Fair and Equal treatment: American
Express not addressing my concern, using excuse of "Third Party Disclosure Laws and Amerian Express" privacy policy prohibit sharing certain types of infoamtion with non authorized accountholders. I did not request Amex to share third party info, if they read my complaint, they would see that I offer that my relatives who applied under the same link at the same time, also previous has *** accountthey did receive bonus points after they spent dollars. I stated my relative will offer their account information to Revdex.com, I did not request Amex to share third party information. They are not respond to my issue, instead try to use excuse to avoid respond to the real "Unfair and Unequal treatment"Promotional Offer: Again Amex avoid the direct response of confusing information, with two logo of Amex *** card and Amex *** business card looks exactly the same, one using term of if you have this card within the past twelve month, you are not eligible. One using if you ever had this card you are not eligible. to confuse consumersFurther more, Amex did not address the concern, on the application process, they could easily highlight to the applicant at the end of the process, our system find that you previously has this product, that make you not eligible for the bonus points, do you wish to continue with this application?Further more, Amex could send a letter along with the credit card issued to the applicant, we found that you previously has this product you do not qualify for the bonus pointsat this point the consumer can decide if they wish to use this card or not, instead, AMEX mislead the consumer, let them spend 5,dollar on the card, allow their customer service to advise consumer, after requirement is met, you just have to wait to weeks, before the points will issue to your accountThere are many steps Amex can take to avoid the misunderstanding, and to avoid unhappy customerIn view all the above points, I am requesting Amex to issue the 30,points to my accountI do not like to be treated less than other card holder, any reasonable person can empathize this, Again, Amex does not need to reveal other account holder's information, my relatives would be happy to supply and support my statement

AMEX offered me a pay over time benefit on Dec **, I had a previous balance of $2,that was placed in the pay over time balance as well as any charges made before the close of that billing period which was $5,The total of $8,I received a bill in January that stated only a portion of the money I owed was moved into the pay over time benefitI called AMEX to find out what was wrong and they told me that any purchases under $could not be moved to the pay over timeI sent AMEX $2,at this time to take care of any changes under the $That was on Feb * I worked directly with *** in *** *** *** *** (amex employee)He continue to move my pay in full purchases over to the pay over time portion which was a processThere are notes from my AMEX account all the way back to January that will confirm everything I am saying*** continued to work with another department until AMEX suspended my pay over time portion because I didn't pay my pay in full potion*** was able to move an additional $to the pay over time portion before it was suspended.
AMEX has stated they are not able to locate the voice recordings from ***I have his direct # and I'm sure he would be willing to discuss this matter with the Revdex.comI am asking the Revdex.com to look into this matterI asked AMEX to do an investigation in which they state they can't find voice recordings of the pay over time offer or any conversations with ***I think this is untrue and the customer notes from the 50+ phone calls I have made since January to AMEX will show you that.

Please be advised that I'm not aware of any
correspondence from Revdex.com concerning my complaint against American Express ID# ***. I didn't receive any letters prior to this notifying me that I had not responded therefore, it was assumed that my case was resolved. The only correspondence I got was from Am Ex 0n 4/** acknowledging my Revdex.com complaint, and admitting that one of their employees had made a mistake and that they have "provided feedback to the appropriate leader regarding this matter" Not resolved to my satisfaction!

this complaintThey are obsessed with mailing things which take several business days to receive to my PO Box which I only check every week or soIf American Express truly cared about this complaint, they could have at least invested the time in pasting their response here.American Express has neglected to provide the Revdex.com any details about their proposed resolutionIf the Revdex.com is to act as a mediator in this situation, it should be required that all correspondence be posted through the Revdex.com site for Revdex.com staff to review

Given our excellent credit and payment history
with American Express for the past 1/years, I do not feel that they have resolved the issue. Apparently it is more important to this company to nickel and dime the customers that pay off their monthly balances in fullI guess they aren't making any money and don't need our businessThey tried to persuade me to continue to do business with them because they provide a cash back bonus from a *** (which is discontinuing their business with them)...no thank you I will put my money into our local credit union instead of this very disappointing big business.

Basically, I received a letter stating what I had told them previously in phone calls. Amex just simply repeated, leaving out some mishaps, the events that occurred then delivered their "canned" statement of gratitude and their hope that their attempts would resolve the matter. So, in my opinion, they did nothing and I really didn't think they would. Bottom line, American Express is not the company it once was. They will never admit to any lack of professionalism or error on their part so they simply repeat your issues and give their apologies. Please just post my complaint so it will be with the other hundreds this company has.Thank you for your efforts and it does feel good to publicize my complaint.-*** ***Your Answer Here]

American Express emailed a response and the issue is resolved. I did receive and spend the award certificate and the customer service rep I initially spoke to incorrectly told me that I didn't spend it. Issue resolved. Thank you for the response AE and I will remain a loyal customer of yours
