*** ***, the wife schedule the move on 10/21/No where in the contract stated that delivery will be there on 11/3/15, the customer was given a window of 3-days for delivery windowThe price is increased because the shipment took up more spaceThe client did called in to speak with a
manger and was told that someone will get back to him at the end of business day but unfortunately the manager was out for the day but the following day the client did get to speak to one of managers After listening to the customer complains the manager did give him a discount of $ As per the contract sign by the client , his delivery was not delayPlease see attached file for sign contract

As stated before, the client was fully aware of the price changeThe client gave the storage unit permission ti supervise the move on her behalf, since she was unable to be there in person, and the storage unit and the client *** ***) was aware of the changes, hence the reason why she called the office about the changes , also *** *** knew the price was going to change since she couldn't remember what she had in storage (for example she told her sales person *** , that she had no plastic bin, when she in fact had over plastic bin). and she claimed that the storage unit could not provide her with her inventory , the price increased because she only provided us with half or less of the inventory Again some of the items were repacked because they were open and needed to be packed before the movers load the items on the truck, ( according to the storage unit ,the client had a family member or a friend took some items out of her unit previously from her boxes and her plastic, so they need to be repacked) We contact the client the day after the move in reference to payment , because the check for $her husband gave on the day of the move couldn't be deposit because the client made a mistake and write out the check to Efficient Movers and not Efficient Transportation The client claimed she will take care of it with her bank as mentioned before in my 1st response She then asked what other ways can she make a payment, that's when we provide her with the company's bank information, then she stated she don't have a back account.The client didn't not received a copy of the paper work , because she was not there on the day of pick up, as I mentioned before she had the storage unit in charge of everything Just like every other client ** * *** is entitled to have a copy of the paper work, she requested to have the paper work emailed, and she was informed that we don't have a workable scanner at the moment, but if she can provide us with a fax number, we can fax over the copy of the Inventory, Binding Estimate , Bill Of lading and Order for service, and she said she don't have a fax at workTheses paper work are not in the computer , where we can email them to her. We try to work with her by waiving the price for the packing , but we explained to her that the space is the space and she had to pay for the cubic feet space, we never told the client to come pick up here items, she was the one who decided to pickup her items on her own, and that's when she was given the price of $, which Covers the expenses ( labor, tolls, mileage, fuel, ferry charge ) The client was told that the $has to be paid before she pickup her belongsSince the client had no way of making a payment , because she didn't have a bank account , we asked if there was any way she can *** *** the money to us , the client confirmed that she will go ahead and do so , because she wanted to come and pick up her belongings right away and that was on 12/19/2014, later in the evening the client called one of the employee who she will be sending to money to and provide them with the tracking number for *** ***Then employee went to *** *** the Saturday morning 12/20/ and provide the agent with the tracking number and was told that there is no such tracking number for *** ***We then called the client and she stated that *** *** flagged the payment as fraud, the client never send any moreThe client asks to pay once she she get there but because there was a trust issue on both end , it was agreed by both parties to pay the before she got inside the storage. She rented the truck the morning of the 12/20/and said that she will be at the storage between 4- , at pm she called and said she was in *** , the dispatch told her she will not make it on time, she insisted that she will be there on time they waited until 6pm but it was impossible, so it was reschedule for the Sunday morning 12/21/at 7am, the dispatch and the helpers waited past 7am then call the client and that's when she stated that the truck broke down she was in *** and needed to go to ** to get a replacement , the dispatch asks to keep them updated but explained to her that she may not make it by pm , again she insisted that she will be there at 5pm , but it was a no show Again they agreed for Monday morning 12/22/The movers waited again past 7am, then they call the client, that's when she stated that her daughter is sick and she cannot make it and since then we are still waiting.We are trying very hard to work with the client, she complained about the packing materials so we waived it , she decided to pick her items up ,we were available with the helper every single day and she never made it but we still have to pay our workersWe asking if there is anything you as the Revdex.com can do to help us solve this issue ,please help us

I don't accept because the company charge me over double price and damage my furniture thy never send any settlement to this day they only send $200 RELEASE letter befor they delivery my furniture to signed for not take any actions ,suite or publish any negative inf,to any department of transportation in u.s I well send all letter I have to prove my reason for not accept this ofer

As I have consistently said in that past statements; Nothing I told the estimator that wasn't going was packedMANY items I told the estimator that I did want moved were left behind because of how much more expensive it wasHe looked in every room and every closet and drawer and gave me a HORRIBLE estimate to win my business over the other company with the plan of screwing me the day of the moveThere is absolutely no excuse for the low ball estimateAs soon as the movers got the the house, they walked around and looked at everything I had and told me that I was way underestimatedBecause of that we left a lot of items that we were planning on bringing behind and it was still almost two grand more than what I was quotedBy the time I was notified of how much more expensive it was compared to what I was quoted the majority of my belongings were already loaded on the truck and the manager refused to talk to me the day of the move after the mover called and said I was unhappy with the situationEven if I wanted to drop them and use somebody else, at that point most my belongings were loaded on the truck and I needed to be out of the house the next day due to living on military housingTheir response continues to be a blanket response that does not address the specific issues which shows their lack of effort and that they don't care about the customer! Nor have they yet to address their movers leaving items in closets and drawers that I had to get rid of due to lack of room in our carsNor have they addressed how they lost the box with all of my daughters clothesAGAIN, what weight does the Binding Cost Of Estimate hold if they can hike the price up on two thousand dollars the day of the moveThis company should own up to their horrible business or not be allowed to do business period! Will they be held accountable for their scam or will I have to keep writing the same thing over again??

I am not sure what the reply from efficient Transportation is inferringI was never given the option from them to load a lesser amount of cubic feetAnd the amount of time they held my house hold goods was way beyond accepted time, when I did get my household items there was damage, I had a krueg, and two slow cooker destroyed not to mention the items like dishes, and lamps that were destroyedThis company needs to accept responsibility for their actions and make them right.I would not refer any one to use this business.

Regarding any damages or missing items , we never recieved a complete list and photos from client as requested Therefore we were unable to offer reimbursement at the cents per pound basic coverage of insurance They can send an email with this information to *** and we
will gladly assess this for them and send payment We do not take responsibility for such items as guns and ammunition This has been made clear to client in the submitted documents prior to the move

The original rep who dealt with Ms ***, explained that the basic coverage of insurance is included , but this is limited to cents per pdThe full coverage option was offered, but client decided not to purchaseThis is all in writing The client is claiming we are not insured, which
is falseWe are indeed insured, and licensed, but do no offer full coverage insurance complimentary, which is what the client is requestingWe will gladly file a claim a the cents per pd coverage that was given complimentary with the move

I did Google the location and it seemed that a semi should be able to fit at the locationHowever this can't be ultimately determined until the driver arrivesThe shuttle is an inconvenience for us, so it is not that we wanted to charge the client additional feesWe would rather not perform a shuttleThe driver indicated it was impossible, and I doubt other SAME size vehicles are able to go down the street thereI wish this could have been avoided, but it was physically impossible

Amit's items was picked up on 12/29/15, with a request delivery date for 1/7/the paper work clear states that guarantee delivery date is 15-days, but we do give an estimated window of 3-days from date requested There was never a guarantee delivery for 1/7/( client signed
the contract with a guarantee delivery of 15-days) Please see attached file for copy of signed contract We were in constant contact with the client from the time she called and complain about delivery The client never complained about any damages (if there is any damages the client needs to call the office to file a complaint)

I had emailed Efficient Transportation several times in the past with pictures and information on our damages and loss that went unansweredI went ahead and filed another claim with them today in the form of email and I documented all of the damage and loss to the email address that they supplied through the Revdex.comThat is however the original email address that I used to advise them of my loss in the pastLet's say that the claim that I made today is a fresh start because it is the claim I am filing since the Revdex.com has been involvedI also Bcc'd the Revdex.com on the claim as proof of the filing of a claim.Thank you,*** ***

The price was based on the inventory, the inventory of what the client said he was moving , changed on the day of the pickup therefore the price changed, please take a look at the attached file to see the inventory before on the inventory after. As you can see all the boxes was PBO (packed by owner)...

and 95% of his furniture was Chipped, , faded, Badly worn , and the client was aware of the condition of his belongs, which he signed on the day of pick up 3/17/15. After delivery the client did complain about damages and yes he did submit pictures of the damages and the company did try to settle for the damages even though he signed for the condition in which he items was picked but he denied the settlement amount for $200 and decided to go through the  insurance claim . He was told that  the insurance claim takes 30-90 days , the claim was settled for $190 based on the .60cent per lbs but he refused that amount as well.

We are extremely sorry about the delays that occurred. The truck broke down twice each time leading to about a week delay each to repair truck . We informed the client , multiple times . The truth was explained . On our contract there is  a grace period for issues of this nature in regards to...

delivery times . We delivered within this time . The issue was out of our control .

Clearly this company tries to cover their tracks with lies.  I would like to email the Revdex.com copies of all text messages and emails which will completely show my recount of events is completely accurate.  Please provide an email to send these to. At this point the only way I am willing to resolve this issue is to have Efficient Transportation deliver my goods to my doorstep.  I will pay up to 110% of their original estimate, as outlined in the moving pamphlet provided that says they are not legally allowed to charge more than that on a non-binding estimate. I will have a bank check, drawn from my bank, payable to them upon delivery.   The reason I want them to deliver my goods is because I highly doubt they have taken care of my belongings in a professional manner and would not waive their responsibility for damages.

I have received your email. The email from the business is so far from the truth. The company has missed delivery 3 times and I have the receipts for the plane ticket to prove it. It was always some kind of excuse from the driver having a flat on the highway to not enough cargo going out to [redacted] therefore the furniture was not placed on the truck. I have never cancelled a delivery with this company. Each time I called it was to set up a new delivery date because of the missed deliveries. It was extremely difficult dealing with the rude workers and there is a problem with communication because a different story is recited every time you contact the company. They could not charge me for storage because it was not my fault  the deliveries were missed.I also have a recording of the last two conversation I had with Employee [redacted]. I am awaiting a resolution of my broken items or will be forced to take legal actions.Regards,[redacted]

I spoke with customer service over 2 weeks ago and they told me that the insurance company should have finished by now since it was over 90 days and that someone would call me the next day.  No one called me and no one has returned any message I have left to get in touch with me regarding this issue.  It is now August 22, 2016 which means that it has been over 90 days since I submitted my insurance claim.  So unfortunately, the business stating that it hasn't been 90 days yet is untrue.  I am requesting immediate reimbursement of the items damaged by the company.

The client was quoted $2800 for the inventory provided  before the actual pick up date of 12/06/2015. Price changed because on the day of the move the inventory increased more than 50% and the client is fully aware the the price is based on space. We cannot forced customers to sign paper work, the client signed the paper work and was fully aware of what they were signing.  Delivery was made on 12/14/2015 and the client never called to complain about price nor have they complained about damages.

These people are liars. They gave us a quote based on a four bedroom house and what they got was a little over two bedrooms because we never used the other rooms in the house. We were forced to sign the paperwork otherwise they wouldn't deliver our belongings.however we are not the only victims, I could put you in touch with at least 5 victims. If you were to check [redacted], you would see that they are just scammers. I will be contacting the DA's office along with all of these victims in San Diego.

The road mentioned is a country road which consists of 5 acreage. As previously stated, there is a business on the property that engages semi-trailer that delivery on the property. Could this be a driver issue?Efficient Transportation again did not address the fact that their drivers demanded a specific huge amount of money for a tip.(10% of the cost of the bill ) Also didn't address the lack of customer service upon delivery.  Why should  a customer be responsible for checking off boxes while standing in the cold, the helper on the truck admitted that the paperwork did not match up to the boxes .  Misleading advertising that Efficient had their own trucks. Driver does work for them,and helpers do work for them  but not solely. They contract their staff and trucks.The truck they sent to pick up my furniture did not have any name on the truck and had graffito on the  left side of truck.     I wish they would address my issues, rather than pick and chose which issues they want to address.Nor did they address honestly why my original  quote was so much less than what was demanded when furniture was picked up.  Again, everything was out in the opening.  Perhaps they could have admitted they needed to invest in  training  their personnel better.
