I am responding to a complaint I submitted on 2/2/2018. I did not receive my email from the Revdex.com on 2/24/2018 and just now spoke someone again at the Revdex.com. I initially called today 3/9/2018 put in another complaint on Dunkin Donuts. Since they reached out to me on 2/9/2018 and told me they are further investigating the incident they have continued to take money out of my account every week now totaling another $45. No one  has contacted me in over a month from the Dunkin Donuts chain pending the “investigation they were conducting” to solve this issue. I would like for this case to be reopened and taken care of by the Revdex.com. I don’t think that this is fair at all that a company continues to take someone’s hard earned money at their own free will.  Regards,

 I was called by the owner.....he wanted a receipt. Who in this world would save a receipt after HOT coffee was spilled all over a person. I tried to narrow down a specific date.....very hard to do. So I told him it was the first partial week of May.  He said he would get back to me. Well guess what,  HE HASN'T.I'm very upset and frustrated.......he IS dragging his feet...........obviously for a reason.  Maybe it's time to picket his business and we will see just how much business he loses.  I can't believe this entire situation.

Dunkin’ Brands Guest Support contacted the gueston 4/24/15  via email. The restaurants are independently owned and operated businesses. We have asked the guest for the location she visited so we can notify the franchise owner of the locationand request they contact the guest directly.

Dunkin' Brands Guest Support Team received a message from the Franchise Representative notifying us that they had spoken to this guest regarding this case.  This store is independently owned and operated by an individual franchise owner.  Guest Support has made the Franchise Owner aware of the guest's additional feedback regarding this case.

Dunkin' Brands Loyalty Support Team has been made aware of guest's complaint.  The team will be reaching out to guest directly regarding this case.

This guest has contacted the Guest Support Team at Dunkin' Brands regarding Baseball Nut Ice Cream.  This is a seasonal flavor that is not required to be in every Baskin-Robbins location.  All of the stores are independently owned and operated by individual franchise owners.  It...

is at the discretion of the individual franchise owners which flavors he/she sells in their location, aside from certain flavors that are required.  The guest was sent an e-mail from Guest Support on 6/23/2017 informing guest of this information.

The guest originally emailed Dunkin' Brands in regards to this complaint on 7/12/2016. This restaurant is independently owned and operated. Dunkin' Brands Guest Support Team made the franchise owner and appropriate teams aware on 7/12/2016. The guest has filed a previous complaint...

with the Revdex.com in regards to this complaint and the Revdex.com was not asked to process the complaint. Multiple representatives of Dunkin' Brands Guest Support Team spoke with the guest in regards to this complaint. This matter is between the franchise owner and the guest. Dunkin' Brands Guest Support will update the case to the franchise owner and the appropriate representatives of Dunkin' Brands.

I am still upset and disgusted by Dunkin Donuts total lack of customer service. The owner reached out and was very apologetic, which I appreciated. Corporate, on the other hand, was awful. Your reputation has forever been tarnished in my mind. I hope that, in the future, you conduct yourself with a  semblance of professionalism instead of simply passing the buck. Even an apology would help.

The Loyalty Support Team of Dunkin' Brands had sent this guest an e-mail requesting additional information from her with regards to this.  The e-mail was sent to guest's email address of [redacted] on 2/23/2016.  At this time there has been no additional information received from the guest.

Dunkin' Brands Guest Support team received an email from this guest on 10/11/2016 in regards to this complaint. Guest Support notified the appropriate teams and requested that they follow up with the guest directly to address this. Guest Support updated the case with this additional information.

The Dunkin' Brands Loyalty Support Supervisor contacted this guest via phone on 1/5/18 and left a voicemail for guest to call back to address this guest's concerns.

I have not received the money credited to my bank account yet.  Their website still shows approx. $31 balance.  The only reason I added money to this card in the first place is because their website showed that I had a zero balance.  I do see under transactions that it looks like they reversed the charge but another place on the site says the money is still on the perks card.  I have not received the money in my bank account.  The person I talked to insinuated that I had "accidentally" loaded my card twice and was not very sympathetic to my complaints that the transaction happened over a weekend and a customer has no recourse until Monday-Friday.  I had to make four phone calls and spent over 90 minutes on the phone to get this resolved.  The money has not been credited back to me as promised.  this will be the last time my family deals with Dunkin Donuts.

The business owner contacted me today. He was suppose to send me something in writing about a possible agreement.  HE DIDN'T/HASN'T.  I DON'T think he has my e-mail address. It's ok with me......YOU HAVE MY premission to give it to him.  ALSO.....my mailing address is fine to give it to him. I'd rather YOU send it to him. It would be MORE professional and business like to do that.      William  Taylor
