Warning to other potential customer not to call George BrazilI had service on my Air conditioning unit and was provided grim news about the condition of my unitI started calling and sending inquiries to HVAC companies to understand my best option, either repair or replaceI place a call with George Brazil's answering service and explained my need and asked for someone call me backI the service a Monday call back was fine since my air conditioning unit is workingAbout a half hour later a person on call with George Brazil called me and I explained that I have a working unit, but want to get a quote to replace my compressor or potentially purchase a new unit depending on the costI explained that I have a home warranty the seller provided in the sale of the house and I did not want to use the home warranty when the system went down and preferred to pay for the replacement of the compressor before it went out or buy a new unit based on the cost to repairThe on call service representative told me George Brazil does not work on or sell air conditioning units to homes with home warrantiesI asked the guy so you are turning down potential business because my home has a home warranty and he said yesDon't waste your time in calling this company!

I was only disappointed in the cost, using this company is way more expensive then I ever expected I was in a bind and trusted them to give me a fair price I paid $for a water heater and learned afterwards I paid double what other plumbers charge I was in a bind and didn't have time to shop around....I wish I had

On Monday, October 29th, I called to schedule a plumber for an estimate on a new garbage disposal and sink basketToday, Thursday, George Brazil Plumbing sent Ron out and he arrived promptlyRon explained my options and gave his advice about what to doWe had a 30-plus year old disposal made by Montgomery WardRon replaced it and the sink basket on the second drain, with a new p-trap and pipesHe left the area very clean and completed all the work in less than two hoursHaving worked with lots of plumbers over our years in Arizona, I must say that Ron was the very best plumber we ever had do our work! He was patient in explaining our options and the cost, made good recommendations and answered all my questionsHe was very good at the technical aspect of the work and completed the job quicklyI am so impressed that I wanted to write this "over-the-top" reviewTHANK YOU RON and thank you George Brazil for being such a reliable company!
