Never Again!
To keep this short, I was "ordered" out of the Kennesaw Georgia store because I refused to wear a mask. I am an old guy with some underlying issues which prohibit my wearing a mask, and attempted to explain this to the angry young lady with blue hair. I also attempted to explain that they are not a "Private Business" as she continued to tell me, but a "Place of Public Accommodations" as defined in Title II. I continued to shop and as I was about to leave she said she had called the police so I waited to explain to the officer my issue. He did have the knowledge to tell her that the store could be sued for refusing my use of the retail. She didn't care, just wanted me out. The officer told me outside that this store has had many of these issues, and he wouldn't shop there. I was a customer way before they ever had a brick and mortar store in Georgia, never again!

This company has the slowest shipping I’ve ever seen. I had to exchange an item for a different size that was a Christmas gift. I just received an email saying the correct size just Shipped. It’s literally been 4 weeks! The quality seems good but slow customer service/shipping. Guess as long as your not in a hurry this place is fine.

We are refunding the customer for the shipping and the return shipping cost.? Customers can only use one promotion and she got 20% off the jacket and we normally do not combine that with free shipping.? We will accommodate this time

Our returns department processed:Returns processed a credit for of those items for a total of $($original purchase price x 4)There was a 5th shirt that was returned that was either not included in the return OR returns missed when processingOur Contact Center agent processed a credit for that item of $back to the Visa card used on the original purchaseCustomer requested an exchange for these items to receive new shirts of item ***The cost of these items is $eachOn the customers return form, he notes a current price of these at $24.50, but there is a price break in place for multiple quantities which would reduce that to $and we would honor that lower price on the new purchase? The total order for the new shirts is $of which there is a $exchange credit pending on that order so total due by credit card is $(The additional shirt was refunded to the customer Visa card and that is why it is not part of the credit that was processed towards the pending order)? The original order shows delivered and signed by “***” (the customers last name) and the customer acknowledges receiving the replacement orderCustomer sent items back for a return (from the replacement order)We received a charge back from the Credit Card Company for the original orderAt this point the charge back has been completed and the customer does not have any funds dueTell us why here

We talked to this customer in our call center We have clearance items that are at the sale price and others that are at the higher priceThat is why there is a range listed We do not just list the sale price but have the range ans at times the clearance items sell out

On 7/our Customer Service Associate removed the customer from our mailing list and flagged the account as DO NOT RENT. The associate also emailed the customer with this information. We also confirmed that we did not share his name with anyone. We have honored all the customer's requests. [redacted]

I would be happy to talk with the customer if they would leave their contact information I do have other colors and would like to help the customer find a pair of pants that work for them.***
