They have a promotion where they suppose to give you $15 for every referral that signs up using your link and link their card. I have had a total on 6 people do.it.and nothing was sent to me. I've contacted the agency they keep saying it takes two business days the first two referral were on January 7. I have received nothing. I keep getting automated responses and am not able to speak with anyone. Per the email they sent. Was the reason I actually had people sign up.
We understand that you attempted to refer 6 people to the Dosh app. However, the full requirements for Dosh to pay you any referral bonuses have not been met. To get paid referral bonuses, a subscriber must send people his/her personal referral link via social media, email or text message. When any person he/she referred 1) clicks on the link; 2) creates a Dosh account; and 3) links a credit or debit card, then the referrer gets $15. On January 17th, Dosh rep *** emailed you and requested that you provide any referral-related information you can. To date, Dosh has not received a response from you. If you have information to provide, please email ***.
Alternatively, if you wish to terminate your Dosh account, you must contact Dosh Customer Support at *** and immediately discontinue all use of the Dosh app and services.

Company advertises a $15 credit for every referral. Reffered a friend and took the necessary steps to receive referral credit but it hasn’t ben honored. Tried contacting business but only way to contact them is true email. Tried emailing them and creating ticket issue 3 different times and have not received an answer or resolution.

For complete offer details, please see: ***. That page was emailed to all Dosh subscribers, and has been available online, since December 14, 2017, the day the promotion started. Our records reflect that one person used your referral link to create a Dosh account for herself on December 31, 2017. However, that individual (***.) did not link a credit or debit card until January 1, 2018. In order to earn the $15 referral bonus, the promotion required the person who used your link to both create a Dosh account and link a credit or debit card before the end of the promotion on December 31, 2017 at 11:59pm PST. These conditions were not met, and this is why you did not receive a $15 referral bonus. As such, we consider this issue resolved.

I have been a Beta tester and now a DOSH member since the beginning. For the last month or more, I have been unable to access my account. I have emailed a dozen times at least and also posted on their Facebook page. I have received one or two email confirmations with a promise to address my issue, but that is all I've received. Nothing has been done to fix my problem. I have been unable to use the App or to share my link with people in order to gain referral rewards. I know I am not alone from the numerous facebook postings. I am fed up and they have my money and I can't even access that.

Dosh gives you money for postng their link & adding a debit card & for each person that clicked on my link im supposed to get $15 for they promise you your funds within 2 to 5 business days.well I transfered funds from dosh app to my pay pal 12/28/17 & have not yet received the funds & I've sent emails after emails & all they do is close my ticket out & nobody has contacted me I'm very upset & now the app won't let me transfer my other funds neither

However, Dosh is very pleased to have communicated to you today that we determined what has been prohibiting you from being able to transfer funds from your Dosh Wallet to your PayPal account.
You have been unable to move funds into you PayPal account because you incorrectly entered your email address associated with your PayPal account. As we advised you of earlier today via email, to fix this you must click on "Add Another" PayPal account in your Dosh Wallet, and enter your accurate PayPal email.

Dosh advertised a $15 referral bonus for each person that signed up using your referral code. I referred two people and was notified that these bonuses would be applied to my account on 12/07/17. On 12/08/18, I hadn’t received the referral bonuses, so I contacted the customer service team. For 3 1/2 weeks, they told me that the tech team had my ticket and was working on the issue. I only received information regarding my issue if I contacted them first. They finally informed me that the two people I referred did not sign up using my referral code and that I would not get credit. I responded, explaining that this is not correct information, as I set up the app for them using my referral codes. I also attached a screen shot of where I ram feigned a notification after I had set up both of my referrals apps, stating that the amount would be applied to my account on 12/07/17.
I believe that dosh is falsely advertising and now has access to my financial information which concerns me deeply.

You state that you received notification(s) from Dosh which said the bonuses would be applied to your account on December 7, 2017. Please note that you are referencing a general notification that was issued to all Dosh subscribers, via the app. That notification was not specific for you. Rather, it was a general communication that was (and still currently is) in the feed of all Dosh subscribers; and may be viewed by going to “Home” in the Dosh app and scrolling down. It reads, “$15 Referral Bonus Update: Total referral bonus will be deposited into your Dosh Wallet by 12/7.” We apologize for the confusion this notification caused you.
Since you did not meet the offer requirements, you will not be paid any referral bonuses in conjunction with that offer. As such, we consider this matter resolved.

DOSH is currently running a referral program that gives people $15 each for referrals. I got a number of referrals and have $217 in my account to cashnout. However my banks require a second step security feature of entering a passcode that they email to me. I am unable to connect my bank accounts to the DOSH account so that I can get my $217. I cannot enter my details manually because I get an error that says my identity cannot be confirmed. I have sent DOSH numerous emails. They have responded and not helped. They have closed my ticket without a resolution. They do not have a phone number listed so I cannot speak to a live representative. I would like to get my money.

On dec 17th 18th I submitted 25$ from a referral to my paypal and never got the money I also made other referrals and never received the 15$ for them. I contacted the company twice on this issue and they only responded once
