Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because:
Many of these "facts" are errors in their so-called investigation They made zero attempt to confirm any of this inaccurate information with VER MANAGEMENT, INCbefore publishing this damaging information and
blocking our organization's access to I Update to correct it A virtual office and an executive suite are two completely different things Anyone with the most minor level of competence knows this There was never any mention of our California location, which requires no foreign business registration, being an executive suite location in our file; which it is Furthermore our official corporate documents sealed by the state of Nevada clearly show our official corporate address which is located in the state of Nevada Perhaps someone should have bothered to take a look since we uploaded them to the Dun and Bradstreet server This is just a case of gross deliberate publishing of information, negligence and incompetence all in one.Dun and Bradstreet sells subscriptions to business so they can have access to the files of business like ours These business make inquiries on new business registrants with their company Then they have the nerve to accuse those registrants (us) of having an irregular high amount of inquiries when we've applied for nothing That is just asinine and extremely unprofessional They also make mention of our organization having a mailing address What a novel thought? A business actually having a separate address to handle their mail now that has red flags all over it I guess we should shut down all UPS mail locations because they are filled with these suspicious businesses using their mail services. In all seriousness we have no problem and fully prepared to take legal actions against both Dun and Bradstreet and Dun and Bradstreet Credibility Corporation for knowingly publishing and damaging information against our corporation Our research indicates that both are these organizations may be responsible for numerous of these damaging publishings against several honest hard working organizations like ours The words "class action" comes to mind when we think about our research

This response is related to ID [redacted]
D&B currently maintains a Business Information Report on Saba Consultants Group under DUNS #[redacted].  This report contains the company name, address, phone number, line of business, start date, number of employees and principal names.  It does not contain any form of financial statement information or payment experience data from any reporting vendors.  Since there are no reporting vendors, there are no vendor names to share with Mr. [redacted].
As we stated in our earlier response, we will continue to maintain a record for this company in our database regardless of Mr. [redacted]' input.  We have an obligation to our customers to provide them with the data and insight necessary to make their decisions.
Regards,

According to our records [redacted] has already been in communication with [redacted]. Please see below: Subject: RE: DNB contract renewal [redacted] Body: Hi [redacted], I apologize for the delay in getting back to you. I was out of the office after...

the recent birth of my twins. Per your contract, your service actually had already renewed on the 11th of this month for another 12 month period. While we can certainly go over options, we can't cancel outright. It may be a good idea to get together to go over exactly what you need. There are definitely other providers, and even cheaper options, but none have the type of data that D&B does. Let me know if there is a time this week we might be able to connect. [redacted] From: [redacted] Sent: Monday, October 27, 2014 2:18 PM To: [redacted] Cc: [redacted] Subject: FW: DNB contract renewal [redacted], As I mentioned in my call and email last week, we had just received your invoice with the billing amount for the new contract year for DNB credit reporting services. We took the opportunity to review our other options for credit reporting, and have decided to go with a different provider at this time. Please cancel our contract for credit reporting services. Please confirm that the service will be cancelled, and on what date. If there is something more that you need from me in order to accomplish this- please let me know. Thank you for your help. [redacted] ###-###-#### From: [redacted] Sent: Friday, October 24, 2014 1:47 PM To: '[redacted] Cc: [redacted] Subject: DNB contract renewal[redacted], This last week we received your invoice for our contract renewal for this next year. Upon careful review and consideration, we have decided to explore our options for credit reporting services. We have not made a final decision, but wanted to let you know that we are considering all of our options. I wanted to be sure that we provide you with adequate notice, and would appreciate it if you could let me know when you absolutely need to know whether or not we wish to continue with a contract for the new year. Thank you very much for your help. [redacted]5 ###-###-####

As we stated in our original response, any further questions, concerns, discussions or updates must be done through Rob here at D&B.  He is the analyst assigned to the D7B report on VER Management.  He can be reached by calling ###-###-#### Ext [redacted]

In regards to Mr. [redacted]'s conversation with [redacted], a check with our records shows that D&B does not employ a person named [redacted].  Nor do we charge fees to subject companies related to their own reports.  My speculation is that Mr. [redacted] was speaking with Dun &...

Bradstreet Credibility Corporation (DBCC).  D&B and DBCC are two separate and unrelated businesses. In regards to Mr. [redacted]'s request to have the file unlocked, we cannot oblige that request.  In previous communications, management submitted information to D&B indicating that [redacted] started in 2013 and operates as a home furnishings retailer with [redacted] listed as owner. Management indicated that the company has five employees and operates from a rented, 1,100 square foot facility at [redacted]. Management provided a business phone number of ###-###-####.  On July 29, 2014, a check with the City of [redacted] revealed no evidence of an active business license on file for[redacted]. A business license was issued to the business in 2011 listing [redacted] as owner and [redacted],[redacted] as the operating address for the business. This license is no longer valid.  D&B receives over 600 million payment experiences each year through its voluntary trade tape program. We enter these new and updated experiences into D&B Reports as this information is received.  At this time, none of those experiences relate to this company.  Additionally, a check with the D&B historical database revealed that the report for [redacted] was created on July 24, 2014 at the request of management. Operations prior to 2014 could not be verified through any third-party sources and as a result, 2014 will be reported as the business start date.  On July 29, 2014, sources revealed that [redacted], is a mail drop location. A reverse look-up revealed that the reported phone number is registered to the business at the reported address as of July 24, 2014.  As a matter of interest, [redacted] is also listed as principal in [redacted] Columbia, SC, [redacted] which appears to have discontinued operations with unpaid debt. This includes unpaid and past due amounts totaling approximately $196,000.  It is also noted that [redacted] is also listed as principal in New Images, [redacted], [redacted], DUNS# [redacted] which appears to have discontinued operations with past due amounts totaling approximately $10,000.Due to the discrepancies listed above, financial and credit information will be withheld and the iUpdate access will remain locked.  If Mr. [redacted] needs to discuss this further, please call ###-###-####.

We at Dun & Bradstreet, Inc., appreciate the opportunity to address the...

concerns raised, as we value feedback.  Further, please be advised that we took this matter very seriously and thoroughly investigated.  We spoke with complainant on February 8, 2016 and apologized for the issues he had with authenticating his business information on the free iUpdate website and further ensured him that there is no cost to updating basic information on the report. During the conversation, all information was reviewed and updated with the complainant. If the complainant has any further questions or concerns he may contact our Senior Manager of Customer Relations, Kimberly [redacted]) .

In researching our records, I could find no history of D&B making recent outbound calls to the subject business.  She may be confusing D&B with [redacted] ([redacted]).  [redacted] is a separate and unrelated entity from D&B, and we do not control who or what...

they call or don't call.In response to her complaint, I have placed the D&B report on [redacted] on our internal do not contact lists.  This will take effect immediately.Regards,D&B US National Customer Relations

In previous communications with D&B, company management submitted information to D&B indicating that [redacted] is a limited liability company that started in 2014 and operates as a provider of management consulting services. Additionally, management reported that the company has 20...

employees and operates from an owned 5,000 square foot facility at [redacted] A business phone number of ###-###-#### was also provided for the business. On August 19, 2014, a check with the Nevada Secretary of State revealed that a limited liability company registration was filed underthe name [redacted] on July 3, 2014. A check with the California Secretary of State shows no evidence of a foreign registration beingissued to [redacted]. A check with the D&B historical database shows that the report for [redacted] was created on November 11, 2013 at the request of management. On August 19, 2014, sources show that the reported business address, [redacted], is a residential apartment andis owned by an unrelated party.A review of the D&B historical database shows that since the report was created, there have been a high number of inquiries on Curtis [redacted]. This advises D&B that the company is experiencing a high-end amount of customer activity.  In addition, it is noted that [redacted], Principal in [redacted], also appears as a principal in [redacted], which has been assigned a higher-risk status. As a result of these factors, financial and credit details will be withheld.Any questions should be directed to our Severe Risk Team at ###-###-####.Sincerely,D&B US National Customer Relations

Using information provided in this complaint as well as our independent research, the telephone number of ###-###-#### has been removed from the D&B record on [redacted]).  This revision will take effect the morning of September 4, 2014.  Please...

allow 30-45 days for these revisions to impact the various marketing solutions we provide. Please note:  in general, if information is presented to D&B as commercial information (like a phone number or an address), we will treat it as such.  Therefore, the National Do Not Call List is not applicable to D&B, since that list concerns residential listings and not commercial ones.Regards,D&B US National Customer Relations Team

The Dun & Bradstreet Business Information Report for [redacted] ( Duns #[redacted]) has been updated to show that the company is no longer active and has been removed from any marketing and calling lists. A complimentary copy of the report is attached....

Thankyou for the opportunity to respond to this complaint.  If you have anyquestions or comments, please contact me directly.  It is our belief thatthis response resolves this issue. Respectfully Submitted, Dun & Bradstreet National Customer Relations
