I had a an air conditioning failure as a results of a bad thunder stormWhen I called ARS they immediately scheduled a service technician to comeThe technicians arrived on time and quickly evaluated the situation and fixed the problemThis service was needed on timely basis since I had out-of-town relatives scheduled to arrive that dayMy stress level was reduced and my relatives never knew that they could have spent a sweltering day had ARS not been so supportive of my emergency

We were to have an appointment at 9:A.Mbut our service person was delayed ARS called us to explain the problem and then called again to say that Joe was on his way He was only thirty minutes late but the two calls were certainly appreciated Joe did a very thorough job of checking all parts of our HVAC system We were very happy with the service given

I have used ARS to install new heating & air systems in two of my homes in Wilmington, NC In my most recent experience I was very pleased with the price of the Carrier heat pump we bought The installation was completed the next day and was done competently In the past I had some disputes over excessive repairs on a substandard Amana hybrid system (gas-electric) we had Because this is a national company with one phone call I was able to get quick and action and a free repair ARS is an excellent company
Had my AC fixed by Matt Hhe was extremely knowledgeable of the service provided, answered in detail other questions that I had, and made the negative occurence a positive experienceIf I have to spend that kind of money it was awesome to do it with such a friendly technician
ARS is exspensive and does not honor their advertisments on television Like most business today money before integretyBetter get a second opinion before letting them do any work
Kyle c was extremely knowledgeable and professionalHe made sure we were pleased with the work and took my husband around and showed him all the upgrades and improvementsWhat a great companyHis assistant came back in and collected all the drop clothes and swept upDidn't know they were even there

Jim G performed semi-annual HVAC system maintenance in a very professional & courteous mannerI've been impressed with the effort ARS technicians make to keep the house clean (i.ecover shoes, used drop cloth over carpeting, pick up bits attic insulation) Jim informed us of a problem with a leaking coil and promptly helped us set up a meeting with a project manager so we could review our options
Meeting with ARS project manager, Jason, went smoothly He took time to confirm that the size of our existing heating/cooling system was appropriate for our house, and then he covered all our options for replacement Very professional throughout the meeting, and answered all questions to our satisfaction No hard sale which was nice Just gave us the facts and figures so we could think about and make decision later
Appreciated Melissa giving me a call to notify that Jason was running late for our appointment time and telling us when he could be there She also sent me an e-mail with info on Jason, including a photo, so we new who to expect from ARS
