The Dunkin' Brands Guest Support team followed up with this guest on 3/7/18 by email and was able to resolve the issue.

This case has been brought to the attention of a Supervisor on the Loyalty Support Team.  I have requested that the Supervisor review and reach out to guest directly.

Please add your rejection comments below. As I said before, Dunkin Donuts HAS all the information they need to fix this. I have given them the information they requested, twice. They are pretending to be responsive but in reality they are doing nothing to solve this problem. Also, on [redacted] they said they were aware of the problem with the new app and were working to fix it but in their communications with me they tried to blame me for the problem as if the app was fine. They have had plenty of time to fix this. I want this complaint to remain for others to see.

This information was sent to a representative of Dunkin' Brands Loyalty Support Team.  We have requested that a representative from the Loyalty Support Team reach out to guest with the regards to this.

The Dunkin' Brands Guest Support Team has updated the guest's complaint. The restaurant is independently owned and operated by an individual franchise owner. The guest's complaint has been forwarded to the franchise owner as well as the appropriate Dunkin' Brands employees. The Guest Support Team has requested that the franchise owner follow up with the guest directly to address this complaint.

The guest was called and a voicemail was left on 4/21/16 at 2:42 pm. An email was also sent on 4/21. We have not received a reply yet. We have made the appropriate representative aware and will attempt to reach out to the guest again.

The Dunkin' Brands Guest Support team notified the Dunkin' Brands Loyalty Support team of the guest's issue. A representative from the Loyalty Support team called the guest on 6/9/2017 and left a message. The representative also sent the guest an email requesting additional information.

Dunkin' Brands Guest Support has notified the franchise owner of the restaurant of this complaint. The restaurants are independently owned and operated. Guest Support has requested that the franchisee reach out to the guest in regards to this issue.

To Whom It May Concern:The restaurants are independently owned an operated business.  The Dunkin' Brands Guest Support has notified this franchise owner of this location, via e-mail on 4/15/2015, that the guest has contacted the Revdex.com.  We have requested that the franchise owner contact the guest.

A representative from Dunkin' Brands Loyalty Support Team will be reaching out to this guest directly regarding this.

Dunkin' Brands Guest Support Team has forwarded this complaint to the Dunkin' Brands Loyalty Support Team. Guest Support has requested that a representative of Loyalty Support reaches out to the guest directly in regards to this issue.

This information was brought to the attention of the Supervisor from the Loyalty Support Team at Dunkin' Brands.  A representative from that team with be reaching out to guest in order to assist with this mater.

The Baskin Robbins restaurants are independently owned and operated by individual franchise owners.  The Guest Support Team at Dunkin' Brands has informed the Franchise Owner, of this location, that this guest is not satisfied with the response that the guest received from the Franchise Owner/Franchise Representative.  The Guest Support Team has requested via e-mail on 6/19/2015, that the Franchise Owner/ Franchise Representative reach out to the guest again.

I contacted Dunkin Donuts before I made this Revdex.com complaint; they already have my contact info and the number of the card, so they could fix this any time they want. Having someone contact me now does not address or solve the problem at all. There are many others who are having the same problem, their complaints are on DD's [redacted] page, and DD is not fixing it, so they can keep the money that customers have on the old app and so  they won't have to provide the perks that those customers have earned. Whatever money and perks I have on the card will be lost when the old app is discontinued.

The Dunkin' Brands Guest Support Team contacted this guest by phone on 1/8/18. All of the restaurants are independently owned and operated. Guest Support Representative addressed the issue with the guest and will notify the appropriate teams.

I do not know what to do to get my $50 back!!!!  I have submitted a Revdex.com claim, I did talk to Dunkin Donuts regarding this but they have done nothing.  They told me that they were getting their IT people involved and they were going to debit the Dunkin Donuts card that was credited fraudulently  and and they were going to credit my Debit  card back.  THIS HAS TO DATE NOT HAPPENED!  I do not even own a Dunkin' Donuts card!!!!   I will NOT phone these people in that I told them I did not trust them ( Dunkin Donuts) to relay my concerns correctly and that I wanted a "written" record, besides I was traveling.......Obviously, you feel this is resolve Revdex.com in that you are only writing me back using robot letters!  This BAD SITUATION has NOT BEEN RESOLVED  Revdex.com!!!!!!!!  I TOLD THEM I WANTED THINGS HANDLED THROUGH THE Revdex.com and that I was NOT talking to anyone over the phone! Someone get back with me here!  It is Christmas Time and I Need my MONEY!!!

The Dunkin' Brands Guest Support team notified a supervisor from the Dunkin' Brands Loyalty Support team of the guest's experience. The supervisor from the Loyalty Support team has reached out to the guest to resolve this issue directly.
