I am rejecting this response because: The issue has NOT been resolved.  I do have an appointment to take my car in for additional service on 11/11 but until that servicing, this issue should remain outstanding.  I was also told that something would be done to "make it right with me" and nothing has been done to that extent.  Nothing has been offered to me to make up for the 6 weeks of constant phone calls and inappropriate customer service that was provided.

I am rejecting this response because:I am unsure of the total amount being reimbursed at this time. What is the reimbursement amount? Im very upset that it took this long for a resolution as I was in contact with a David S[redacted] for almost a year now. I have been promised reimbursement have  struggled for over 8months to get any type of update or progress other than it should be here soon. How is this going to be prevented In the future for myself or other customers?

response because:
I have been told numerous times before that I would have them within a few days of finally getting in contact with someone. The fact that this dealership is telling my husband and I to drive around a car illegally is absurd. I bought a 2017 used car. It should have came with a 5 year inspection sticker -and it didn't. I have not been able to drive this car for almost a month, but have been paying for it. The fact that I have to jump through hoops to get in contact with someone is highly annoying and shows a lack of customer service from this business. We have told them that we are paying for a car that we are unable to drive and they just transfer us to a different department or give us false information. We were told their was a lien on the car from the "previous owner" - well then if that is the case, how did you buy the car in the first place. The "lien" is due to the fact that you as a company did not purchase the car yet. I believe you have 60 days as a dealership to pay for a car that was traded in before the car can be issued a repo notice. I counted, and I am on day 59 from when I purchased it. I am 9 months pregnant and purchased this car to use to finish getting ready for our new baby. Instead - I have had to work around my husbands schedule to get to doctors appointments, work, and get my older daughter to school. This whole experience has been a huge inconvenience to us, and the fact that this has been told to the company and they have done nothing to help or assist in the issue is infuriating. I want some kind of compensation for this issue that I don't have to reach out to them for.

Dear Revdex.com,We are sorry our customer feels this way. Its not our objective to disappoint or frustrate any customer. There was a request to remove the headlight only after the sale. We did have a problem getting the headlights back, we have very little control getting the headlights after his trade was sold.  The dealership tried to locate the new owner who bought his trade at auction. The new owner did not want to sell them back to us. This process took a couple months. The end result, both parties did agree to reimburse the customer $500 with a signed release. Dear Revdex.com, I spoke to [redacted] about his trade value. We sold a new truck and refinanced one of his trade, so it was a two car deal.  We offered $18000 for his 2008 Ram, we have to split the trade value. The first deal reflected $15000 and we have to reduce the refinancing...

 by $3000 on his Certified Dodge Durango. check number, date of the check and address where the payment was made. If this payment is not received by them in a few days, this will have a negative impact on my credit. This transaction took place on August 15th and it has now been over 1 month since this payoff was to occur.
