Very positive experience with Brazil Company First grandchild being discharged from hospital and found water heater leaking at his soon to be residence As a visiting grandparent, I wanted to fix heater ASAP The customer service representative with permission from supervisor waived the owner only service call and a field representative was able to service the heater same day Ted, the field representative, was very knowledgeable and very competent He informed me after his assessment what needed to be done, and how it would be done, and how long it would take, and then quoted the price for my approval Ted is a very qualified field technician!
Chris and Adam were awesome! They showed up on time and were very polite and professional GB customer service is great!!! I was only disappointed in the cost, using this company is way more expensive then I ever expected I was in a bind and trusted them to give me a fair price I paid $for a water heater and learned afterwards I paid double what other plumbers charge I was in a bind and didn't have time to shop around....I wish I had
I was very satisfied with Jason's service though $is to much to just replace a electrical plug in one room and only took less than minutesI guess I could have done it but I'm years old and on my own so any electrical problem needs immediate service in my opinionI hope I don't need an electrician again soon!

The company sent a technician same day, which I didn't expect since I didn't really have an emergency Wade ran a pressure test and informed me that the pressure was too high, something that no other plumbing company had ever told me, and which was the reason that I was constantly wearing out valves and needing service for leaks
Wade has courteous, professional and easy to work with He explained why I needed a pressure-regulating valve and adequately described every step he took
On the minus side, I thought the toilet repair was a little expensive
We recently had a Flo Tech Home Anti Scale water system installed We are very pleased with the installation and the system The technician Daryl R was very professional and courteous He was here by himself and worked very long and hard (all outside) in the heat and humidity and never complained We also had George Brazil install a new air conditioner and heater for us last year and am very impressed with this company and the employees it hires I would recommend it highly to anyone

Of all the electricians I have hired, the Brazil team, Elijah and Gabriel, far outdid them all! This team literally saved my home from going on fire! I had American Home Shield contracted company, SunBelt Electric to my home times and was going for a 4th time since January for the SAME issue electricity going out in my kitchen I decided to call George Brazil because they had always done a really good job for me on other problems
These two GB employees found I had bad box connections and had burnt wires/connections, all ready to start a fire! I hired them and they replaced the box connections, including solar connections, and took care of all permits, inspection and everything necessary to complete the job
Had I not called George Brazil, me and my family may not have had a home, or possibly our lives within a short time! I would recommend George Brazil over any other company

On Monday, October 29th, I called to schedule a plumber for an estimate on a new garbage disposal and sink basketToday, Thursday, George Brazil Plumbing sent Ron out and he arrived promptlyRon explained my options and gave his advice about what to doWe had a 30-plus year old disposal made by Montgomery WardRon replaced it and the sink basket on the second drain, with a new p-trap and pipesHe left the area very clean and completed all the work in less than two hoursHaving worked with lots of plumbers over our years in Arizona, I must say that Ron was the very best plumber we ever had do our work! He was patient in explaining our options and the cost, made good recommendations and answered all my questionsHe was very good at the technical aspect of the work and completed the job quicklyI am so impressed that I wanted to write this "over-the-top" reviewTHANK YOU RON and thank you George Brazil for being such a reliable company!
