Customer returned unit and is awaiting a refund

AVOIDTheir overpriced fan broke just a few months after it's yr warranty and it's extra yr warranty from my credit card expiredIt may be a fuse, but that fuse is not a standard size, is not available on line or at any local hardware stores, and when I asked Dyson service to send me one of the probably cent fuses, they refused and offered me 15% per cent off a replacement overpriced fanAVOID

Hi there, thank you for the prompt responseYes, I walked into the *** store carrying the vacum and was able to ship the item todayIt was sent to the service center in Paramus, NJ My complain with the Revdex.com is regarding the marketing of this item (because it not easy to maintain, or easy to use) due to very complicated ball technology, that clogs very easily and is not simple to clean as advertised I would like to keep this complain open until I found out why the item stopped working as promised, and why even after I followed all the additional cleaning steps shown in the videos, the product was trowing dust back into the rug instead of taking dust into the proper dust binTherefore, I am still not fully satisfied, because I don't know why the item stopped working as advertised.

The response is accepted but this company should send me a written apology for the aggravation and time delay for said refund, their customer service needs to be improved to say the least!!!!!

The refund for MrJohn *** *** was issued on 9-16-2016, we will contact the customer to ensure he has received it

My husband purchased the $DCin December Since that time, we have had parts break under useThe handle wand broke and Dyson replaced it promptlyThen a connection part of the hose broke, and they had it servicedNow, the canister release button has cracked and no longer holds the canister securelyUpon my call to their Customer Service, I spoke to DeborahShe informed me this was "user error" and wear and tear, and I would have to buy the entire section, as they expect that to break apart and need replaced under conditionsI asked for a supervisor and am now waiting for up to days before I should expect a call back
For an expensive vaccum to have parts break under conditions within years, this product isn't constructed to even last the year warranty period, that they claim is so great to protect their productIf just years after purchasing, I am having to buy whole sections of a vaccum to replace a part that isn't made to last, as their own employee informed me is expected to break from use, within their warranty period, then it is a manufacturing issue, and use of inferior parts

Spoke to Mr. [redacted] on July 17th, and we offered him a 50% off a new V6 motorhead or 50% off of the repair of his V6 motorhead, customer declined both and requested to have his machine returned to him. Tracking number for his unit is  [redacted].
