Review: got a phone call from this company promising to lower my interest rate to 6.99 percent. in 14 months, after 3 payments of 289.00 ... they got [redacted] to pay off my [redacted] balance... they are having a deal right now... 14 months no interest... then the interest goes to 18 or 19 percent... when I asked educare about that , I said what happened to the 6.99 percent. you promised after the 14 months was over.. she hung up on the [redacted] card lady.... I told her I wanted to cancel I thought she was scamming me... she gave me to her [redacted] ,,, who reassured me that they can do this.. that they have their ways. she had me crying on the phone, I told her my husband was scammed once and I didnt want to get scammed... she assured me it was a good deal. after I got off the phone with her... I came to Revdex.com and saw others had the same problem... so I went to the bank and changed my account, had to wait till all my checks came back before I called them and told them I was cancelling this agreement and she was very snotty and said I will send you to collection agency... I said why would I pay you 900 dollars when you didnt do anything for me..... you didnt do anything to earn that.... [redacted] was offering that deal for free.... why would I pay you 900 dollars to do the same thing they were doing for free... [redacted] and my bank told me the interest will never go to 6.99 percent and she must be scamming me and I told her that.... thats when she threatened me.... I refuse to pay this outfit 900 dollars for doing nothing. they should be shut down....im not positive of the day this first started... it was a few weeks before I contacted her because the bank told me not to till I got my old account shut down and over to my new account...Desired Settlement: I dont think a collection agency should contact me..... I dont owe them for any service... there was no service rendered...

Review: I was contacted by this company with an offer to reduce the interest rate on some of my credit cards. At first, they assured me that nothing would change on my credit cards except the interest rate, that it would not cost me any money, and that I would not be required to give them any private security information. In the subsequent conversation, all 3 of these assurances were changed. First, they offered to reduce rates for a fee of (in my case) $1,192.00. Then they asked for my birthdate and SSN. I refused the SSN and asked to be transferred to a manager. At that point, he said that I would not be able to use the cards until the balance was paid (over 5 year). I asked to cancel the transaction, and he told me that it was no longer possible to cancel the service, and that the $1192 service fee would be transferred to a collection agency.Desired Settlement: I reported my cards stolen and got new account numbers. I presume this company will not be able to make the changes to the interest rates. I wish to NOT pay for the services that they did not provide. If I am contacted by a credit collection agency, I want some recourse to indicate that I do not owe the money because the service was not provided. I don't really know how to proceed with that, and I hope you can help! Thank you.

Response:

At this time, I BELIEVE THAT my complaint, ID [redacted] regarding Educate Credit Card Services has been resolved. The company contacted me the next business day after I filed my complaint, and tried to complete what they considered to be an incomplete transaction. When I asked them to cancel it, they tried a strong-arm sales pitch again. I did not get a good sense of closure in that phone call, but I believe that they will not try to complete that sale, and I believe that they will not send it to collections. The only way I expect to know that for sure is to go a couple months without being contacted by a collection agency.

Sincerely,[redacted]

Review: This company contacted me and misrepresented themselves to me initially. I thought they were calling from my credit card company however they advised that they would get me a cheaper 6% interest rate but with a fee that they would withdraw from my bank account. Apparently, they said I agreed to everything verbally and I was now required under contract to continue because they were able to find me a lower rate credit card. Feeling pressured after speaking to their incredibly rude manager James M[redacted], I went ahead and spoke to Mrs. R[redacted] (I believe) and gave her my bank account information. I also signed forms which they sent to me because they told me I was obligated to do so. I asked several times to be removed from this and they would not comply. I am also contacting them by phone to try and terminate this "contract" The fee they are trying to charge me is $249.00 x 4 months beginning 2/**/2016. Please help me...........Desired Settlement: I would not like to use their services or be charged a fee if $249.00 x 4 months.

Review: On February **, 2015 I attempted to cancel contract with company according to the agreement of 3 days before payment to be completed which is March *, 2015. Representative denied my attempt to cancel contract. Badgered and bullied me in to attempting to keep contract. Encouraged me to lapse in my credit card payments. Representative stated he did not care what I wanted as the consumer, and if I did not complete payment would send me to a collections agency. Representative called me a liar and after numerous and repeated attempts to cancel my contract verbally, I asked for address to company to send a written notice of cancellation of contract, representative gave me a partial address to company. After telling representatives I would no longer accept phone calls, was badgered and harassed for approximately 1 to 1.5 hours every 10 minutes with phone calls.Desired Settlement: Out of the contract.

Review: On the worst possible day for this to have happened - in my exhausted state I made the mistake of answering the phone.

This company called me and implied that they were a department of the bank that handles my credit card. Told me they could help me lower my APR and transferred me to another party who said basically the same thing. It wasn't until they transferred me to a third person that I realized they were NOT the bank - but rather a third party. I IMMEDIATELY asked to cancel and was told I could not cancel because I had already agreed and their work had started. I asked several times to cancel - more than a dozen - in the over an hour they had me on the phone. They told me over and over that I could not cancel and they were going to go ahead whether I was on the phone or not. I continued to ask who they were, an website address (they have none), their business ID (they refuse to give that out), their actual address (Corporate Way was given).

The people were largely rude. One was nice but just repeated what all others had - they can't cancel. They keep insisting it's too late (how is that possible? I asked to cancel in the same phone call!)

I think I'm as upset that I can't figure out if they are legit as I am that they talk circles around you and act like you're the one who is offensive for suggesting that they might not be legit.Desired Settlement: I would like it cancelled.

Review: I received a call from this company stating they were calling from capital one. They said they would lower my rate to 0 percent with 4 payments of 199.50 each that were to be credited to my cc account. After bank info was given to them they asked for info and they called capital one to get me another credit card at 0 percent. After the fact they said that they were from credit card services and the total amount I owed them for their service was 798 dollars. They lied to me. I called to cancel everything and they said no because services were rendered. I never activated the new card and nothing was done. They told me too bad and this amount if not paid would go to collections. Scam!Desired Settlement: I want the company to cancel all billings and take me off of their customer list.

Review: These people keep calling us trying to get us to debt consolidation. On Friday November * ,2015 several employees contacted us we really didn't know what to expect. After agreeing to some of the debt relief we researched more about the company. and decided not to go through with it and the financial service manager Michael M[redacted] called us back. My wife and I were on the phone with this person and when we told him we are not interested in their service they said it was too late and if we don't pay we will be put in the collections agency . With more research we found this negative reviews and we were not happy. Therefore we would like to make a complainant to the Revdex.coms. I have PTSD and during this process I did have a severe outburst that is on recording.s also I was personally told if I did not do this, the agent on the phone told me, I WILL ruin your credit for good.. and another rude woman threaten the same way. These are Hostile events and I would NOT recommend this company to any person or business!!Desired Settlement: We would like for our money not to be taken out of account. And also no further contact from this company. We feel that we have been scammed with this company Beyond belief.

Review: We were contacted by Educare Center Services on 1/**/16. They stated that they would guarantee getting us a credit card with zero percent interest or a card never to exceed 6.9 percent for a fee of four payments of $199 that would be automatically taken from our checking account. This would enable us to pay off higher interest cards. Throughout the hour and a half conversation, which was stated to be recorded, we asked if we would receive all guarantees in writing and we were told yes by their representative Anna S[redacted]. We verbally agreed with the understanding that we would receive all information in writing and signed an e-signature and recurring payment authorization on that day. The following week, we received credit cards with a zero percent intro. offer through September 2016 then it would go to 23.24%. We tried to contact the same person, Anna S[redacted], on 2/*/16 to discuss the discrepancy in interest rates and lack of receiving all information in writing. We were told she was out to lunch and would call back, which she did not. On 2/**/16 we were called by Frank M[redacted] to transfer our cards to the one obtained by Educare. We inquired as to why we had not received all agreements in writing. After much double-talk we were told that there is no way to get the agreement in writing. We stated that we were not interested in proceeding with the company without everything being in writing. At that point, he played a one minute out of an hour and a half conversation recording where we agreed to them withdrawing the money from our account. Mr. M[redacted] stated that we had entered a verbal agreement and could not get out of it and if we did not pay their company would pursue a collection agency to get the funds.Desired Settlement: We believe that since Educare did not fulfill their verbal agreement of sending all information in writing and did not obtain a credit card guaranteed never to exceed 6.9%, we should not be bound by our verbal agreement either. We are closing credit card accounts that were obtained by Educare, which we never activated. We do not wish to do business with a company of such questionable ethics and do not think they are entitled to the four installments of $199.

Review: Educare identified as card services called me and offered to help me lower high APP rates with my creditors. After phone transfers and a lot of confusion from one representative to another, one of them contacted one of my creditors and offered to assist me to lower the APR. After all this transferring to one rep to another I was told about the fee of 894.00 in 4 payments of 233.50 to be taken from an account monthly. I questioned this fee and was immediately transferred again to someone else to offer advice why I need to pay this. Feeling scammed I called to cancel my contract with them and they said could not do this. I told them it was my right as a consumer to be able to cancel and the information on the email said I had 3 days prior to the billing date to do this. They immediately wanted me to speak with a different manager and I reclined. I soon received a phone call that I let my voice mail pick up. I have done all the things I need to do to protect myself at this point. I also called my creditors a day later and they have not made any changes to my APR-they will not work with advisors outside of their company. Educare is charging me for services that are not being considered by my creditor.Desired Settlement: Cancel my contract and stop calling . I do not want my credit report to show an unpaid balance, and if this is what happens I would like this issue resolved and not on my credit report.

Review: To whom it may concern,

I would like to file a Complaint against Educare Service Center. [redacted], Suite #[redacted] , [redacted]

On the morning of January [redacted], 2015, I was awoken to a phone call from Edurcare Service Center claiming they would drop my APR for my existing [redacted] Visa credit card to a lower APR and it would be "forever" and made it sound like there was no catch... At the time, I presumed it was B of A themselves. So they continued to have me "hold" and transferred me to people just to "verify" information and "give" certain numbers and info to them so that I could receive the "deal". After an hour on the phone, holding and talking with 3 - 4 different "representatives" the words "ok sir so we have a [redacted] card for you set up so we can transfer your balance from one card to the other.. etc..." "your fee is going to be 4 payments of $199 and we need to set that up with you so you can pay them when you want".

This left me confused because I was unaware of them signing me up for a NEW Credit Card or service and somewhere along the lines of all of the "hard-to-understand" accents the people had, I had somehow "agreed" to this "FEE" that I had to pay? for what? The service they were providing me? To do what? Everything they were saying was so vague and was leaving me confused and I never consented or agreed to anything including [redacted] or [redacted] conversations. So I immediately said "NO" please cancel whatever it is you are doing because I was unaware that you were "signing" me up for a new credit card due to the "Manipulative" "scheming" "Bait and switch" sales pitch scam you were ripping me on.. But then they continued to tell me there was nothing I could do about it now and I had "agreed" to this "contract" with them and had to pay them or they would send me to collections... ?!?!? Really?

So as of now, I have contacted [redacted], and they confirmed that an account in my name had been opened that morning and indeed a card was started and I told them I did not agree to that and it was Fraud. So they marked it as such and cancelled the account. I now also have to contact the Credit agencies so as to make sure this does not affect my credit history.

My father and I were both on the line with them at the end of all of this arguing with them that I did NOT agree to them opening a new credit line for me at [redacted]. They REFUSED to undo what they had done without my approval even though I easily undid it myself with [redacted]. I believe that this company and the people within it are misleading and pushing people into agreements that are without their consent. With my communications with [redacted] and B of A, Educare has now NOT provided any "services" to me whatsoever and I would like them to be investigated for misleading business practices.

Thank you, please advise.

[redacted]Desired Settlement: Cancel whatever I am "Supposed" to be billed for because no service has been rendered nor will it BE rendered because I have cancelled it with [redacted] because Educare decided not too.

Also: I was only given 1 option as the "Primary Nature of your Complaint" choices, there are a few more I would choose as well:

• The company has failed to provide itemized billing

• The company has unethical collection practices

• An advertisement misrepresenting a service

• The inappropriate behavior by customer service personnel

Review: I received a call from these guys saying that the interest on my credit cards can be reduced. After a little while, I was convinced this business was phony and was not interested. They kept pressing me and so I just stopped answering the phone.Desired Settlement: I wish to not be liable for any amount this business says that I owe. They are a bogus operation.

Review: I was contacted by this company to reduce the interest rate on several of my credit cards. They told me they would get me down to 6%. They said there would be a fee of $996 paid in 4 monthly installments. I was transferred to several different people during the verification process. They all said they would be able to reduce our cards. They never said we could have to close it until the final person. They said they we were going to get us another card with a lower interest rate. I said we did not want another credit card and we did not want to close our current ones. They asked for all of our personal information. We provided it since I was under the impression they needed it to verify our credit. I told them that I wanted a manager. When the manager got on the phone he said that it was too late and I agreed to pay this fee and if I did not it would go to collections. Well this week we received a new credit card in my husband's name and a letter saying they could not give me one since they had the wrong name and other things on it. I was told this would not happen. We called the new card and they did not know anything about an interest rate of 6%. We then called our old credit card and they said they did not work with any outside companies with card interest rates.Desired Settlement: Want a refund of the first payment of $249 and to not be charged for the remainder of the charges since the promises we were made did not happen.

Review: Last week, Wednesday morning at work (5/**/15), I received a call from "Card Services" and started talking about lowering an interest rate of my [redacted] to 6%, because "many people complained about the high interest rate", I thought "That's nice of them ([redacted]) to lower the rate". They asked me to authorize to continue and I was passed onto the next person, who spoke to me with an intense sales pitch telling me that I could save so much money with the lowered interest rate, and told me that I could pay for this service in 3 months, with an installment of $199 each. That's when I realized that it was not my bank, and was actually selling me something I don't need. When I asked for a cancellation, I was harassed by this sales person that I had already approved to go with it and it's recorded. Therefore, I had no choice but to go with it.They take advantage of you at many different levels. Then I was transferred to the 3rd person, who claimed to be a "[redacted]". He went over the steps he would take...that he and I would call the credit card customer service together and we request for the lower interest rate.when we called the [redacted] credit card customer service, it asked me to verify my identity by providing them my secure personal information. So, they asked me if I would be comfortable sharing the information with this "[redacted]".Then I felt a Huge RED FLAG, and said 'No. I am NOT comfortable"Suddenly, the FA ([redacted]) delete the [redacted] customer service from the phone, and tells me that I need to give him the information such as social security number so he could pull my credit report. At that point, I declined to go on with them, and asked to cancel everything. They just basically told me that I had been doomed to work with them because I approved the service two persons ago, and cancellation means that they will report me to the collection agency, which will lower the credit score.I wanted to fight, but I ran out of gas at that point.Desired Settlement: A refund of $199, which was taken out of my bank on 5/**/15 if possible. If not, I could accept that. However, the remaining (2)installments of $199 each, I prefer not to pay.Since in the letter, it clearly stated that 'I could "withdraw" my consent at any time by calling them'.I am ashamed of having fallen into this scam, but am doing my best to inform others not to make the same mistake. Even though they made the same mistake, I could show them that it's not too late to do something about i.

Review: On 1/**/15 I was contacted by Educare about lowering my interest rates on my credit cards (up to 5 of them). I stupidly agreed for them to do two things: 1) Pay off my [redacted] ($5000) by using my [redacted] credit card which was offering a 1.99% rate for balance transfers. They did this. 2) Negotiate with [redacted] a lower interest rate on the older balance of my credit card (which was 24.99%). They NEVER completed this part. The payment for these services was $796.00. Again, being totally dumb, I gave them my checking account number so they could take the $796 out by spreading the payments over the next four months, the first payment being on 2/**/15.

My instructions were to call Educare back once the transfer (#1) had been completed. It was completed within a few days. I attempted to contact Educare a large number of times at various times from 7am to 10pm Pacific time for over a week. All I ever got was music - no recordings nothing. I put the phone down and turned it on speaker during each call. The calls were from 5 minutes to 45 minutes. All I ever heard was music.

The flags in my head went off - I had been scammed. I contacted [redacted] to see if the interest rate could be lowered and was told that there were no circumstances that could be done no matter who called and asked. I went immediately to my bank (First Tech Federal Credit Union) and talked to a financial adviser there. They strongly recommended I close the account to stop any payments from being taken out. I did this. I also took out a personal loan and was able to pay off the [redacted] card in full and closed the credit card account. This all happened on Febrary *, 2015.

Today I got a very rude call from Educare stating that my account was going to be sent to collections because the request for payment had come back that the checking account was closed. I attempted to speak to [redacted] in the billing department at Educare about the fact that their services had not bee completed so I didn't believe I should have to pay the entire amount. I would be happy to pay a portion for the work they had done. Nope - they wanted the entire $796. She was extremely rude & condescending and ended up hanging up on me because I kept attempting to get a word in edgewise and became upset that she wouldn't shut up long enough for me to even ask a question. I let them know at that time that I think they are scammers which, of course they denied.

I called the Customer Service department at the original number I had been given when this all started. Much to my surprise, I got to talk to a person - a nice one even! After explaining the situation, I was told that they did expect me to pay the entire amount so I was transferred back to [redacted] in billing. Again, rudeness was the theme. I asked to speak to her manager and was told there was none. At this point, she informed me that I had not called them back per the agreement and because 72 hours had passed, I could not cancel the agreement. Per the statements above, I made every effort to contact them many times over many days and never got through to anyone. So I made arrangements to pay the entire amount after telling two her I didn't think I should have to. I just wanted them to go away at this point. I asked for an email receipt showing that the account was paid in full and was told it was against company policy to do that. That I would just have to settle with my bank records.

I finished with [redacted] and called the Customer Service number back and requested to speak to a manager. Needless to say, she ([redacted]) basically told me the same things I had already been told. Oh she did say she was sorry and understood but that's the way it is. I asked her if she would pay a painter the entire amount of a contract if her only painted half her house. She said no. I asked why then would they expect someone to pay their contract in full when only 50% of the work had been done. Guess what - sorry but that isn't the way they work. I did file a complaint against [redacted] and was given a confirmation number for that complaint.

I ended the conversation by telling her to take the entire amount out, never contact me in any form again and that Educare would be hearing from my attorney. Total bluff at that time but now I am considering hiring one.Desired Settlement: I would like half of my money back - approximately $400. I would also like a letter or email from them stating that the issue with [redacted] has been addressed but will settle for half of the money.

Review: I received a phone call about changing my percentage rate on my credit cards. They said they gave services that I had to pay for. When I requested the terms in writing, they bullied me and said I committed to a verbal agreement and had to pay. They never provided me any written terms, except billing arrangements. I called back 2 hours later with my banker and they said that I could not cancel although the agreement says I could. Then, they proceeded to threaten me for payment, refused to provide written terms or any proof of working on my behalf. Continued to threaten and harass me.Desired Settlement: I want them to understand that I am revoking my approval of charges and contract. I want them to leave me alone and stop harassing me.

Review: We received a call from this company stating they were calling from capital one. They said they would lower my rate to 0 percent with 4 payments of 199 each that were to be credited to my cc account. After bank info was given to them they asked for info and they called capita one to get my another credit card at 0 percent. After the fact they said that they were from credit card services and the total amount I owed them for their service was 796 dollars. They lied to me. I called to cancell everything and they said no because services were rendered. I never activated the new card and nothing was done. They told me too bad and this amount if not paid would go to collections. Scam!Desired Settlement: To erase debt owed to them and respect that I am on the national do not call list.

Review: Business claiming to be a mediator between customer and credit card companies to lower the customer's [redacted] on credit cards. On 09/**/2015 signed agreement to pay them $199.00 in 4 installments if they lowered my [redacted] to 6.99% for life. Sounded good until l looked up the company on the Internet. They know how to cheat you and steal all your important info before you look them up on the Internet. I called in less then 24 hours and left a message to cancel the service. I called again on 09/**/2015 and spoke to a woman who wouldn't allow me to revoke even though we are suppose to have three days. After all was said and done these people who don't have an email address or actual business location stole my identity information. I had to close my bank account and cancel my credit cards and report them to the FTC. I am also going to fill out a police report and I told them if they send me to collections l will take the collection company to SC COURT.Desired Settlement: Not have to go through the hassle of going to small claims court. I don't think I'll have to though because these people don't like to leave a paper trail that could identify their true whereabouts.

Review: This company made it seem as though they were a part of my current credit card lender & they promised to lower my current credit card interest rate for a fee. I agreed to the fee under that impression but when I actually spoke to a [redacted] there, it turned out they were not part of my credit card lender company but a third party & their ideas for lowering my interest rate involved opening new lines of credit or stopping use of my current card - both of which are things that were never expressed to me before, nor am I comfortable with either.

Upon learning this, I expressed my discomfort to the [redacted] and confirmed that I did not wish to be charged because I do not want to participate in this service. She said that's not her department but can transfer me to someone who can help. I was then transferred to two different people, both of which made me feel that I was being irrational and stupid and "playing the victim" when I tried to explain how what I agreed to was not what I was being given. I tried to explain that I'm not interested in other options, and if they could please cancel and not charge me. At this point, they have not performed any service - my credit card interest rate is exactly the same. They said they could stop the service, but not the fee. They said that I've already agreed to it & authorized the payment verbally. I said I refuse to pay for something I don't want, for a service that will not be rendered, & at this point they threatened to send me to collections & told me to plead my case to them for "27 million hours". I've already spoken to my bank, and let them know about this potentially fraudulent activity / scam service fee, but I would like to have this on record as a shady company who is pulling a bait-n-switch on consumers, only to rope people into unnesecary services and muddy their credit line further.

Furthermore, I am increasingly uncomfortable with any business that refuses to let a customer go, especially an unhappy, confused customer that clearly stated they felt tricked / poorly sold. Threatening to send a potential customer to collections is bad business, and does not make me feel that I, or ANYONE, should be in business with such a shady company. I have never felt so bullied from someone in a customer service relationship - they mocked my voice register & when I expressed that I had a hard time understanding them, they said I was being racist. Honestly, this was the worst interaction I've ever had & there weren't even any services rendered! They were refusing to cancel a charge that should've never gone through in the first place!Desired Settlement: I just want to know that I will not be charged for services that were never rendered, and that subsequently I will not be sent to a collection agency over this.

Additionally, I would like other consumers to be made aware of this "business", but I know that is a much more difficult task.

Review: This firm called me and described how they would lower my credit card interest and save me money. This sounded like a good idea so I said OK. They then proceeded to tell me that my credit card account would be frozen for a year and I would be given another account to use while mine was being paid up. I would haave a 12% interest rate. They went ahead and did this and then they told me that I owed a substantial amount of money for them to do this. It still sounded like a good idea. However, I decided in the meantime that I would pay off the credit card instead and cancel the contract. I did this and tried to cancel the contract but they would not let me even though it said in their letter "if at any time you wish to revoke this authorization and cancel any scheduled debit to your account, you must notify us...at least 3 days prior to any scheduled date." Their promise to have me acquire a secondary credit card was not fulfilled and my interest rate did not drop. MY last statement indicated that I was still paying a 24% interest rate. I have since issued a stop payment order with my bank against Educare to not allow any more payments to them. They charged me $223.50 per month for four months which I think is a lot for the nothing that they did for me. They were very pushy and argumentative with me and did not disclose any fees until after everything was completed. I guess I won't get my money back that they were paid but I will resist giving them any more.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back but I don't think they will give it. However, I still wish to issue a complaint against them for others to review. They do not have ethical business practices and do not care about the prospective customer. I think that their practices amount to fraud or other criminal practice.

Review: On Nov [redacted] I got a call in the morning saying this was my last chance to lower the interest rate on my cards, thinking it was my bank I stayed on the line. The man told me my cards would be lowered to 6% so I gave them my cards I wanted to lower. After that I got transferred, and the second man said no, that was incorrect and they would send me a card that was 0% for the first year and 6% interest thereafter, I would just have to pay a fee of $596 in two installments of $298 on Nov ** and Dec **. I was thinking of backing out, in which he replied since I was talking to him and was agreeing I could not back out and must sign the e-sign consent form. A week later a [redacted] card came in the mail and I called them and asked about my interest rate being 0% for the first year and ^% thereafter, they said they had no way of guaranteeing those rates and that they never go below 6%. I called the company back on the [redacted] and said I wanted to cancel and payments and I did not want their service. They said I could not do so because they gave me a service, which to them was talking, and they should be paid for it. In the documents they sent me it clearly states "you may withdraw that consent at any time by calling us. However, if you withdraw your consent we will not be able to continue to do business with you in connection to the products, services or account," and in the second document it says "Please note that if at any time you wish to revoke this authorization and cancel any scheduled debit to

your account, you must notify us at ###-###-#### during 10AM - 6PM (EST) at least 3 days prior to any

scheduled debit date." I told them this and they said no, it means I can only re-schedule the payment, which is not true! Please help, they have all my information and threatened to take me to collections if I don't pay! I have not used any so called "service" by them, and I did not nor intend on activating this card that was sent to me. They now keep calling and are harassing. I do not want to pay or be taken to collections for an imaginary service. I have contacted them well before the payment due date to cancel, they should honor that.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to NOT credit my account, to leave all my accounts alone. and to stop calling and never contact me again. They can rest assure I do not plan on activating any card or use any of their imaginary service.
