Dear Revdex.com, There was an issue with the titleThe title was delayed with the bankSpoke to [redacted] and we going to give his $back and cancel his contractThank You Anthony M***General manager

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The company needless to say is not telling the entire back story as to how this contract came aboutThey know and understand that their employees left me no choice but to sign the documents because they gave me the run around and pushed me off for a week and a half instead of picking up the phone that next stating the original deal was no longer on the tableThey knew if they had done that I would of kept my car and returned the JeepNobody in their right mind would pay car payments and have only of those vehiclesThey gave me the run around so that it would go past the day buyers remorse period and I'd have no choice at that point but to sign or else I would have been walking away with no vehicles and would have still owed $on my car that Ford now auctioned offI am currently working with Anthony the general manager at Jeep in hopes to come to an agreement on the situation and resolve this in a timely matter outside of legal council Regards, [redacted]

Our dealership did agree to pay the mileage overage fee in the amount of $as a courtesy even though it was brought to our attention after the factThe customer indicated that they wanted to pick up the checkWe called to let him know the check was readyWe have yet to see or hear from the customer since The General Manger is going to attempt to reach the customer again to verify his mailing address and put check in mail to customer since it has not been picked up in person as of yet

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have been told numerous times before that I would have them within a few days of finally getting in contact with someoneThe fact that this dealership is telling my husband and I to drive around a car illegally is absurdI bought a used carIt should have came with a year inspection sticker -and it didn'tI have not been able to drive this car for almost a month, but have been paying for itThe fact that I have to jump through hoops to get in contact with someone is highly annoying and shows a lack of customer service from this businessWe have told them that we are paying for a car that we are unable to drive and they just transfer us to a different department or give us informationWe were told their was a lien on the car from the "previous owner" - well then if that is the case, how did you buy the car in the first placeThe "lien" is due to the fact that you as a company did not purchase the car yetI believe you have days as a dealership to pay for a car that was traded in before the car can be issued a repo noticeI counted, and I am on day from when I purchased itI am months pregnant and purchased this car to use to finish getting ready for our new babyInstead - I have had to work around my husbands schedule to get to doctors appointments, work, and get my older daughter to schoolThis whole experience has been a huge inconvenience to us, and the fact that this has been told to the company and they have done nothing to help or assist in the issue is infuriatingI want some kind of compensation for this issue that I don't have to reach out to them for Regards, [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because: The issue has NOT been resolved I do have an appointment to take my car in for additional service on 11/but until that servicing, this issue should remain outstanding I was also told that something would be done to "make it right with me" and nothing has been done to that extent Nothing has been offered to me to make up for the weeks of constant phone calls and inappropriate customer service that was provided

Dear Revdex.com, *** *** did lease a Wrangler from Turnersville DCJRIn the beginning negations customer stated: she needed to get back $back to payoff a loan or lease that was a ex-boyfriend car*** *** agreed on a higher payment with the incorporation
of the $back to herThe dealership summited the loan to the bank and the best approval' only allowed 115% of loan to valueWe explained the approval to *** ***, she agreed to take the lower payment and only getting back $4000. The customer review the agreement and signed the lease agreementThe deal was funded and *** *** received her $which was cashed. The customer then called the dealership two weeks later asking for $moreWe explained to the customer to re-modify the loan and extract $more would increase her month payment*** *** declined the new bank offer and want the dealership to pay the $3337.
