There was an issue that prevent the player from being able to access his account The issue has already been resolved and the player is able to access his account again

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The Bookworm Deluxe is not working for me I installed and played the trial but it will not let me purchase it as instructed by [redacted] I tried several times however, I am continue to send her the screen shots and emails I am repeating myself on themI sent the screen shots to my case worker for this issue Sincerely, [redacted]

Hello [redacted] , A player should never be trading their coins from in game Madden Ultimate Team (MUT) for MUTHead coinsWe do not own and are not affiliated with MUTHeadIt’s practically purchasing coinsA player can purchase MUTHead coins and then trade them with a player to get MUT coins so it is a violation of the Terms of Service
