I had to call cooperate and regional office in-order for manager from that store to call me backHe ended up giving me the tire and warranty because I was right on my partI still had to pay little out of pocket for warranty again, little over
20$He also clam that I will have their certificate on all four tires and I am hoping they keep their part of word nowHe did show on receipt that I got three tires replaced, but I didn'tjust oneIf their are issues I will be going back.As far as my rim goes, they did nothing about ittold me its from roadthe mark was in the center of the rim and was not their beforeI take care of my car and get it professionally cleaned regularlyI did not notice it till after the eventHe didn't do anything about itI am not too happy over allI am not sure if I will do business with them again.Thank you***

Have been in contact with customer to replace the sensors. Customer says she will have husband go to store at the Forum when he comes back into town

I am rejecting this response because:No one has contacted me after the complaint was filed It is not true Perhaps the business is suggesting that I was contacted on the day of the problem That
is true; however, the manager who contacted me only reiterated what I had been told at the shop He said the shop followed company rules and that the shop technician was correct and I was wrong I lodged this complaint because I reject his logic and his conclusion. I have not been contacted since filing this complaint

With the industry standards set by the tire manufacturers, the automobile manufacturers, and the Rubber Manufacturing Association, we follow these guidelines for the safety of our customers
Rubber compounds break down over time and this can cause an adverse effect on the tires ability to
perform
With the tires being at the year time frame, we are currently unable to perform the services that we have done in the past for the customer due to the age of the tires
If the customer would like to discuss other options to replace the tires for their safety, we would be more then happy to look into this for him
We thank you for the feedback, however our first consideration is the safety of our customers and our people, to educate them with the right information to keep both parties safe

I am rejecting this response because: 1) Company response to Revdex.com complaint does not make any logical sense, 2) I desire to have...

it written out as to why I was placed on a "watchlist, 3) Question has yet to be answered if family members are also on "watchlist," 4) Why was $723.50 issued to me for no apparent reason other than bribe money for me to be quiet and 5) All pertinent information has been forwarded to the appropriate private, public and law enforcement entity for review of actions of [redacted] and [redacted] personnel undertaken from time period of May 2017 until January 2018.
