To whom it may concern, On June 24th we received a voicemail stated that they did not order the toner cartridges for the copier.I than called back and spoke with someone in regards to itThey explained that no one has ordered anythingI went over it
with them and the proceeded to void out the invoiceI was told to not contact the company againafter the phone call ended they proceeded to keep calling and leaving voicemail'sI explained the that I spoke with someone and it was voided they said that wasn't good enough so they were calling the Revdex.comAny questions please call *** ***

Received an invoice with my name on it from this company today. It was for a toner cartridge costing $433 that I did not order. All of our supplies are ordered from the company next door to us. I call Elite about this. The woman said that I spoke to Sam, or that another employee ordered the toner. I am the only person to order supplies (we only have a few employees). When I asked to speak to him she said he wasn't in. When I asked for his boss, she stated that she was the owner and she was way too quick to cancel the invoice. She did not even offer to check into the order, had no information to give me, such as a P.O. number or where the product was shipped to and signed for. When I said that this was a scam since I know that the toner for our printer doesn't cost nearly what they were charging, and that I know I didn't order it, she suddenly had other customers to talk to and reminded me that she would cancel the invoice.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.No one from Elite Supplies has ever spoke with our National Purchasing Manager.  She was never able to get through to a live person on [redacted].  Nor, did she ever say she was calling the Revdex.com.  This task was left to me to resolve.  I then contacted the Revdex.com after I was unable to reach anyone at Elite Supplies.  [redacted] never spoke to either one of us regarding this issue.  We would like a copy of the credit memo in reference to invoice numbers [redacted] and [redacted] sent to us, as proof that said invoices have been voided, as Elite Supplies asserts.
