At this time, I have been contacted directly by ELRAC, LLC regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Enterprise has contacted me and stated that since I went over days in the car rental I am liable for $and that I must pay They
debited the amount to my *** *** I feel that since I was not notified by either Straightline Collision, GEICO, or Enterprise of the 30-day limit, that I have been a victim, especially since I didnt even need the rental Yes the small print said "max1500" but shame on me for not reading the small print and doing the math They claim they told me of the limit and all I can say again is I am a victim because NOBODY ever mentioned this I filed this complaint because it is not fair

I am the Area Manager that oversees this rental location. The customer was attempting to have a credit returned to an alternate card then what the transaction had been processed onBecause of this the credit was not processed timelyWe have since decided to simply mail the customer a

it was still not fair what they did and I was very unhappy about it but I hade no choise with them

The Enterprise office has made contact with the customer. The customer now understands that he is responsible for these charges due to the legal contract that he signed in regards to the non refundable expenses. As a show of good faith the local office has refunded the amount

I spoke with this customer about both complaints1st the customer signed and decided to take the protection products and even after she rewrote there was no complaint about the productsEven with that being the case I said I would look into further and refund a portion of the inconvenienceThe
2nd part of the complaint about being pulled out of the rental was somewhat accurateWe have been calling her for a deposit since when she rewrote the contract in Astoria no credit card was takenShe told me on separate occasions she would come in; and never didWhen she finally came in on 8/** her balance was over $behind and came in with only $She wanted us to make an exception to stay in the car until Saturday, and at that point I was not willing to do thatShe also wanted cash for a cab, which we don't have cash in the office, so we took off $off of her bill. She refused to leave the office and NYPD was calledShe ended up not leaving the branch until 9pm

We reached out to the customer to speak with her regarding her issue and were able to discuss it with herShe was frustrated by the communication from one of our managers and in hindsight we could have done a better jobWe apologized to the customer and have spoken with the employee involved
to make sure that in the future he does a better job communicating with our customers in similar situations

Tell us why here...I am *** ***, *** *** for ***. There are detailed notes explaining to the customer that they would be responsible for charges if insurance company does not agree to pay. I personally contacted the renter today to ask if they had an update from the
insurance company. The renter responded that he knew fully they would not pay for the rental and we "can send him to collections" if he doesn't pay the bill. He also said if I tried to do that he would reach out to Revdex.comI have a signed contract from renter agreeing to charges for the rental. The balance is fully owed for services rendered

class that your neice was provided and an additional upgrade fee should not have been charged. I have refunded the $upgrade plus the tax which total the amount of $in a refund. Once again, I do apologize for thesituation on behalf on Enterprise and please know you can always contact our management staff directly to work to resolve any problems. We do make mistakes and are more than willing to correct them for our customers because we appreciate your business and look forward to servicing your future rental needs
