Not really, but I don't see a way forward without having to spend my own money. I don't find it satisfactory for a business to accept my money, then hold my order hostage for weeks, with no communication or apology. They only responded when I contacted Revdex.com and Paypal, then magically the order was "ready" and shipped within the week. What about the thousands of other customers who have received the same duplicitous treatment? This is not an acceptable way to run a business!

shipment of scent vialsBased off your order I do see that we were initially contacted around the week mark and a message was given to our wedding coordinator who sent you an email at that time advising of the current delay in regards to shipmentI see that the order did ship out weeks later and was delivered today, February 14thWe are currently making changes to our Wedding department such as hiring additional representatives to assist our wedding coordinators with calls and emails so that our customer receive a quicker responseAs the wedding department currently has one phone available to speak to all our brides to be, we are working on installing a new phone system as wellPlease let us know if there is anything else that we can help you with.Thank you,

I am rejecting this response because:it is now past the business day "production time" and I have received no shipping or tracking infoBased off a lot of research online about the massive amounts of customers who have never received their orders, the fact that, until I reached out via the Utah Revdex.com to file a complaint, I did not get a response to my order concerns, and based off the unwillingness to provide true customer service based off the types of products they advertise and gear towards (holiday, gifts, wedding) and that those items usually have strict deadlines, I would like them to issue a full refund.
