I sold them my $500 gift card on their website and once I punched the gift card number AND PIN number in, it would not allow me to “submit” it. Then days later they tell me the order was processed and I have yet so the $255 they offered for my gift card. They have already sold my gift card because when I thought it hadn’t gone through, I sold it to a different company (tried to) but it had no value. Now EJ gift cards is telling me I’ll get paid in MAY - this is unacceptable business practice.

I purchased gift cards for Nordstrom, neither card worked. When I submitted a claim they rejected my claim that I did not receive valid gift cards because they claimed that the card was used close to my address. When I called Nordstrom, they stated the card was used before the card was purchased by me as a “cash out” purchase. Not I am stuck holding the bag. VERY FRUSTRATED!!!

hi I went to ejgiftcard homepage to sell an autozone gift card , the card had 160.00 dollars
the web site offered me 73 dollars, I know it was abit short, less than half but I really needed the money
so I decided to sell it, I was only supposed to give my paypal address
so ejgiftcard will send the payment to my paypal address
when I was finishing the sell , I was asked for credit card info
right there I stopped and I closed the page and I didn't finished the order
but then a few minutes later I received a message that they received my order
I didn't finished because I didn't provide the last piece of info they were asking in order from them to process the
order
anyway after I received the email I sent them like 20 emails asking them to please cancel the order
because I honestly lost my confidence in them
they ignore all my emails and they process the order , took the 160.00 from my gift card and left my gift card
balance in 0
they sent me an email telling me that they will pay me the 73 dollars soon
the next day I received another email that the gift card has lost it's value and my order was rejected
but they never return my 160.00 , my card balance still in 0
so they took the 160.00 and they never paid the 73 dollars
they also wrote that they were taking the 73 that they paid because the card lost it's value
but they never paid me because I never received any payment or notification from my paypal account
there are many complaints about this web site, they have done this to a lot of people
but i'm here to report them, this is not fair and this not right
i'm asking you to please help me get my money back

please help
I tried calling their phone number but they never answered
no customer support either

short answer, is not true, while the card might have been used, it wasn't me who used the card
no one else saw the card, not even my wife, my wife is very respectful and she doesn't open my wallet without my permission
I don't live in USA
I only pealed the pin number the day I sold the card in your web site
you know you are not telling the truth or being honest, if that is true then you would it have tell me quick right away about the card not having any money
you know the card had money that's why you processed the order
even after a few days later you were still processing the order and you never mentioned anything about the card having 0 balance or the card having been used

I checked the card a few days later after I sold it to you in auto zone web site and the card still had the balance
so right there I know you are lying

I purchased a gift card from EJ gift card to find out that there was a $0 (zero) balance on the card, and in fact, the card number wasn’t even valid with the company. I request a refund through EJ’s portal, but no avail, this must be a 1 man stand as I am still waiting on my refund.

Placed an order (order number ***) at 5:41 PM EST on February , 2020 for Fandango E-Gift card, a $25 value, which cost me $20 (20% off). Gift card was delivered at 6:37 PM. At 6:54 I opened the email and checked the balance of the gift card on Fandango's website and it said the balance is $1.96. This is a fraudulent website as I have not even used this card. I didn't check for the reputation of EJ's gift cards here until after I bought a card, and as you can see, the results are unfavorable. I do not recommend this site. It won't even let me submit a claim on their website. I am calling my credit card company once the charge posts to dispute my $20 charge because this is very terrible customer service and I am witnessing bad business practices. I have found no positive review of this site but I have seen hundreds of negative reviews. Consumers, please avoid this company.

I purchased a Victoria’s Secret gift card through this company on January , 2020. It was a advertising that there was $100 for Victoria secrets when approaching the store to use the hundred dollar gift card. I got up to the cash register the sales associate at Victoria’s Secret informed me that there was only $4.40 on this gift card. The Victoria’s Secret employee/associate asked me if I would like to use the $4.40 balance that is available on the card I informed her know there should be a balance of $100 I will contact the company that I purchased it through. Before contacting the company that I purchased it through I called customer service at Victoria’s Secret and had them check the card themselves they also informed me there was only $4.40 on the card so I contacted the company I have not heard any Thing from the company to resolve the battery I am looking either for a refund or what was promised to me at the time of purchase.

I sold my gift card to this company on January ***,
It claims my money would be in my paypal account on January - nothing there.

I emailed about 5 times. Once because they "rejected" a 10$ amazon gift card, but my balance was 0$ when I went to use the gift card. So they took the money off of it but weren't going to pay me for it. So I questioned why the balance was 0 if they rejected my gift card.
I also emailed about where my money was for selling them a second Amazon gift card for 25$. It has said that my "payment initiated" for a week now and still no money in my PayPal account.

I am owed 30$ because that's what they offered me when I went to sell both gift cards to them.

I sold a $200 gift card to them for $106. They stated on their site that it would take 2-3 business days to process payment to my PayPal. They have not sent any payment. I looked online and saw these reviews that they steal your gift card and do not pay you for them and so I checked the balance of my gift card. Lo and behold, the balance is at zero! So they used the gift card and haven’t paid me for it, which is, in effect, stealing! I have sent numerous emails and had only received one response which was about trust and verification. Trust! Ha! They are ones to talk. I have called the number which instantly goes to voicemail and all of my other emails have been ignored. I want payment or the full amount of my gift card refunded to me.

Complete fraudulent site. They sent a bad card and then completely ignored CONSTANT attempts of me to get a replacement or refund. I did a chargeback on my credit card and they supplied my credit card company with lots of paperwork showing "my order was legitimate" - true - but they LIED that I'd not tried to contact them properly. I am escalating my credit card chargeback now.
