The issue is, I did not make an online reservationThis was over the phone where as your employee who set up my reservation failed to explain the fees with my reservationI gave all my information to the representative to ***The employee should have inputted the young renters feeIt is not my obligation to automatically assume responsibility to read each policy of ***When I asked the employee if this would be my final price so would have no issues before my tripShe stated yesAlso while picking up the vehicle, I had the manager speak to a representative from corporate which the representative stated that on my account due to the issues and inconvenience as well as the error the *** employee that the fee would be waived, noted on the account and I will receive it back at the end of my tripIf the employee had mentioned and had the young renters fee on the original reservation this would not be an issueBut an error on ***s part should honor the original quote and refund the amount I believe is owed to meThe inconvenience that *** put on because of their lack of customer service and employee accountability should be in total review all involved with this incident.

Good afternoon to whom it may concern, I followed up with *** *** on several points of his complaintI reviewed our guidelines as to the rental process and the outstanding charges in regards to this contractFirst and foremost we went over some of ** *** concerns and miscommunication with the rental office and enjoys renting from Enterprise but felt misled in the amount of the deposit requirementsHe understands and is willing to pay the chargeback amount that he placed through his credit card company of $as well as the outstanding amount he owes to the branch of $totaling in the amount of $*** *** informed me that he will be going to the monticello branch next friday to pay with a money order and to be in good standing with EnterpriseI gave him my office line to contact me next week when he is in the office to make payment. -Thanks Dave B***Regional Risk Manager

As I stated previously, I drove the rental car with the utmost care and DID NOT cause any damage. The vehicle drove and handled fine while it was in my care. I would like to know if every rental car, after it is returned from a rental
undergoes preventative maintenance since this is how the alleged damage was discovered. I was informed by *** *** at the *** *** rental location that the most common cause of the alleged damage to my rental is caused by hitting a pothole. If I hit a pothole, or anything for that matter hard enough to crack the undercarriage, I would expect there would be extensive damage to the wheel and tire, the springs and shocks, control arms and ball joints. It is apparent to me that this damage was discovered after my rental so therefore the responsibility of the most recent renter. Any further correspondence regarding this claim will be handled by attorney. I will not be intimidated and forced to pay for damage that I did not cause.*** ** ***

I spoke with the customerI apologized for the confusion with our pick up policyHe was upset with us not picking him up, after he came from NY to rent a vehicle fromI told him that he should either call me or email before his next reservation, so that we can add a discount for his next rental

I spoke with the customer today and we are working on issuing a refund for herShe was very happy to hearThis will be resolved by tomorrow

The customer was unaware of our policy regarding our family rental discount program. If you are a fulltime employee, you are provided a total of days for a "family discount." Once these rental days are used up, there is no further discount. In this
customre's case, these days were used up, so she had to pay the rate if she wanted to continue renting with us. I let the customer know the scenario, and she completely understands and is happy with us. Her "year" has started fresh now with the new calendar year, so the customer has an opportunity for more discounts
