I am rejecting this response because: Discount Tire response is not adequate. Discount Tire does not have to respond again. It is clear that you do not intend to honor your commitment. When I purchased my tires you committed to 10 year service -- not 10 year "time frame" And what is that time frame? 2 months or 2 years or 4 years shy of 10 years? As an owner of tires purchased from you ALMOST 10 years ago, I am clearly ready for a new set in the "near term". (2 months or 2 years or 4 years). Yet you have lost a customer, and maybe others. I have 3 autos, a large extended family and an army of friends, neighbors and acquaintances. Now, they don't love you either.
