I want the mailings to stop I did not want or ask for a gift card This is a very simple request and should be taken seriously This is harassment and I am in the process of filing complaints with the Attorney General offices in Iowa and Wisconsin It needs to stop

We have passed on the concern expressed above. At this point I'm not sure we are going to satisfy her request. Again, our intention is never to offend, rather entertain and engage our customers.

We have removed the customer from any mailings and will not share their information Although we put a stop on mailings, there may already be materials at the printer that we can't stop Someone will be contacting the customer to give an update

We talked to this customer in our call center. We have clearance items that are at the sale price and others that are at the higher price. That is why there is a range listed. We do not just list the sale price but have the range ans at times the clearance items sell out

*** ***, They did not solve my problem, American Express Credit card company solved my problem and I receive my refund through American Express Credit card company. They still saying I receive and sign for original order.I never received the original order.I received the replacement order. Once again thanks for American Express credit card company for taking care of my refund

We will refund the full amount once we receive his return....***

We are refunding the customer for the shipping and the return shipping cost. Customers can only use one promotion and she got 20% off the jacket and we normally do not combine that with free shipping. We will accommodate this time

Please let the business know that I received the check in the mail on Monday afternoon (6/11) . However, I do want them to know that I should not have had to waste over hours of my life on the phone and be told different outcomes to the issue. If they would have just listened to me the first time, it would not have come to this. Also, I still think they feel that my credit card company and myself are personally responsible for their issues with this problem. Unfortunately because of this they have lost a long time customer and other people have heard my story and are leary of doing business with Duluth because of how I was treated

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.We have confirmed with our Finance Team that Duluth Trading Company charged $and $on 6/16/18. There is still an authorization in the amount of $that will turn into a charge once the remaining item(s) leave the warehouse.
We spoke with the customer on 6/18/and understand this matter to be resolved.Thank you!***
