I have made various purchases through this company via my credit cards for cash back refunds. I have tried to transfer my accumulated monie via PayPal, but the money is not being transferred. I've sent countless emails with no results or response. I've tried calling and the voice mail is full.

They put out an advertisement for $15 referral bonus.
So I referred my friend and it is a valid referral. But I have never received any referral bonus.
I have contacted their customer so many times and they are not willing to solve the issue for me.

Dosh Response • Jul 16, 2018

Dear Mr.,

Thank you for contacting DOSH Holdings, Inc. (you know us as “Dosh”). Your concerns were recently forwarded to us for review, and we apologize for the frustrations you described in your complaint to the Revdex.com.

You stated that Dosh advertised a $15 referral bonus, and that you referred your friend but never received any referral bonus. Dosh’s records reflect that you first contacted Customer Support regarding this issue on June 16, 2018, and it was resolved on July 9th.

Dosh’s $15 referral promotion that you reference began on November 21, 2017. Prior to that date, an individual (with initials ) used your referral link to download the Dosh app and link a payment card. As such, you qualified to receive $5 for referring that individual, which is the bonus amount that is issued during periods when a referral bonus promotion is not in place. We apologize that $5 was not paid to you in November. However, when this was brought to our attention by you a few weeks ago, Dosh resolved the issue by paying you $5 on July 9th.

In summary, Dosh has reviewed your account history and details and determined that we have already paid you for the sole referral bonus you have earned. As such, we consider this matter closed. Thank you for using Dosh. If you require assistance on this or any other matter, please feel free to submit a ticket toCustomer Support.

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not get this app; it is a scam. I connected my card and made a purchase. They did not credit any of what was promised within the app and my balance stayed the same. I contacted customer service to delete my information and close my account. Again, this did not happen. They tried to keep my information rather than close my account as I requested. I continue to receive emails from them regardless of my request from customer service to delete my information. Unprofessional and terrible customer service. Do not get the app as it is a waste of time, customer service is unprofessional, and Dosh does not give you rewards and cash back as they promise.

Dosh terminated my account, without telling me a reason why. I have lost $94 due to this. This company, as I was told, does not have a customer service number?

I was a user of their service and was able to gain enough to meet their cash out threshold. But when I went to do that I was given a notice in their android app that there was fraud on my account and to contact customer support. When I contacted support they closed my case saying I violated their terms of service but won't say what I violated in those terms. I submitted 3 different tickets to them to get more clarification and if I could appear their decision. Those tickets were closed with the same form letter and no reference to what I had asked when I submitted the ticket. I was able to reach someone via their twitter but all they were able to tell me is that my account was permanently suspended and unable to be changed due to terms of service violation. When I inquired about how I had violated them, they said they were not given that information and stopped responding to my request for more information.

I referred six friends to the DOSH app using the correct link required by DOSH, and watched them enter their card to the app that they downloaded with my link as DOSH required, so I know it was done correctly. By doing this, DOSH stated that I would earn $10 per referral this way during the last week in Feb. 2018, which is when I did all these referrals. I only received credit for one referral, and after multiple customer service requests, DOSH has ignored my emails and then refused to pay out bonuses because they don't believe I did it correctly. I am owed another $50 by DOSH and payment of the $50 to my DOSH account and the ability to cash it out to my bank account is the only way to settle this dispute. Thank you.

Dear ***,

Thank you for contacting DOSH Holdings, Inc. (you know us as “Dosh”). Your concerns were recently forwarded to us for review, and we apologize for the frustrations you described in your complaint to the Revdex.com.

You state that six (6) friends used your referral link to download Dosh during last month’s referral bonus promotion, and we only paid you for one. To get paid for referrals during that promotion, certain requirements had to be completed. A Dosher had to, firstly, send people his/her personal referral link via social media, email or text message. When any person he/she referred 1) clicked on the link on his/her mobile phone to download the Dosh app; 2) created a Dosh account; and 3) linked an eligible credit or debit card, then the referrer was paid $10 by Dosh. For complete offer details, please see: http://dosh2017.businesscatalyst.com/ILoveFreeMoney/index.html. The requirements of this promotion were clearly disclosed. This page was emailed to all Doshers, and has been available online since February 12, 2018, the day of the start of the promotion.

Dosh has reviewed your complete account history and details, and it has been determined that we have already paid you for the two (2) $10 referral bonus that you have earned to date (for *** and ***). Please note that your bonus for *** was issued to you after your filing with the Revdex.com. If you wish, you may redeem the funds in your Dosh Wallet by transferring them to your bank or PayPal account.

In communications with Customer Support, you noted four (4) other individuals (***, ***, *** and ***) who you stated you are owed additional referral bonuses for. Dosh has verified that ***, *** and *** did not use your link to download Dosh on their mobile phones. As such, you did not meet the requirements to earn bonuses for them. Additionally, although *** did successfully use your link to create her Dosh account, to date she has not linked an eligible credit or payment card to her Dosh account. The requirements were not met for you to earn a referral bonus for *** You are not owed any outstanding referral bonuses from Dosh, and we consider this matter closed.

If you require assistance on this or any other matter, please feel free to submit a ticket to Customer Support. Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because: I watched them use the correct link and do the correct process, so the referral system is obviously flawed. Yes, I recently received the bonus for ***, after Dosh claimed I also "incorrectly" referred him too. I just want the advertised promotion to be honored as I correctly referred these individuals; it will save everyone time and energy.

I utilized the referral link promotion Dosh offered at $15 per referral, toward the end of December, beginning of January. My contact used my link to sign up for the service and completed all required steps for me to get get a referral fee. They received their incentive for signing up and I never received my $15. I supplied my link to hundreds of people. No other referral fees. Is it possible that no one else signed up? Yes. Statistically is it probable? I don't believe so. I'm finding that people on facebook and instagram are complaining about unpaid referral fees. I'd contacted customer service and received and email that had some pre-populated answers to issues people may have been experiencing and the mention that if I didn't hear anything further back from them, it meant they decided to close out my complaint. I reached out to them by commenting on a few of their instagram posts, explaining my issue and the lack of resolution from customer service. On 2/21/18 Dosh responded to my instagram comment saying: "Our tech team investigated thousands of tickets and did not find any evidence of remaining missing referrals. Again, we're sorry for the frustration." THOUSANDS of people have missing referrals? ALL of them came up showing no evidence? I have been scammed. I entered into an agreement by downloading DOSH and referring people, who then entered into that same agreement. I've seen so many people posting about hundreds of dollars in missing referral fees. This is obviously a problem that Dosh doesn't care to address in a legal way. I'm saddened by the ethics of this company and hope they reset their moral compass.

Dear Ms.,

Thank you for contacting DOSH Holdings, Inc. (you know us as “Dosh”). Your concerns were recently forwarded to us for review, and we apologize for the frustrations you described in your complaint to the Revdex.com.

You state that Dosh owes you payment for a $15 referral bonus because your contact used your link to sign up for Dosh and completed all the requires steps for to get the bonus. You indicated this occurred on January 15th, which was during Dosh’s January referral bonus promotion. To get paid for referrals during that promotion, certain requirements had to be completed. A Dosher had to, firstly, send people his/her personal referral link via social media, email or text message. When any person he/she referred 1) on his/her mobile phone, clicked on the link to download the Dosh app; 2) created a Dosh account; and 3) linked an eligible credit or debit card, then the referrer was paid $15 by Dosh. For complete offer details, please see: http://dosh2017.businesscatalyst.com/NewYear2018/index.html. The requirements of this promotion were clearly disclosed. This page was emailed to all Doshers, and has been available online since January 7, 2018, the day of the start of the promotion.

Dosh has reviewed your complete account history and details and determined that we have already paid you for the sole $15 referral bonus that you have earned (for ***). In communications with Customer Support, you indicated *** is the Dosher who you are owed a referral bonus for. Dosh has verified that he did not click on your link to download Dosh on his mobile phone. As such, you did not meet the requirements to earn a bonus for him. You are not owed any outstanding referral bonuses from Dosh, and we consider this matter closed.

Thank you for using Dosh. If you require assistance on this or any other matter, please feel free to submit a ticket to Customer Support.

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because: The person I last told you about (I will not mention names as I'm not sure if this is made public) with the first initial "*" clicked on my link right in front of me. The fact that your system lost track of his complete registration (including immediate action in successfully registering his credit card) should not be the fault of the customer. I realize, however, you have thousands of complaints matching my exact scenario, wallpapered across social media. Your company made a big mistake and isn't making good on promises because the system is so fundamentally flawed, you CANNOT track your mistake. It's a shame. I would expect you to at least act with integrity and make good on promises. I don't think thousands of people, having the same experience that has fallen on deaf ears, is anything to dismiss. I pray your company accepts your mistakes and honors your agreement with it's customers. The fact that you have no record for SO many people clicking on referral links is a wave of poor public attention that I've never seen to this degree for ANY app. It would be in your best interest to act honorably and respond to the public. At least admit that you have taken thousands of dollars from THOUSANDS of people who held up their end of the legal agreement. Pay me my $15 agreed upon referral fee. Please operate with integrity, even if you can't prove your error. Thousands upon thousands of people cannot be wrong.

Dosh was offering a promotion giving a $10 referral if a friend signs up using my link. I had several friends sign up using my link and Dosh refused to pay the referral for all of them. Four people signed up and they only paid the referral for three. I contacted customer service and corresponded with *** who basically called me a liar and did not resolve the issue. Dear Ms.,

Your concerns were recently forwarded to DOSH Holdings, Inc. (you know us as “Dosh) for review. We are sorry that you found our March 7th response to your initial Revdex.com complaint unsatisfactory.

We have double checked every claim you have in the system, and have verified that all valid referral bonuses have been paid out to you. Dosh has paid you three (3) $10 bonuses. Referral bonuses during the February promotion were valid and paid when your referral clicked on your unique link while on their mobile phone, downloaded the app, and completed the signup process by linking their first eligible credit/debit card. If they clicked a different link, went directly to the Dosh app, or if they didn’t complete the process of registering and linking a valid card, then the referral bonus was not earned. We realize this can be frustrating, but as you can imagine, to protect all parties, we must maintain the integrity of the process and cannot make exceptions.

Per our Terms of Service, which are available in the app and at www.dosh.cash, we cannot transfer your funds for you. You have a total of just over $10 remaining in your Dosh wallet. You are required to have a minimum of $25 in order to transfer your funds. You have two choices - you may either earn more cash back by referring more people or redeeming offers to increase your balance to $25; or you may choose to cancel your account immediately, which at this point your remaining funds of $10 will be forfeited. If you wish to close your Dosh account, please email that request to Consumer Support, or respond to the March 7th email Dosh sent you.

Regards,

The Dosh Team

I am rejecting this response because: I believe the company is being unreasonable. As previously stated, they never paid out all referrals, which is fine but I believe they should have honored what they advertised. I will be promoting on all of my social media of how they are a fraud and to not sign up with them.

Regards

Dosh advertised and sent emails regarding a promotional period ending in January 21, 2018 which guaranteed that customers who referred others with a personal link and whose referrals added a valid card would receive an additional $15 for each person. During the promotional period I had a total of 4 referrals and only received payment for 2. I have submitted documentation showing that my referrals were paid for signing up with my link and adding a valid card however I was not paid my bonus. I have contacted Dosh several times regarding this and the most recent communication via Facebook is that they would not be paying out bonuses for previous months. Even though I completed all of the steps and referred others in good faith that Dosh would honor their claims and terms of the promotional period, they have failed to do so.

Dear Ms.,

Thank you for contacting DOSH Holdings, Inc. (you know us as “Dosh”). Your concerns were recently forwarded to us for review, and we apologize for the frustrations you described in your complaint to the Revdex.com.

You stated in your correspondence that during Dosh’s January referral bonus promotion you had a total of four referrals and only received payment for two. We conducted a review of your account, and have verified that you received payment from Dosh for four referral bonuses. As of February 19, 2018, Dosh’s records reflect that you have successfully redeemed $56 from your Dosh Wallet. That $56 is comprised of your earnings from linking your own two payment cards in the app, the three (3) $15 referral bonuses you earned during Dosh’s referral promotion which lasted from January 7-21, 2018, and the one (1) $5 referral bonus you earned after the end of that promotion. After a complete review of our records, it has been determined that Dosh has paid you for all bonuses you earned during the January promotion. As such, we consider this matter closed.

Thank you for using Dosh. If you require assistance on this or any other matter, please feel free to submit a ticket to Customer Support.

NOT IMPRESSED!!!!During the promotion period, I had several missing referrals and they did not pay me for them- even after multiple attempts to get it resolved and multiple statements saying they will take care of our missing referral bonuses. I would not recommend this app to anyone. I had multiple people sign up with me standing next to them while they used my link and I still didn’t get credit

Scam Company. Offer $15 per referral give nothing!!

has been false advertising. *** has agree to pay people 15.00 dollar per referral before the 21 of January. *** didn't pay me for my work, they also didn't give me credit for 3 of my referral that I know they did because I set with the three people who sign up. They received there 5.00 but I got nothing. I'm owe 160.00 that *** refuse to pay. *** went as far as suspending my account just so they don't have to pay me.They said I use a Vop number lie they tell. I use my metro PC's number at first but then my phone crack do to keep up with my notification I use another for only a day then they some how block me where I couldn't use my actual phone number again.I really wish this company be shut down for how they are treating people who work so hard to advertise for them. This company is a scam, can't be trusted. I will like my money from this scamming company.

Dear Ms.,

Thank you for contacting *** Holdings, Inc. (you know us as “***”). Your concerns were recently forwarded to us for review. We are sorry for the frustrations you described in your complaint to the Revdex.com.

You allege in your complaint that *** suspended your account because we didn’t want to pay you. This is not true. *** suspended your account because we determined that you linked a VoIP number to your account, which are not supported in the app. You are receiving the error message for this reason.

***’s Terms of Service, which are public and available in the app and online at www.***.cash, clearly state, in part: “In order to access or use the Services (other than merely browsing the Website), you must: (i) be 18 years of age or older, reside in the United States, and have a U.S.-based, non-VoIP mobile phone number; (ii) accept and agree to these Terms, including our Privacy Policy and any Additional Terms; (iii) create a user account with us (an “Account”) and maintain your Account in good standing; and (iv) provide all information requested by us, such as your name, phone number, email address, and payment account information (“User Information”). All determinations as to whether a phone number is authorized by *** is at our sole discretion.”

***’s Customer Support has informed you your account was suspended because you provided a VoIP number. You have been instructed to reply to your support ticket with *** when you have your U.S. mobile number.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Hello ***,

Hello ***,

When I first sign up I use my metro PC's number which is a cell phone number. Something happen to my phone so I use only that Vop number just for a day. Then when I wanted to go back and correct it *** wouldn't let me. That was a red flag to me that your company wasn't trying to pay me. I work hard for my money, will like it. I also received a email from *** about this yesterday. I did leave my number the same number I sign up with. All I'm asking is that I received what is owed to me. Thanks

Regards

They owe me $1,095 for referring people to the app. They claim I have been compensated already. That's is false. I have been compensated, HOWEVER, not after I already was paid $1,100 and sent in my W9 form. They have not paid many many people and shouldn't be a running business. Total theft of services.

The DOSH app operates in an unethical manner when it comes to booking hotels via their app. Although the app offers great cash back opportunities, it takes advantage of unsuspecting customers booking via their app service. There are many steps to booking the hotel and in none of the steps does DOSH disclose that it is non-refundable and that there is no cancellation. It is not until the customer completes the booking and actually receives the email with booking information in which the non-refundable/no cancellation policy is disclosed. How much sense does that? For the record the issue that I had with the reservation is I accidentally booked for the wrong night. I realized the error the following morning, about 8 hours later, in which I tried to take action to fix it and got nowhere with DOSH. I booked another reservation in order to take screenshots of every single step proving that there was no disclosure made during the entire process until of course I received the email itinerary in which then it was conveniently disclosed. I took this up with DOSH and they refused to reimburse me stating that it was non-refundable as part of their terms - terms which again are not disclosed until you finalize the transaction.

Dosh Response • Feb 19, 2018

Dear Mr.,

Thank you for contacting DOSH Holdings, Inc. (you know us as “Dosh”). Your concerns were recently forwarded to us for review. We appreciate your comment that Dosh offers great cash back opportunities, and we apologize for the frustrations described in your complaint to the Revdex.com regarding your hotel bookings.

Our records confirm that you booked two separate hotel reservations in Orlando, one for the night of December 22, 2017 and the other for December 23, 2017. Your correspondence says you mistakenly booked your first reservation for the incorrect night. You state that you were not informed the hotel booking was a non-refundable reservation, and you became aware of this only when you viewed the reservation confirmation Dosh emailed to you. Our records confirm that you contacted the merchant of record at the toll-free number in your confirmation email, and because the rules of the reservation you were unable to cancel or modify that reservation. Subsequently, you booked another hotel reservation through Dosh for the correct night. We also understand that you disputed the charge for your first reservation with American Express, and you lost that chargeback dispute to the merchant of record.

Although you state that you accidentally booked the hotel for the wrong night, and you lost the chargeback dispute, we value input from all Doshers and take feedback into account as we continue to improve the app and our services. As a one-time occurrence, for customer satisfaction purposes we have credited your Dosh Wallet for the outstanding amount you paid for your hotel booking at the DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando Downtown. On February 16, 2018, Dosh issued you a credit of $115.96. This amount was calculated by subtracting the rewards you received for that reservation from Dosh on December 24, 2017 from the total amount you paid for the hotel on December 21, 2017 ($179.34 – $63.38 = $115.96). Further details were provided to you in the email you received from Dosh on Friday. As such, we consider this matter resolved and final.

Thank you for being a Dosher, and we hope you continue to take advantage of the great cash back rewards and hotel deals you can receive every day through our 100,000+ merchants! If you require assistance on this or any other matter, please feel free to submit a ticket to Customer Support.

The Dosh Team

This company has been able to do what no other company has ever been able to do!

In 8 months they have paid out over 16 million to their cash back app users, surpassed even the billion dollar Amazon company in being the #1 shopping app on iTunes and Google Play.

Their cash back savings app has been a financial blessing to hundreds of thousands of people. I've paid off over $2,000 in credit cards with their last promotion, helped my friend pay her car payments, and several others earn a few hundred to over a thousand during their 2 week December and January promotions! They have paid out now over $17,000 and growing daily to those who I have referred to their app. Plus their cashback percentages rock!

Thank you DOSH! Forever grateful.

Hello,

I installed the Dosh app two weeks ago to take advantage of the referral bonus the app advertises. Once you download the app you receive $5 if you link a card, and every person who you refer to sign up and links a card you will earn $15 per person. So far, I've accumulated a balance over $15 (the minimum you need to transfer funds into your bank account) into my Dosh wallet. I am having issues transferring the funds from my Dosh wallet to my bank account. I followed the instructions according to Dosh website and still experiencing issues. There are 2 options you can use to transfer funds which both failed for me: 1) Enter your bank information manually or 2) Log into your bank account and selecting an account to deposit funds. I tried using option 1 and I entered my first & last name, email, address, and date of birth, and I get an error stating the information I entered does not match identification data. The 2nd option (which I really didn't want to do since you literally have to enter your bank account ID and password), I searched for my bank and logged in successfully, then it asks to select your bank account, and none of my accounts are listed on the page. I am very disappointed in this app that it doesn't recognize my information., and I am very sensitive when using my bank account information. There is no contact number for Dosh, they claim to have chat service but there is no chat link. The only option you have is to submit a ticket. I've submitted 3 tickets already and have not yet been contacted regarding my issue. My ticket numbers are ***, ***, and ***.

Dosh Holdings, Inc. Dba DOSH held a referral promotion in December of 2017 and in January 2018.

The promotion was to download their app from the playstore link your credit or debit card and receive $5.00 for linking and when you share your refferals link with others and they do the same download and link a card you were promised $15.00 for each refferal.

Dosh lived up to their word for the month of December on my part..I cannot speak for everyone else as some jave received their money and others haven't.

I did this same promotion for the 2 weeks in January when they advertised again and signed up about 20 people..
Dosh only paid me for 7 ...everyone linked cards and since then it's been 2 weeks later and I still have not gotten paid as well as 100's of other people.

They give you generic responses on their Facebook page to submit a ticket. I've submitted a ticket and emailed and still no response. They've been telling people this for weeks. Check out their Facebook page comments and you will find hundreds of unsatisfied customers.

What seemed like a great app at the time is coming to fail many people. We worked hard to get refferals for DOSH and made them the #1 downloaded app and they still jave not paid us.

I just want Dosh to pay me what I am owed and keep true to their word.

Dear Ms.,

Thank you for contacting DOSH Holdings, Inc. (you know us as just “Dosh”). Your concerns were recently forwarded to us for review. We apologize for the frustrations you described in your complaint to the Revdex.com. We understand how frustrating it can be to not receive answers after contacting a business, and we are sorry that you had this experience with Dosh.

As of February 5, 2018, Dosh’s records reflect that you have successfully transferred $562 from your Dosh Wallet to your PayPal account. That $562 is comprised of your earnings from linking your own payment cards in the app, and the referral bonuses you have earned since you created your Dosh account.

You stated in your correspondence that you signed up “about 20 people” during Dosh’s January promotion, and that Dosh only paid you for 7. After review of our records, it has been determined that Dosh has paid you for all bonuses that you earned during the January promotion. You did not meet the full set of requirements to earn referral bonuses for the other people who you claim Dosh still owes you payment for. To get paid for referrals during the promotion last month, a Dosher had to, firstly, send people his/her personal referral link via social media, email or text message. When any person he/she referred 1) clicked on the link to download the Dosh app; 2) created a Dosh account; AND 3) linked an eligible credit or debit card, then the referrer got paid $15 by Dosh. As of February 5, 2018, a total of 57 individuals have used your referral link to download the Dosh app and create an account. Of those 57 individuals, 37 have successfully linked payment cards to their Dosh accounts. The remaining individuals who downloaded and created Dosh accounts using your referral link during the promotional period did not link eligible credit or debit cards in the Dosh app before the end of the promotion. As such, you do not qualify to receive the $15 referral bonuses for them.

For complete offer details, please see: ***. This page was emailed to all Doshers, and has been available online since January 7, 2018.

For your information, since the end of the promotion on January 21st, Doshers have been able to earn $5 referral bonuses. Currently, to get paid these bonuses, a Dosher must send his/her personal referral link via social media, email or text message. When a person uses a Dosher’s link to download Dosh and create an account AND that person links an eligible credit or debit card, then the referrer gets paid $5 by Dosh. For the Doshers who used your referral link to download the app and create Dosh accounts, but who have not yet linked eligible credit or debit cards, you may still earn $5 referral bonuses for them when any one of them links an eligible payment card.

Thank you for using Dosh. If you require assistance on this or any other matter, please feel free to email us at ***.

Respectfully,

The Dosh Team

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because: I still have money owed. I had people sign up in front of me and link their cards. My DOSH social changed in $5.00 increments as well so I do know these people signed up. I hustled and offered people free starbucks cards, etc for signing up. There is no time stamp or date on anything from DOSH on the app so I have NO Proof to show everyone else that signed up under neath me other then the dosh social.

I will make sure to spread the word about the DOSH Social app through Social media.

You have hundreds of people constantly complaining of not being paid and all DOSH does is give Generic Responses to submit a ticket, etc. Your response is a basic generic response EVERY SINGLE TIME. Im over it.

Regards

I was sent a link to refer someone and receive a $15 bonus once they linked their card. My referral linked their card but because Dosh's app glitched the link went through a few minutes after midnight. I have messaged Dosh almost a half dozen times since then about my bonus and they have yet to respond or apply my bonus to my account. My referral has made a purchase with their linked card and they followed my link in order to sign up. Dosh has said many times that it only takes a few days after your referral links their card to receive the bonus however it has been almost two full months and I have not recieved my bonus. Can you please contact them on my behalf about my bonus please. They do not have a public phone number or I would try contacting them again that way. Thank you.

Dear Mr.,

Thank you for contacting DOSH Holdings, Inc. (you know us as just “Dosh”). Your concerns were recently forwarded to us for review. We apologize for the frustrations you described in your complaint to the Revdex.com. We understand how frustrating it can be to not receive answers after contacting a business, and we are sorry that you had this experience with Dosh.

As a one-time occurrence, we have credited your Dosh account for $15. Going forward, please be advised that, in order to receive referral bonuses, you must send people your personal referral link via social media, email or text message. Then, when any person uses your referral code to download the Dosh app, and creates a Dosh account and links an eligible credit or debit card to their Dosh account, you will earn a referral bonus. Please also note that certain Dosh promotions have set periods of time during which referral bonuses may be earned. The rules of all promotions are disclosed to Doshers and posted online.

Thank you for being a Dosher. We see that you and Venus S. have both received cash back from eating a restaurant that is one of Dosh’s merchants. Way to go! If you require assistance on this or any other matter, please feel free to email us at ***

Revdex.com:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Regards

I downloaded this app because it advertised that you could earn cash back for shopping.I downloaded the app a few weeks ago, thinking I would be saving money. I have been attempting to redeem my funds and I am not able to do so. I've check, double check and triple checked and it's nothing I am doing on my end.I just keep getting error messages. I have made several attemps to contact them via email and they still have yet to respond. It really burns me up that I have gone above and beyond and they continue to drop the ball.

You state that you referred 12 people to Dosh, and that you have not received the $15 referral bonus for each so you are owed $180 from Dosh. Dosh’s current records reflect that you earned two referral bonuses, and as such you were paid $30 by Dosh ($15 on December 23rd and $15 on December 28th).

Dosh’s records also reflect that you did not meet all the requirements of the Dosh offer for the remaining 10 people you say you referred. As such, you are not eligible to receive the $15 referral bonus for them. For complete offer details, please see: ***. That page was emailed to all Dosh subscribers, and has been available online, since December 14, 2017. In your case, the majority of the people who used your link to download Dosh did not link a credit or debit card in the app. In order to earn the $15 referral bonus, the promotion required the person who used your link to both create a Dosh account and link a credit or debit card before the end of the promotion on December 31, 2017. These conditions were not met, and this is why you did not receive a $15 referral bonus for those 10 people. As such, we consider this issue resolved.

Thank you for being a Dosh Subscriber. If you require assistance on this or any other matter, please feel free to email us at ***.
