Elite Supplies Reviews (100)

Review: I received an invoice for toner that our business never ordered nor received in the amount of $433.00. I tried to call the number on the invoice but there was no response.Desired Settlement: Void the invoice and remove me from any contact list. Also, that they will quit sending invoices out to any party due to the fact that these are clearly bogus invoices and they are simply looking to scam people into paying for something they will never receive.

Review: Elite Supplies calls our library branches pretending to be our copier supply company. We have a contract with Com Doc and our supplies are provided. Elite Supplies asks who they are speaking to, uses that as a reference to bill us. We neither asked for or received the toner.Desired Settlement: Please notify me as to the resolution

Review: This company called my office and got my name from my introduction when I answer the phone and said she asked for the model of printer and then sent just an invoice for toner that was never ordered and was never discussed that anything was being ordered or that we even needed toner. This business is a scam and doesn't even have an address just a PO box but is supposed to be for business supplies. I sent the invoice back and wrote "did not order" not did I ever receive any product. ONLY an invoice.Desired Settlement: Acknowledgment of a scam and an apology.

Review: I receive an invoice from ELite Supplies for $433 for Toners. I never have purchased from them

and if I have it would never be for that amount. I tried calling them but of coarse only received a voice mail.

They must of called my office and got my front desk girls name and put it on the invoice.Desired Settlement: Hopefully to shut these scammers down.

Review: We were sent an invoice for a toner cartridge for $433.00 with the sales rep name of [redacted]. I called the company at [redacted] and got their voicemail. I left a message telling them we did not order toner and will not be paying the invoice.Desired Settlement: This company needs to be shut down for scamming businesses. We will not be paying this invoice because we did not order or ask for anything from this company.

Received an invoice with my name on it from this company today. It was for a toner cartridge costing $433 that I did not order. All of our supplies are ordered from the company next door to us. I call Elite about this. The woman said that I spoke to Sam, or that another employee ordered the toner. I am the only person to order supplies (we only have a few employees). When I asked to speak to him she said he wasn't in. When I asked for his boss, she stated that she was the owner and she was way too quick to cancel the invoice. She did not even offer to check into the order, had no information to give me, such as a P.O. number or where the product was shipped to and signed for. When I said that this was a scam since I know that the toner for our printer doesn't cost nearly what they were charging, and that I know I didn't order it, she suddenly had other customers to talk to and reminded me that she would cancel the invoice.

our company Pioneer Medical Center has received two invoices within days of each other for toner that we did not order. I have tried to call several times but no one answers and the mail box is always full. the so called invoice has a name on it that would never order supplies and he never answers any phone calls.

Total scam and our business will not be paying for supplies that we never ordered or received.

Review: I received your fraudulent invoice for Samsung toner. Nobody in the company authorized the purchase nor have we received the product. The Samsung toner you priced at $398.00 is available for $99.00. I and my manager have left several voicemails but you have not returned my calls. Please remove my company from your mailing list. My company will not payDesired Settlement: Billing Adjustment and No further contact

Regards,

Review: We received a two fraudulent invoices from Elite Supplies listing a [redacted] as the address on 10/26/15. The invoices were dated for 10/20/15 for two Canon Toners 1779. We have a long standing documented relationship with only one vendor that we go through for all our toner needs. In addition, we do not use these type toners or have any reason to purchase them. We are a hotel and they called and asked the front desk asking who they get their toners from. Then they got a contact name. They didn't even list my last name on the invoice which is a dead give-away of a scam. Simply, they just send an invoice and hope you are dumb enough to pay it. Lastly, no toners were ever received by the property. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!Desired Settlement: That this business be investigated for fraud and unethical business practices.

Response:

I spoke with [redacted] last month in regards tp both invoices. I did explain to her that both invoices were sent in error and one of her employees placed the order. After giving her a contact she repeatedly saying that they didn't order. I went ahead and voided out both invoices and explained to her no payment wasnt due. She didnt stop there. Sje explained to me how she was going to call the Revdex.com and slander my business name. In conclusion this matter has already been resolved by phone. Any questions feel free to call [redacted] or email us at [redacted]

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. We do request that they stop this unethical practice and never call us again. In addition and for the record: I never spoke to this woman. Secondly, her response is an obvious lie as I am 100% MALE with a very distinct low voice. Lastly, they spelled my first name wrong and (since we so-called spoke) there is no listing of my last name. I will wait for the business to cease and decease , if it does, I will consider this complaint resolved. However, I will be letting my colleagues & business associates in downtown Nashville about this company and it's deceptive practices at this afternoon's city meeting.

Regards,

MR. [redacted]

Review: We received a bill from Elite Supplies for Toner that we did not order or purchase from this company for $433.00 Sales Rep on invoice is Shelly. When we called the number listed, it said we had reached client support and no one was available and to leave a message, which then said mailbox was Full.Desired Settlement: To stop a company from charging for products that were not ordered.

Regards,

Review: I received a bill from Elite Supplies for outrageously priced toner that I neither ordered nor received . I tried calling the phone number on the invoice but no one answers and you cannot leave a message because their voice mailbox is full. I looked them up online and they are attached to many scams where they send a bill, [redacted]'t send the product and expect to be paid. The name on our bill is [redacted], PA-C who is no longer employed with our company.Desired Settlement: I would like this invoice VOIDED and for them never to contact or send us this type of billing to us again.

Received a bill today for toner for $433 for a library. Last week someone called and asked for kind of machine we had and before I could ask questions he hung up.Tried calling today and got answering machine. Will send bill back and void it

Review: Our hotel received an invoice for toner we did not purchase from this company. We receive free toner from the business we lease our copiers from. Just like every complaint on here. It seems you have sales reps that claim to have sold to different business's that never purchased toner from your company. I suggest you look into the sales reps you have to prevent so many complaints against your company. This is ridiculous and we are not paying for this toner we did not purchase or receive. Sales Rep was [redacted]. If he or she can inform me who exactly he spoke to that "ordered" this toner than maybe we can speak about the invoice. If not I request you void this invoice and remove our companies information completely from your system.Desired Settlement: Void Invoice, no payment will be made.

Review: Elite Supplies sent me a fake invoice for a toner that I did not order and that I did not receive. We are contracted with a different company for all of our office supply needs and never order outside of that contract. When I called to contest the invoice, the voicemail was directed to a home phone voicemail. The voicemail was full and I could not leave a message.Desired Settlement: I would like to know how this "company" received information about our business and why we were targeted. I no further contact from Elite Supplies and I would like an investigation into the scam they are running.

Review: This company called me directly this past week and said that they are an approved vendor and wanted to sell me ink for our printers. I explained to them that they in fact are not approved vendors and to please remove me from their call list. Today I received two bills dated 1/4/16 and I in fact did not nor do I want any product from the. I want them to removed us from any call list and any charges for ink that we did not nor do not wantDesired Settlement: Do not call us and do not attempt to bill us for anything. we do not do business with them

Business

Response:

To whom this may concernThe invoice has been voided out. We apologize for the Inconveniences this may have caused. If you have any future questions please give us a call at [redacted]

Review: I have been scammed before by people selling printer toner. They call the office and ask for the model of the printer and then send it to you. I lease my printers and therefore toner in included so I never purchase toner. I received an invoice for toner - almost $400! You can purchase the same toner online for a fraction of the price.

Business

Response:

I spoke with [redacted] and resolved the matter. She then proclaimed that she was going to continue to call and file complaints. Everything has been voided out. There is no nv payment due. Their company information has been deleted out of our data base. I also explained it was sent in error. If there are anyother questions please call [redacted]

We never ordered from this company. We recived an invoice for $433. I called them immediately and while explaining to them that we did not order anything from them, they "voided my invoice." I asked to still speak to a rep to figure out how this happened and was told that by voiding the invoice we were completely removed from the whole system so that information was gone. I am calling our rep from our usual company as it had detailed information on the invoice of our printer, my personal name, and our company information. Be careful.

Review: Received an invoice from this company (Elite Supplies) for toner for a Xerox machine at my hotel. No one at the property purchased this toner nor have we received any toner. They billed me for a total of $433.00 which we will not be paying. Clearly from reading other reviews, this company is just a scam and some sort of legal action should be taken against them. I have called the company and have not received any response to my voice mails.Desired Settlement: We have not set up an account with Elite Supplies. Our account should be removed, this invoice needs to be deleted and I do not want to be contacted again by this company.

Review: I received a mailed $433 invoice for an unordered toner cartridge from Elite Supplies. Contact person's name is similar to someone in house but different. That person does not order printer supplies. Price is about 9 times what I pay for the cartridges. Terms are a quick net 15, due tomorrow but, we have not received the indicated UPS shipment nor did we place the order. Contact will be attempted with the company tomorrow but in the meantime, attention is being called to the fake invoice modus operandi for this company.Desired Settlement: Fake invoice voided; All contact information completely removed from their system & No further contact by this company or any company allied with them.

Review: I received an invoice in the mail for $384.00 for purchase of a Toner-Brother MFC-7440 Unit-Stock #7652. I NEVER ordered any such item from this company, nor did anyone from my office. This is a false/fake invoice.Desired Settlement: Provide proof that this item was ordered and delivered to our office. Get to the bottom of this!
