Beware if you are in a situation they have no regard for the consumer as to charging fair rates
If a guy shows up at my door and says he will get me fixed up and has to solder a inch pipe that he has in his van (probably scrap leftovers) doe's the work in minutes and charges me more than $
What's up with that, to pay his wage and satisfy his boss he could have spent hours on the job
I guess someone has to pay for the TV commercials and lifestyle of the owner who rides on the coat tails of a man who built a reputation and a business
And the thing is you can't get a price out of these guy's until they are at your location , then you are held hostage
Beware that you are not stuck paying at least triple what it should be
I am a rational person who is in business and certainly cannot or would not think of taking advantage of the public, Beware of the premium that comes with TV Advertising and hr service, you gonna pay and he gonna live the life of luxury!

when we started the project with Brazil plumbing they communicated with us all the way, and then when our service person arrived very knowledgeable and what really impressed us was his kindness and understanding what it was we were after and completed his work within the time line and what really impressed he cleaned up after himself my hat off to George Brazil having people like him

I can't say enough about the professionalism of George Brazil Plumbing I had (at that time) a small leak in a underground pipe in front of my house and much to my surprise they scheduled someone to come out on a Sunday, which is apparently a work day for them so they don't charge any extra fess for Sunday They ran into problems with the job before me so they had to reschedule for the next day but since my problem wasn't an emergency I was ok with it They gave me a credit for making me wait which was great The next day I got an e-mail from them telling me who was coming along with his photo so I would know that he was legit He came out exactly when he was supposed to and was super nice and extremely professional and knowledgeable (Thanks Shane Cotton!) He determined that the leak was actually coming from my neighbors pipesYay! The credit they had given me for the original missed appointment covered the house call charge so it cost me nothing! It is so hard to find anyone with even the slightest hint of professionalism so I was thrilled with the experience and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing (or electrical) service Thanks
We use George Brazil for all our Electrical & plumbing Have purchased an Air conditioner, Water Heater and had regular check-ups Always prompt and knowledgeable about the products they sell and service
I was pleased with the service from this company from the first phone call to completion of the jobThey understood my needs, were prompt in providing service, outlined my options and did the work required The service person was very respectful of my house with coming inside by covering his shoes and making sure the doors were shut so my pet could not escapeI would recommend this company and will use them in the future if needs arise
This afternoon Adam g*** came to our home because of leak from shower wallLeak was behind shower on to carpetHe found the problem a crack in spout after cutting into wall and turning on shower.the crack caused water to leak inside the wall and on floor under wood studs.I approved the additional workAdam went and got new nipple and spoutThe work was performed in a timely manner and the service call was at the time promisedAll was explained clearly to meAdam was pleasant and efficientI have used George Brazil for electrical and plumbing and always very satisfied
