] the plumber, was on-time and gave a me a estimate. A replacement heater was on the truck and well as shut-off valve replacement. Everything replaced and tested within 3 hours. Very happy with the experience.

Arrived within the time window scheduled. Very informative and helpful during resolution of the problem. Worked very hard to ensure that we were left with working plumbing.

I suspected a leak in my home-to-street water line & began to research plumbing companies. I landed on The Pink Plumber after referrals from a couple of friends and from what I found in reviews on-line on several sites. I called & spoke with Dave, the Plumbing Manager & made an appointment for a review of the situation & an estimate. Jack [redacted] was the technician sent out & he was on-time, courteous, professional & very patient with my many questions. I decided the quote was as fair as I could get & liked the service so far, so I hired them. Jack left my home a bit ago, after having completed the job. He and his trenching crew ran into some unexpected lines in my sprinkler system & had to wait on the utility marking people to come out on a rush basis to complete the marking of 2 utilities they had not done properly. This no doubt delayed Jack & his crew's schedule too, but they were calm and courteous about it all. Once the work was completed, Jack double-checked things with me & left me feeling like I had in deed made the right decision to hire The Pink Plumber. I won't hesitate to recommend them to clients, friends & neighbors!

Pink Plumber came out on a Sunday to fix a leak near my water meter. I agreed to their $45 trip fee. After seeing the estimate of $588, The said the pipe needed to be cut and replaced. knowing that in the recent past my neighbor had a similar issue that costs under $150 to resolve. I declined the work. Plt paid the $45 with no arguement. The next day I got another professional plumber to come out. They found it only needed tightening at the connection. Repaired, cleaned the hole and lawn and cost $100. The difference in job estimate and price infuriated me. I called Pink Plumber and after speaking with four different ndividuals over two day, they refused to reimburse the $45. Avoid these "Create a bigger sale" folks who have obsecne business practices. I'm quite sure the additional $488 would NOT have gone to Susan G. Kohmen. A simple "We are so sorry for the misdiagnosis." and reimbursed the $45 would have bought them good will and a 2nd chance. Now they should get what they deserve.

Today was my first time using The Pink Plummer. My experience was EXCELLENT overall, from the time I setup an appointment until complete the job. Customer Service on the phone was great. DAVID [redacted] was our service technician and did a fantastic job. He was prompt, professional, explained the situation in detail and repaired very quickly and well cleaned after job completed. I definitely will use him again and recommend to any of my friends.

We are like most people ...we don't really pay attention to the septic system; until something horrible happens.

We bought our house just 3 short months ago and never gave it much thought, but we noticed the drains moving rather slowly and a rotten egg/sewer smell happening throughout the weeks. We knew that the septic might need to be pumped but we thought we had time, cause we just moved in and there is no way it would be terrible in that short of time. Little did we know!

One day the sewage not only backed up in the house, it actually poured down the walls in the basement. We called a plumber first and he found a pipe that hadn't been capped off ... so he capped it and told us that the septic was OVER FULL... not draining at all actually. He took the cleanout cap off in the yard so the backup wouldn't happen in the sinks and tubs, but it would drain in the yard. We called Pink Plumber and set an appointment for them to come out.

Now they run a special for $195 to pump a tank and we thought AWESOME... it will be cheap.
It was not! The people who lived here before us, never pumped the tank... it should be done every 3 - 5 yrs and they lived here for 8 yrs... so you can imagine how terrible it was. I cried when the tanks were opened (we have a two tank system, one being for solids and one for just liquids.) We had SOLIDS in the liquid only ... and not just a little. We had SOLIDS in the Flowlines.... just FYI... just liquids in those as well.

Now we also noticed that there were things that looked like concrete in there... just solid looking and hard and HUGE....but it wasn't concrete... alas, it was GREASE!!!!! A lot of it too...and things most people KNOW BETTER than to flush, like plastic items and other non-flushables.

The technican they sent out to us, Ant.... was a God send... he not only explained everything, he CARED! I cried my eyes out as I finally understood the gravity of the situation. The tank could be pumped for the $195, but it would cost extra for the extra fluids that were there in the stoppage, and it WOULDN'T fix the issue, it would in fact only grant us a 2 - 3 day break and then we would continue to have the issue. It would cost a lot more to fix the problem and give us the life of the system back.

The issue was MONEY. We were told there was financing, but you have to pay half up front and then you make a monthly payment to pay off the cost. We didn't have HALF... we had about a quarter of the money needed. :(

Ant saw that we were trying so very hard to come up with the money and he decided to work harder for us. He called his bosses and financial people and they were able to work with us...like really work with us. (I called them today and they worked with US AGAIN!!)

Ant got everything taken care of and he fixed the system, getting rid of all the nasty and jetting the system so that the flowlines worked properaly again. He explained everything that we would need to know and told us how to help save money. We have a lot of people in the house and we all like showers and clean clothes....but we knew the system just got some treatments and would need a little extra time to get the treatments to actually have time to work.

He repaired everything and even fixed another issue a different company caused and didn't charge us EXTRA.... he gave us a price that we could afford and though the process cost more, we are paying ONLY the Flat Rated Fee he assigned to us.

I feel like we not only have a company we would recommend to everyone, but we have a friend. I know that in 3 yrs .. we will ONLY have to pay the $195 tank pump price, because we are going to be mindful to the work that Ant did ... and the things he explained. We will never have to fear the septic backing into the house again... and we will always tell friends and family who to call when they have issues.

To everyone else, if you haven't had your system cleaned and checked at least every 5 yrs... CALL NOW... get that done ASAP, before you find you have issues like us. The costs can be high to get the system done, but it could be WORSE... much worse. Doing what we had done is almost $3500... but we payed a flat fee instead... the prices to FIX a broken system can cost you upwards to $20,000. So ... call and get your system done by the people who will work with you if you need it... and who will CARE for you and yours. :)

Dave [redacted] was great! He explained the issue regarding the toilet bowl gargling. He was patient and thorough with his repair. This contributed in mw wanting to continue an ongoing service relationship with The Pink Plumber.

I had a water heater that was ready to spring a leak. I called Pink Plumber and they set an appointment for a plumber to come out. The Plumber was David Fowler. He showed up on time. He was friendly, professional, quick and when he was done the area was clean. I want to thank Pink Plumber and David Fowler for a jobe well done. I will recommend you and use you guys again.

Very professional and knowledaable. Called for service on a weekend late Saturday. Showed up ahead of estimate time and prepared to complete job.

THIS MAY BE A SECOND SEND AS MY COMPUTER DECIDED TO TAKE A BREAK WHILE I WAS TYPING MY PREVIOUS COMMENTS!
I just recently had a positive experience with The Pink Plumber. When I arrived home one afternoon, I found water spurting through my sheetrock in the kitchen. Fortunately for me, there was a Pink Plumber truck at a neighbor's house. I quickly went and ask the plumber, Brian Payne, if he could help me when he finished there. He said he would/could, but I should call the main # to make the appointment, which I did. Brian was very professional and knew exactly what the problem was and what to do to fix it, which he did as quickly as possible. I can certainly recommend The Pink Plumber after my experience!

David [redacted] was our technician/plumber and did an amazing job. I called on a Sunday and he was here within a couple of hours and stayed until the job was done. I highly recommend The Pink Plumber and you'd be lucky to get David.

Wonderful experience - considering we had the septic tank pumped! Friendly, efficient, on time, and professional. We have already recommended this company to our neighbors. Finally, as a breast cancer survivor of 6 years I appreciate the company's efforts at combating the disease. Our thanks for a job well done! [redacted]

David F[redacted] visited my home today (May 16,2016) to figure out why I had low water pressure. It only took him about 15 minutes to diagnose and an additional 15 to fix. He was very informative and the price was was reasonable. Would highly recommend David to family and friends.

We have a water emergency resulting from a broken hot water valve in the master shower recently. It happened on a Sunday afternoon. A plumber showed up in response to the emergency call was useless in offering any diagnostic help for repair/replacement part. All he did was shut off the water from the main then left. Paid something for nothing.

We then contacted The Pink Plumber for the next day service. Geoff [redacted] was systematic in his diagnosis and was able to detect the source of the problem. He was knowledgeable with his trade. He knew the exact replacement parts, got them and fixed the problem.

I had an awesome experience with Pink Plumber. That representative that came out to pump my tank was very professional , prompt and knowledgeable. He was very knowledgeable of his job and was able to answer all questions that I had. He made me feel very comfortable by explaining the process from start to finish. . Thanks for sending an amazing service tech Ben. Your service tech has earned my business with Pink Plumbers.!!!! Keep up the good work!!!

David [redacted] from the Pink Plumber arrived today at my home. I explained my problem and I thought it would be a lot worse but fortunately he knew exactly what the leaky problem was and fixed it! I was very impressed with his work, knowledge and customer service.
Thank you Pink Plumber....will refer to others also
