We had already resolved an issue regarding the weekly rate of the rental for the customer by adding a weekly rate into the original agreement to lower his cost per his requestI also determined that there was miscommunication regarding rental coverages on the contract to address his other concernThe customer signed a rental contract agreeing to charges listed at a daily cost on the rental contractFor customer service reasons I agreed to take care of half his cost of teh coverage and refunded him $back on his cardThe csutoemr was also happy with this resolution
To Whom It May ConcernWe reviewed our customer's concern regarding a refund of a $violation A $check refund has been processed and this was delivered via [redacted] on April ***, The customer originally called our customer service team in November-regarding this issue, and we attempted to process the refund back on the credit card, however it expired on October-** A check request should have been submitted to our Violations Dept for a manual check refund, but never was due to as administrative error Last week, I reviewed the facts of this case with our Violations Team and saw that the check refund was never processed in error They expedited a check refund of $last week and sent to the customer via [redacted] which arrived on April ***, 2015.Thank you for bringing this to our attention so we can handle promptly to resolve our customer's concern.ELRAC LLC

Customer was upset because they booked a reservation with unlimited mileage, but when they arrived at our office they stated they were driving outside the tristate area. We made them aware of the mileage restrictions and they agreed. Although the renter was not the person that made the reservation... and not the one actually paying for the rental. It was being reimbursed through the company he worked at. I told the customer I would refund them back the mileage charge. refunded 231.45.

[redacted] is a long term renter and was in a car that was not eligible for his reservation [redacted] had called him prior to his complaint and he had agreed to switch into an appropriate vehicle when he was in Florida [redacted] called him a few days after the agreed upon switch out date because he had not switchedHe then said he would should out at National Car Rental at LGA when he returned which he did not***'s calls to him were in response to him not switch out as he had said he wouldHe then contacted our [redacted] who offered several solutionsAfter that conversation [redacted] and [redacted] [redacted] communicated almost daily via calls and texts to coordinate a switch [redacted] said he required a black Ford Explorer or Cherokee [redacted] let him know he had a Black Explorer on Thursday 5/ [redacted] and he said he would be in that evening to switchHe either did not come in or did come in ( [redacted] was not working that evening ) but made a further request that the car have New York license plates [redacted] told him he could continue to drive the original car until he could fill his very specific needsWe found a Cherokee with NJ plates and he switch into this car on either Monday or Tuesday of this week

Customer first contacted Enterprise that she was in an accident on the ***. The veh location was not provided until th* ***, which is when all charges were stopped. I would be happy to refund the customer back to the initial phone call on the ***. The amount I would be refunding

Hello,We have reached out to the customer to speak with him in regards to the situationWe searched previous contracts and noted that the crack was marked on themWe apologized to the customer and let him know that no claim was written and he will not be pursued for anythingWe also offered
the customer a discount on his next rental in order make up for the inconvenienceHe was very happy with that resolution and will continue renting from Enterprise.Thank you
The customer chose a vehicle that had out of pocket of $per day. Customer also used gallons of fuel $30.56. The branch was not contacted about the vehicle being involved in an accident. A police report/tow receipt of the accident was not provided until 11/**. Until that time location of vehicle was unknown The branch was contacted on 11/** about the debit card being used (which was refunded immediately). The credit card provided had declined. That is when customer told the *** *** about the accident I have on each response to this complaint offered to refund the customer to the date of 11/** a refund ($275.55)

Although I spoke with the manager and was told I would get a refund that still has not happened to dateI never received the revised rental agreement or refund and have not been able to get back in touch with the regional manager in reference to not receiving the refund
