There was an issue that prevent the player from being able to access his account.  The issue has already been resolved and the player is able to access his account again.

Last night, I wrote a complaint to you regarding Vcom, in California. Thank you for your help! Even though they say on their website replies are to take between two to three days, I got an email today from them resolving my problem. I appreciate the help, and you can consider this matter closed. Thanks again.

The only players impacted by this were players that were caught exploiting the set. If the player wishes to dispute the action then we encourage him to contact the Terms of Service team at [redacted], from the email address linked to their Madden 17 account.

We are not be able to assist further with this query, as the Terms of Service team have provided their final resolution in the case and will not be reversing the action taken on this account. I am rejecting this response because: Given the money and hours I've spent on the game, I find it completely unfair that everything I have worked for throughout the year was taken away from me due to something I did not do. I told EA, everything that I did regarding to the game and explained to EA that I did not in FACT buy coins yet EA does not give my items in game back.

EA can't give me a time frame in wich this problem will be resolved. On their own fifa forums I have read about such cases taking months.
And with 'Futmass' and 'team of the year' around the corner (the biggest deal on each new fifa) I am affraid to miss out on these events.
I would very much like the play the game before that.

EA Games has contacted me, but that's about it. There is still no technical fix to the Iron Force game, which requires a "strong internet connection". I have not been able to sign into this game via wifi for over 3 months and counting. The developer is extremely slow to respond to support requests (if at all) and there are no solutions or acceptable compensation for the glitchy game. In fact they recently admitted they have no fix-but they are still collecting money from everyone. I have made an offer to remedy my personal situation with many in-app purchases made unusable by their unstable and glitchy game, but there has been no response to that.
The customer service involved with Iron Force Android app is appalling. They simply [redacted]'t care whether the game works, if customers are getting what they pay for, or if they are offering decent service. The shortcomings of EA/ [redacted] are widespread and need to be fixed. Just look at social media and playstore ratings to see for yourself. I hope they get some different people and try to straighten things out in the near future

The only solution offered by the maker of Iron Force was a much, much smaller amount of game diamonds or game cash, which did not compensate me nearly for the lost use of in-app purchases, burned fuel for games that won't load, and choppy play due to game servers and lack of wifi ability after a game update in early March. They were unwilling to get anywhere near my proposed solution even after I explained the extent of their often unplayable game going back to 2014.

nothing to help me besides tell me to make new characters for the SWTOR MMO for which I am paying subscriber. I have spent years (literally) working on some of these characters and they didn't even call me on the phone, they just did things by email. I did find a phone number in the first email they sent which I called yesterday and left a message asking for phone contact. I really would prefer to speak to someone from their company on the phone about the problem I am having with the product (SWTOR).
