Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: A full investigation of my account concluded I did nothing wrong. I have the email from the company to prove it. I'd be happy to forward it to whom it may concern. I did not exploit anything and am being clumped with people who did. I also take issue that the company lets gameplay glitches and exploits ruin player experiences and turns a blind eye only to mass ban anyone who completed this glitched set, which was their fault that they let go live in the first place. Keep earning that worst company of year award you all are so infamous for EA.Sincerely, [redacted]

I appreciate [redacted]'s timely reply, however, I didn't get any resolution. Team of The Year is approaching and every FUT player knows how important it is: various happy hours, cheap cards, I have invested several hundred dollars at the beginning of the game and saved every single coin for this event, but now I am locked out, and I don't even know when I will get the result. I didn't do anything wrong, I didn't buy or sell coins or what so ever. It is really not fair to not release any information on this lockout.
I understand you don't know when we'll get our accounts back and it is up to the studio people. But can you please find someone that do know? At least give me an estimate: a week? A month?

I have reread what I shockingly agreed to when I joined EA's online store.  My fault, I have no rights and from what I read in that agreement...

it looks like I don't even have the right to contact the Revdex.com.  I may be flabbergasted that such an agreement was what I agreed to but clearly I must have or it would not have downloaded.  I am just in awe of their abilities - well played EA Games, well played.  I am sorry to have wasted your time in even reading the complaint.  Thank you.

This is the email I received from the company yet as of 6/24/2015 my account is still suspended. I have contacted them through email 8 times, talked to customer service reps three times. The emails have gone unanswered after receiving the one below. The customer service reps always promise me of my account reinstatement only my account is never reinstated. Now they won't answer any on my emails on this matter.
