The store manager has submitted a claim with our corporate office and our claims department will be in contact with the customer so that an adjuster can take a look at the vehicle.

communication with our associates.  At Discount Tire we offer our customers a credit alternative to Visa/MC etc.  We outsource our private label credit program to Synchrony Financial so we can concentrate on selling tires and wheels.  Unfortunately, we have no control over the credit decisions and are unable to have Mr. [redacted] account re-opened.    Synchrony, like many credit providers, utilizes the credit bureaus as a tool to evaluate customer accounts and extend credit lines to consumers.    Discount Tire has forwarded this complaint to Synchrony Financial for review and they will be addressing Mr. [redacted] directly, as we are considered a third party to the CarCareONE accounts and his information can’t be shared with us.  While we can only apologize for Mr. [redacted] recent experience we want him to know that we truly value his business and hope we can serve him well in the future.

The customer hs been conacted and a resolution has been reached.

The store has contacted the customer, explained the certificate program and offered to replace the tire in question at no cost.
 The customer accepted and will be in this week to have the tire replaced

Discount Tire has been in contact with Mr [redacted].  We ar refunding him for the entie amount of his purchase and we beleive this matter to be resolved.

The Customer has been contacted and a refund has been issued on 9/30/2017.

Spoke to the executive and the store manager about customer.  Customer has 38K miles on a 40K tire.  The store manager offered best deal on product and customer stated he would go to [redacted] dealership to buy tires since he got a better deal on tires and would let our store manager...

know. Customer was also offered pro-rated credit on his tires. Executive staff have offered customer the Best Deal in town to purchase tires from us.

We have received [redacted]' letter and forwarded a copy to the [redacted] who is in charge of the location mentioned.  Our [redacted] will reach out to [redacted] and speak to him regarding what happened and work on a resolution.

Executive member did reach out to the customer to resolve.  Unfortunately, a satisfactory resolution could not be agreed upon.

The customer information was forwarded to the correct region that oversees the [redacted] location and an Executive has reached out.

I am rejecting this response because:The issue is not resolved yet, because the check has not been received.  I spoke to the manager on 15 June 2016 and he said he would send the check, but there has not been time for that to happen.  I cannot agree the issue is resolved until the check is received.
