I feel certain you will never in this lifetime (or the next) hear back from Gazelle, so I just wanted to let you know that I received my iPad back from Gazelle todayIt was in flawless condition when I sent it to them back in OctoberWhen they finally got around to locating it in their facility a
week and a half after they received it, they informed me it had “significant scratching” all over itI declined their revised lowball payment offer, and they did return it to me promptlyI just received it and it is in the same pristine condition it was when I sent it offThe serial number matches, so they have indeed returned my original tablet to me.For myself, I will have no further dealings with Gazelle ever againIf I had realized that they were no longer the reputable company I had dealt with in the past, I would not have sent my device in to them this timeThere will never be anotherI am extremely dissatisfied with Gazelle and, you know how it is, nowadays when you are dissatisfied, you don’t do a thing but tell a few hundred thousand of your closest friends about your experienceI feel this will suffice in this instance.Except for the one cryptic e-mail about the “significant scratches,” I have never heard from anyone at Gazelle at any other point in the non-transactionI’m pretty confident I never willMy advice for other potential customers is run, don’t walk… away from this companyIt is assuredly not the company today you remember from the past.*** ***
