Steven showed up promptly, did a complete check of system, made some recommendations for repairs, gave a complete estimate for work. Polite, courteous and thorough. I definitely recommend this technician to anyone.

Here is a company that not only stands behind their work but when the inevitable small problems arise, they are cheerfully willing to make things right. Very neat and tidy. They have serviced my two heat pump units for almost 10 years, replaced both of them in the last three years and have also replaced all my crawlspace ductwork. Good people - you'll like them.

The technicians was nice and very kind, and he showed a desire to fully assist me with my service request, he effectively explained each of the steps involved in processing my service request,he showed a positive and willing attitude.

I had a an air conditioning failure as a results of a bad thunder storm. When I called ARS they immediately scheduled a service technician to come. The technicians arrived on time and quickly evaluated the situation and fixed the problem. This service was needed on timely basis since I had out-of-town relatives scheduled to arrive that day. My stress level was reduced and my relatives never knew that they could have spent a sweltering day had ARS not been so supportive of my emergency.

I was very pleased with my ARS technician, Jason Kierstead. He spent over 2 hours checking and cleaning my unit and gave me great tips to clean up the overgrowth of vegetation on the AC privacy screening to allow for proper air flow around the unit. Jason answered all my questions and explained everything as he worked. Jason was very conscious of always wearing the indoor booties as not to track wet grass through the house as he went in and out of the house. I will request Jason as my winter service approaches. I was also happy with the quick appointment availability and that I received a phone call from ARS on the day of service that a technician would arrive within 20 minutes.

Jim G. and his associate Joe did a great and thorough job with our biannual maintenance of our two HVAC units.

Service representative was very professional,efficient and knowledgeable. ARS was recommended to me by a friend and I would recommend to others.

David L. explained the operation of the new thermostat and was very precise with the paperwork. Very impressed with them both. Also, when I contacted ARS the first thing this morning to ensure the installers were coming, the office assistant (Ruth ??) was very courteous and friendly...

Today we had Stetson and believe me he is worth having ARS Employee him. He has been to our house a few times for service calls and each time we feel he has been honest with us and does not try to sell us stuff we do not need. He listens to our problems or are concerns and looks into each and everyone of them and then explains, in detail and a way we can understand, what he found or did to resolve the problem. Today he notice a flaw during our installation of our new until about a year ago and they will be back to fix the problem. An easy problem to overlook, but none less a problem. No charges will occur, a good thing, but overall I will try and see if Stetson is available each and every time we need ARS to come out and service our unit.
