John came to clean my furnace and while he was here, I pointed out a problem I was having with my sump pump areaJohn assessed the problem and since it was a plumbing issue, called in JoshThe young men worked diligently and fixed my issuesThey were friendly, informative and cleaned up after themselvesI would recommend their services to others

I had a problem with my tankless hot water heater and called Edwin Stipe as they were listed as authorized by the mfgEven though it was not a brand they actually sell they came out figured out the problem had the parts sent overnited The parts came in to them on a Tuesday at around 3pm by 5pm I was taking a hot showerThat is service beyond what anyone could expect Their techs are friendly polite and professionalI would highly recommend them to anyone
