To whom it may concern: Marilee M***, the Assistant Manager who overseas the branch in which Ms*** rented, spoke out to this customer via email (see attached email) Marilee explained that the was never charged it was just an authorization and the only amount that
was actually charged was the $44.36. She sent Ms*** a copy of the receipt and showed her everything mapped out

on 4/6/16. At that time, he agreed to waive the $
charge that was placed on Mr***’s credit card and the $

I spoke to Velva B*** Area Manager who overseas the branch that Ms*** rented from. She had personally spoke to Ms*** on February 1, and rectified the situation. Velva also followed up with an email to Ms*** confirming her of the actions she took to rectify
the situation. Below is the email sent:Subject: Enterprise Rental out of ***
Ms***,
I
am writing to follow up on our conversation that we had yesterday about the
overages caused from the *** rental branch. As discussed we are
issuing a $check to be overnighted to your address in *** ***, Pa.
With this check all overages caused to your checking account will
be resolved. If you have any issues please feel free to reach out to
me directly.

There was an issue with actually completing the refund because the Branch could not locate the said $charge in order to complete the refund. I then went and contacted *** Citations Department in order to look into the toll fee. They confirmed that the only thing Mr*** did pay was a $5.00 payment toward the toll on line (see attached email correspondence). The $fee that Mr*** speaks of was never charged to him. Todd C***, Branch have tried reaching out to Mr*** on two separate occasions and has not heard back. Todd is waiting on a call back from Mr*** in order to explain this to him

We have been trying to reach Ms*** now to review her complaint and offer a solution. Three separate messages were left for her from Enterprise employees and also the Area Manager (4/22, 4/23, 4/25) that oversees the branch she had the issue with. To date, no one has heard
back from Ms*** AT this point, Enterprise is unable to offer a solution until we hear back from the customer

My complaint is that I was held
responsible for damage to a rental vehicle that was not my vault! The vehicle was given to me by an employee of the Enterprise Rental Car location and I was not told about internal damage to the left front end (wheel bearing). The only way that I was going know about this damage was for me to drive the car, and based on the rental agreement, I was going to be held liable for any potential damage. I was given the vehicle under pretenses. I was not going to pay the claim but I was threaten by an Enterprise Recovery Specialist that I would be taken to collection if I didn't pay the claim for the damage. So, I reluctantly paid the claim on July 2. They also told me that they would perform an investigation of the incident and I was never provided with a final report. They also never contacted the Dealership, who paid for the rental vehicle, and ask about the incident.

On 9/23/16, Ms*** came into the *** *** Enterprise Rental Branch to pay off a past due balance. At that time,
Britney ***, Branch Rental Manager waited on her and rented her the car
A few hours later, Ms*** and her boyfriend came back to the rental
branch.
At this time, the rental branch was filled with other customers
and Britney was trying to wait on everyone. Ms*** and her boyfriend
became irate over the fact that Britney was not waiting on them before
the other customers that were in line in front of them. Ms***’s
boyfriend began threating Britney and tried becoming physical with another
employee. Because of this, Britney called the police. When the
officers arrived, they spoke to the customers and Enterprise decided not to
rent them the vehicle at this time so their contract was voided.

10/17/16, Randal P***, the Area Rental Manager that oversees the *** *** Enterprise Rent-A-Car Branch where Ms*** rented the car from, spoke
to Ms***. He explained that due to
the severity of the incident, she will not be permitted to rent from Enterprise

We spoke with the customer and agreed to refund $for poor customer service. She is satisfied with the results

After
looking through ticket notes on Mr. [redacted]'s ticket, Colby S[redacted], Area Rental Manager overseeing the rental branch that Mr. [redacted] rented from has decided to refund the full
amount to Mr. [redacted]\. 2.0 notes were not updated ONCE over 38 days stating that
we went...

over billing with Mr [redacted]... I Colby spoke to Mr. [redacted] on 3/29/18 and made him aware that the full amount was refunded back to his card. Mr. [redacted] was very pleased with our decision.

I sent an email to the consumer in an attempt to resolve and have not heard back as of this morning.

A set of car mats were offered to Ms. [redacted] at the time of
purchase, but Ms. [redacted] wanted a particular kind and they have been on back
order.   The new matts have arrived at the Campbells Run Road Enterprise
Car Sale lot.  Tiffany W[redacted] Area Car Sales Manager, tried...

out to Ms. [redacted]e as of 10/18/16.   Tiffany has not received a return
call as of yet.

We have contacted MR. [redacted] and have arranged to get him his $50 gift card. We had originally ordered the gift card but after repeated efforts to reach Mr. [redacted] we retuned the gift card

I disagree with the business because no one apologized for the conditions of that rental that was given to me! As I stated in my complaint my son birthday celebration was ruined because there was a hold on my card for the rental that I took back within a hour or two of picking it up! I choose not to rent from Enterprise anymore due to the fact that they do not care about customers that spend a lot of money with their company!!!
