because:When I called Bill W*** on 8/16/at 5:53pm from the Downingtown location, that was referred by Anthony M***Bill W***, did not know who I was nor was informed of any of this by AnthonyBill did not have my paperwork that Anthony M*** said he would send overAlso, Bill W*** stated that he has not heard nor spoke to Anthony M*** in over years. Considering that, I am rejecting Anthony M*** request to sellttler the conflict due to nothing getting resolved.I would now like to take further action and have the owner of the store involvedAgain, due to the fact, that Anthony M***s request to settled the conflict has failed and the plan was not suitableMy desirable outcome is to have Turnersville Jeep Chrysler Dodge RAM buy back their Jeep Patriot and to refund me back the three month(going to 4th) payments I spent on this vehicleLike none of this has ever happenedAlso, to remove all inquiries and accounts on my Credit Score that are related to Turnersville Jeep Chrysler Dodge RAMI would like to have nothing related to Turnersville Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram now and moving forwardThank you

When the customer came in to purchase the wrangler they got a payoff in which the customer agreed that it was correct and signed a payoff authorization form stating that if the payoff was higher he would be responsible for the differenceThat is why we are asking for the difference in the payoffI
can assure you that we are honoring the contracts that we agreed toIf you'd like I can gladly send over a copy of this form in which it has a payoff amount is stated on the documentI can then send over the form we got from *** stating a different payoff amount than agreed upon by the consumer and our dealership

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is partially satisfactory to me. I have spoken with the general manager and will accept the check. The GM wasn't involved in the problem and was fed mis information from employees but is stuck with fixing the mess. Due to the fact he wasn't directly involved and it is now his mess to clean I will accept.

Good Morning,Our Finance Manager spoke to Mr. [redacted] yesterday to inform him that the company that his service contract us through will be issuing him the correct payment booklet immediately.  Apparently the Warranty company issued a coupon book with the wrong terms initially. [redacted] the...

Finance Manager called the warranty company made them aware of their error and they agreed to reissue the correct booklet right away.

Please have mr.[redacted] Come in on Friday or Saturday and see Mike [redacted] and we will get the key for him right away. Thank you.

Customer has already been in to the store & the situation rectified

The payoff to [redacted] for $25,417.21 was cut & is being over-nighted.Everything is in line with our processing time.
