I would not recommend George Brazil Plumbing and Electrical Service to anyone I had an electrical problem with my pool causing my house to lose power The technician who came to my home recommended work that proved to be totally unnecessary and would cost me over dollars to complete I called in a pool electrician recommended by my pool man and he diagnosed the problem and corrected the problem without doing the unnecessary work and charged dollarsTherefore the savings I achieved were substantial

Ernesto J was very professional in both communicating and diagnosing a leak we had in the master shower He also provided us with a detailed checklist evaluation of the house plumbing and some estimates for items that were aging or in need of repair My experience with George Brazil has always been positive
Just a few days ago I had the regularly schedule "yearly plumbing inspection," and this year I discovered there was a problem with my water heater which I had purchased from George Brazil several years ago I was a bit dismayed that the problem, which apparently was a manufacture's defect went unreported for so long in spite of the yearly inspectionsHowever I a happy to relate that the issue was resolved, professionally and courteously two days later The technician straightened out the problem and I can now look forward to or years of uninterrupted service from my water heater, (of course, as with anything manufactured there is always the probability of an unexpected failure)I am only going to give a star out of rating because I feel that it was only my persistence in getting to the bottom of why I didn't get reports on the heater's anode that averted a future costly repair, but the response to resolve the problem was timely For me it is 'a lesson learned,' which is to be more diligent in making sure those you are paying to do some work are really doing all they are supposed to do
