with that portion of my complaint, but I am not satisfied with American Express' response. They still put blame on me the customer for not utilizing the RSVP code, and didn't address all the other "reasons" why they told me I was not eligible for my rewards, or that they denied there was any such deal. One of their excuses was that I applied using a 3rd party offer. Again, the offer that was mailed to my home address pointed to the website getamexgreen.com with the RSVP code, you can't navigate past the first screen without entering the code. I will not be doing business with American Express again and I think this offer/company ought to be looked at more closely for other discrepencies being offered to the public.

Although a woman called and told me she had the...

authority to correct my address without an additional fax from me and would also send me my card, I have not received any indication of the correction or the card.

The letter sent to me is no different than the two...

prior letters I have received in the past. I cannot believe the lengths American Express is going to defraud me out of close to $40 dollars!!! This service was CANCELED in early July after I used it for the one rental (which I am not disputing). It is the two rentals AFTER that which are under dispute. My next complaint is going to be with the [redacted] for credit card fraud and perhaps legal action if it comes to that if this does not get resolved soon. I was defrauded and billed for a service I canceled and this matter is as simple as that! Please see this is forwarded to someone who actually cares enough to call me and talk about this at the least. Form letters saying pretty much the same thing are an insult to my intelligence!

How on earth can American Express not only seriously consider the matter closed when this is a matter of their poor customer service skills, but also DEFEND THEIR ACTIONS in ALLOWING fraudulent transactions?I am so livid that I cannot even begin to express it. I am calling now to cancel my American Express card and will press charges in court tomorrow morning. I sincerely hope the Revdex.com will give American Express a big F on this case.

There was nothing sent to me therefore I was left with nothing to reply to. I have requested documents from Amex to prove that I signed for an account through them and I haven't received anything. As I have started before this account belongs to my father and he has written a letter to them as well staying that. There is no reason I should be attached to this account.

Additionally, the consumer’s additional correspondence contains no new information to which American Express can respond at this time. The consumer may follow the instructions in our correspondence mailed November [redacted] to address this matter further. Thank You
