[redacted],                They did not solve my problem, American Express Credit card company solved my problem and I receive my refund through American Express Credit card company.     They still saying I receive and sign for original order.I never received the original order.I received the replacement order.     Once again thanks for American Express credit card company for taking care of my refund.

 They know the detail of my order then they should have my contact information. This shows how they conduct their business practice-they don't give a [redacted] about their customers. I will never buy from them and all my friends on FB and twitter will learn about this.  Please close this case. I am not interested in their product any more.

We talked to this customer in our call center.  We have clearance items that are at the sale price and others that are at the higher price. That is why there is a range listed.  We do not just list the sale price but have the range ans at times the clearance items sell out.

We will be refunding the customer for the shipping charge.

Catalog sent to a woman who died 25 years ago.

After seeing their ads for a couple years I finally saw the one (today) that advertised the Men's Fire ose Shirt Jac. I then went to their website to purchase said item. The web page shows a price of $74.50 with a line drawn through it and a price in red next to it of $49.99. I thought "cool.. a discount". I then went to the checkout where it was still $74.50... What? I called the 866 # and spoke with one guy who didn't want to talk about it and referred me to Tim, another "Customer official". He said "well that's the price for the clearance ones not that shirt". It clearly appeared to be quite the opposite when looking at the ad. He agreed it could be misleading and "really appreciated me bringing it to their attention" but refused to give me the discounted price. I told him that all of the zing and pazazz I had before going to their site was gone for me and asked him if he thought my review would cost Duluth more than the $24.51 they could have discounted the item to me since I had "helped them" with an apparent misprint. He told me he would not but again thanked me for bringing it to their attention. I think it speaks volumes as to what their "after sale" customer service would be like. I WON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM DULUTH TRADING CO. EVER.

I received a catalogue from Duluth Trading Company advertising "Free Shipping with ANY $50 Order" expiring on 4/9/14. I also received an offer for 20% off with ANY $75 Order. I tried to order online and received 20% off my order but not free shipping. I called their phone number and was told I could not use both. They are engaging in false advertising "ANY $50 Order" and "ANY $75 Order" They do not apply these to ANY order meeting these criteria. The 20% Off offer has fine print saying "Not valid ..., in combination with other offers ..." However I did receive the 20% off in combination with their offer to buy 2 items at a lesser price than a single item. The words in their advertisements do not match their actions.

I've purchased numerous items from Duluth Trading and have had a 100% positive experience with each regarding quality of items, shipping time, and customer service. The one time I had to return an item because my son was unhappy with the fit, it was handled courteously and with a sense of urgency on the part of Duluth. My experiences with their customer service department have always been terrific. We remain loyal customers! Thank you Duluth Trading!

I received a 1) catalog, 2) email solicitation, and 3) special discount mailer promo for a specific product. Went to DT's Web site where this product was listed. Ordered said product. Received email confirmation of order. Then was told product "no longer carried". Contacted customer service who couldn't care a rip. WAS a long time customer. DT, you baited then burned me. Never again with your deceptive advertising! My advise to others: buy elsewhere. REI is far better overall.

Last fall I wanted to get a robe. I had stumbled upon the DC site recently and like their products, so I decided to look there. Being a large fellow, I run into sizing problems. I like smooth and simple (not having to return things), so I sent an email to customer service to ask and within 48 hours, I got sizing advice based on my height and weight. He also reminded me of the "No Bull Guarantee". I have 6 different orders so far and I love the products.

Review: Received an advertisement form Duluth trading on 11/27 at 4:12PM ET saying they have long tail T's on sale. Went to the link in the email to their site where it listed a price of 24.99. I tried to select the items and they go into the cart at $32. I called them and they said they were sole out of the one that was on sale and they only had $32 shirts left even though their site showed the 24.99 price. I think showing a low price on a sold out item and trying to get me to buy the higher price items is "bait and switch" and wrong.

I would still like to buy the product at a sale price but not at $32.Desired Settlement: I had 6 shirts in my cart ready to checkout when I learned they were advertising something on their site that was sold out. I would like to complete that order at the sale price.

Review: They advertised a Blue Men's windproof fleece jacket for $39.99 and when I checked on it to buy it the price jumped to $79.99. Clear case of false advertising!Desired Settlement: Sell me the jacket for the advertised price!

Review: I ordered a product with overnight shipping from Duluth Trading on Thursday 10/24/13. According to their website, the order was processed and shipped on Friday 10/25/13. I should have received my order on Saturday 10/26/13, however, the order did not arrive until Monday 10/28/13. When I contacted Duluth Trading about not receiving my order on time, I was told Saturday delivery is $15.00 in addition to the overnight shipping cost. I was also told that if I wanted Saturday delivery, I had to call customer service by 3pm CST to arrange it. Neither of these things are stated on the shipping page of the website. At no time was I informed I would have to pay extra to receive my order when I paid to receive it.Desired Settlement: I paid for overnight shipping and received three day shipping. I wish to be refunded the cost difference between the two. Also Duluth Trading needs to update their shipping webpage to include the instructions and extra charge for Saturday delivery.

2nd Day Delivery

Overnight Shipping

International Orders

Place your order online as usual and enter the overseas shipping address. Once your order is received, we will calculate the applicable shipping charges for the order. A week ago I made the mistake of using Google search to look for some shirts and happened to click on your site. That was a monumental mistake, because now when I view other sites I am forced to constantly see your flashing shirts advertised which not only gives me a headache, but totally distracts me from reading the content. Thank you for making my online reading experience totally miserable. I hope that some other company does the same thing to you and all of your staff so that you too may be subjected to the same blatant disrespect that you show your customers.
Be assured that I will never purchase anything from Duluth Trading and will do everything in my power to shout this message to as many people and media outlets that I possibly can. My complete disgust for your company will probably dissipate over time, but the online reviews, wherever I can post them, will last forever. [redacted] In case you try to blame Google don’t bother. I know, as well as you, that their despicable tactics of gathering personal info and selling it to advertisers has become common place in the market. Shame on Duluth Trading for being willing accomplices to such shoddy gimmicks.
