Dear Revdex.com,We are trying our best to accommodate [redacted] request. To trade-in her car and get a new one she needs to start the process all over again by fill out a credit application and pick out her new car. We explained this to her and she has not submitted any credit application to get this started. Please Delete and or have involvement about [redacted]  from this complaint. [redacted] is a networking dealer not owed or have any association.  She has to right to go any car dealership she wants. We just pointed out they are some closer to her for convenience reasons. We are trying our best to make [redacted] happy, she has to understand she is in a loan now and to get a new one she needs to apply for a new one. Our dealership did agree to pay the mileage overage fee in the amount of $1513 as a courtesy even though it was brought to our attention after the fact. The customer indicated that they wanted to pick up the check. We called to let him know the check was ready. We have yet to see or hear from the...

customer since.  The General Manger is going to attempt to reach the customer again to verify his mailing address and put check in mail to customer since it has not been picked up in person as of yet.

I am rejecting this response because:
The company needless to say is not telling the entire back story as to how this contract came about. They know and understand that their employees left me no choice but to sign the documents because they gave me the run around and pushed me off for a week and a half instead of picking up the phone that next stating the original deal was no longer on the table. They knew if they had done that I would of kept my car and returned the Jeep. Nobody in their right mind would pay 2 car payments and have only 1 of those vehicles. They gave me the run around so that it would go past the 3 day buyers remorse period and I'd have no choice at that point but to sign or else I would have been walking away with no vehicles and would have still owed $7337 on my car that Ford now auctioned off. I am currently working with Anthony the general manager at Jeep in hopes to come to an agreement on the situation and resolve this in a timely matter outside of legal council.

I spoke with Mr. [redacted], General Manager overseeing Turnersville Chrysler Jeep Ram, he left a voice mail providing Mr. [redacted] with his personal cell phone number prior to leaving for vacation asking him to please contact him with the vin# for the vehicle in question. We have not yet heard from the customer. We need the vin# to access the records for the vehicle in order to help Mr. [redacted]. He can call reach Mr. [redacted] at the number he provided to him in his voice mail. If the voice mail is no longer accessible Mr. [redacted] can email the vin# to me and I will forward it to Mr. [redacted]. My email address is [redacted]. We look forward to hearing from Mr. [redacted] in the very near future.

Our General Manager, [redacted] has been in contact with the customer several times. We have addressed all issues and we are in contact with the manufacturer for resolve.There is a meeting scheduled for 11/11/15.

We will gather all of the information regarding this purchase & meet with all parties involved.We will reach back out within 24-48 hours.
