We had a heating system inspection today The tech that was here was courteous and clean He was also knowledgeable and helpful regarding the status of our system He did not try to up-sell services or products which is appreciated

Thorough and professional annual service visit by Sebastian

Edwin Stipe technician Nader H. performed our heating system maintenance this week. We were very pleased with all aspects of the visit. The technician arrived on time, performed a thorough check of indoor units, outdoor vents, and replaced the media filters. Very friendly and informative.

Received a call from company to see if they could come early since the tech person was available early. Nader was courteous and clean-cut. He was knowledgeable when I asked questions. He offered tips and explained about the functions of the AC and furnace.

Excellent service, Excellent explanation of everything from the problem we were having, what to do about it now and in the future. Excellent explanation of cost involved and what would be the best way to handle for us.

Nader just finished up checking my a/c system - he is one of the most polite and professional service technicians you'll ever meet. He made some recommendations and is extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Edwin Stipe as my go to HVAC company and if you are lucky, you may meet Nader one day.
