A team of two called departing their first job and arrived at appropriate time They were very good at listening to the history of the problem, very efficient in finding the fault, and very competent in taking care of it They were very patient with my questions and very good at explaining what, where and why there was a problem, and offered suggestions to offset its return I have already referred friend to GB and will continue to refer others

I called Home Depot that guaranteed that does NOT happenWow, needless to say I lost all respect to this company for lying! Shame on themVery sad way to run a business
