I wish I would of read the reviews on this place before placing an orderMy first red flag should of been when it took over weeks to receive my merchandise after they said only days and when I called no one could tell me when it would ship just that its been processed after waiting a week and half before I calledThen my next issue arrived in Novemberi missed Nov and Dec payment (yes my fault no problem on that part) here is where I have a problemI understand I would have to pay Nov and Dec plus return check fees ( no problem) but the fact that every week they are running those payments (nov, dec plus return checks fees) so not only have they over drafted my account every week but everytime they run it and it comes back I not only have to pay my bank $i have to pay them and additional $i dont feel its fair Ive been charged $fees by them and no one can tell me when they will pull they money out or when the payment will be processed or anythingI will not longer do business with this company for the simple fact they feel they can run into your account every week without your authorization to pull money outIf it was all ran on my due date I wouldnt complain but seeing as if my due date was the 4th and weeks later they are still going in my account once a week and when I call they tell me theres nothing they can do about it

I purchased some stuff from Emporium it's been over weeks still have not received my shipping every time I call them that speak to a supervisor I ain't got I said there's no supervisor available call back tomorrow enough is enough

I was given a limit and I spent less then on on I called about my order and was told it took to business days to processNow on I still did not here anything so I called twice to cancel my order and was now told that it took to days to process my order in which I proceeded to cancelLater on that night I recvd a email from them telling me that my order was delayed not cancelled so since then I have sent them a email every other day demanding to cancel my order because I still have not been told that my order and account has been cancelled

As the former president of a non-profit little league organization I was pleased with Claude's understanding and responsiveness to our needs Anytime we had a problem with our plumbing he was out there the same day to fix the issue He was always very fair to us with the price of his work as well as standing behind his workmanship I wouldn't hesitate to use him again or to recommend him to others In fact, I have recommended him to others

Here is my experience with Emporium: On 11/17/2016, I found Emporium through yahoo search engine; I was not too sure about it since I have never heard of it prior to that dateAnyway, I placed my Christmas shopping list order, it was approved, about $1022, and I signed their contractOn the following day, Emporium withdrew the down payment from my checking accountI expected to start receiving the order within business days as I was toldTwo weeks later and I still have not received anythingI started calling their number (855) 245-on a daily basis when I was told every time that there was a price error on the website where I placed my order and that someone was going to contact meIn addition to that, I was denied to talk to a manager or a supervisorThis lasted for about days until I searched the company and somehow I was able to send an e-mail to [email protected] which I found online by accidentOn the following day one of Christmas miracles happened to me when I received a response from Tabitha H [redacted] (Director of Customer Service and Reputation) who took this matter personally and resolved my issue by cancelling my first order and let me re-placed my order again then contacting the vendor to ensure that my order was shipped as quick as possibleOn 12/14/2016, I started receiving my order by UPS together with a daily e-mail from Tabitha to update me on the status of my order I guess my experience here is that companies get different evaluation according to our individual experience which basically based on how each of us gets treated by customer service representative of such companiesIn this case, if each and every customer service representative of Emporium did what Tabitha did Emporium would be the best company in the whole world and everybody would be writing a great review about it

This has got to be the biggest fraudulent company yetI thought about getting a psfrom themI decided against it because the charges for everything are outrageous I canceled my order before it even processed before they even withdrew money, or so I thoughtNot only are they still taking money out of my countI can't get to higher management to make sure that the mn I spoke to the first cancelled my order! Now they are harassing everyday saying my account is passed dueThat I owe them more moneyWhen I say I cancelled the order they transfer me to higher management which I get a voicemail box that is fullGetting a lawyer today to sue the company

I have tried several times to resolve an issue I have with this company processing my initial orderI left several emails and messagesTheir companies customer support also has supposedly sent escalated messages to their upper management They have yet to address my issueThey do not return phone calls or even attempt to fix problems with your order

I placed an order on 12/Never saw any kind of updates on itCalled and they kept saying they were waiting on an ACH approvalAt this point, I had chosen to cancel my orderLet me start off by saying the customer service here is a jokeYou will not get anyone that isnt overseasThey do not understand what you are telling them, they cannot answer any of my questionsI kept asking if they would take any money out of my account because I had not received any product from them, and that I have requested that it be canceledThey said the cancellation would take place in 3-business daysThey couldnt tell me why that takes that long, or if any money would be taken from my accountAll they would say that is that if any money is taken, it will be refundedI told them after that statement, do not take any money from my account, im telling you its canceled, product hasnt even shipped, ACH hasnt been approved, do not take anything from my accountI asked to speak to a manager/supervisor and was told one was not availableOne was conducting interviews for employment and the other was helping someone elseAvoid this company at all costs

I filled out an application with Emporium and was approved for a credit line of $but as soon as I gave them my checking account number to setup autopay they turned around and declined me I am concerned it is a scam to get peoples information & it didn't make any sense

I ordered an item and cancelled the next day because the item I bought was the wrong item I wantedSo I did call an spoke to an customer repand they said it would take business day for the order to be cancelled and an additional business days for them to reinstate my spending limit." My spending limit was 1,and I bought a microwave for only and my spending limit went to 0." It's taking them longer then what they had told meIt has been weeks and still a spending limitCalled again and the customer repopened a case file for me to request my spending limit to be reinstated and they told me someone will call meBUT NO CALL RETURNED! Called again to request for them to close and cancel my account but believe it or not they had to put another request in for this and they said it could take some time but they weren't sure when lol what a joke this is not a great thing for me

I placed an order with your company on November 10th, I call last night, to make the required deposit in order to have my order processedI call your customer service department just now to follow up with the status of the shipping for my order and I was told that the order has been cancelledNow, throughout November 10th and today, December 15th, I've been in CONSTANT communication with your customer service team in regards to my order & NOBODY informed me that my order has been cancelledI need this resolved as soon as possibleI'm very unhappy with the miscommunication and lack of professionalism with your company and if I was told my order was cancelled during the duration of the time I've been calling to make sure my order was still valid, I would not have made that payment

I was approved for an acct on 11/with an $limitWhen I attempted to use the account the website kept asking me to apply for an acctI did so thinking it was the process and then it said I was denied for an accountWhen I started the chat feature and proceeded to ask a customer service rep (celestine) she stated she would have to see if I was truly approved or notWhen I stated I was confused as I had already been approved she said "Please allow us by the end of the dayJust log out for now and try again monday." I don't understand how you can be approved but not be approved at the same time

open my acct on the 17th of Nov they gave me a dollar credit limit Wanted to get a Vizio - 70" - LED - 1080p - 120Hz - Smart - HDTV (Refurbished) - Black Sub Total for the TV $1,and this for the Shipping $1,Estimated Tax $Total $2,something is wrong here and they wanted my bank info and I said no till they told me what was going on with the cost of shipping

I opened up an account with Emporium online about two weeks agoI was told they would not ping my credit, but they didFirst warning signI went ahead and got approved for $1,200.00, which seems to be the from what I readI placed my order, filled out the information & such and a week went by and I heard nothingMy order was 'pending' this entire timeI finally get an email from the accounting department about my account to log inWell, I had no log in information and had to call the accounting departmentI told him I had not seen the first payment go through and I was curios to know if the bank information they had was correct or notIt was notThey sent me a form to fill out and I sent it back immediately and was told that it would take up to hours to take effect and this entire time, they are trying to process a payment through a bank account that is wrongI kept trying to tell people this but they were not listeningI called back AGAIN and was told by someone in the accounting department that my order had shipped, but it had notHe put me through to customer service, I got hung up on while on holdI called back again and got a snotty lady on the phone and decided to email the company and was told that my order had not shipped, they are still processing payment and now there is a $NCF on the account for a returned paymentI told them what was going on and it was not my fault that the information was placed wrong, she didn't care (The lady on the phone) The order was placed on 9/It is now 10/and I finally called in to cancel the orderIt is still 'pending' and I have had enoughI have now found out that it takes 24/hours to cancel an orderSeriously!?!?!!?!?! I have written them to cancel my entire account with themI am done with this company

I had a positive experience buying from emporium.com! I'm leaving his review because before purchasing I couldn't find any reviews about the site so I was unsure about iTI have to say the customer service was amazingI recieved a phone call every step of the wayFor your first purchase with a credit line you have to wait for your bank to approve the automatic paymentsThat takes about business days so it takes a little time to get your first order but they called me or contacted me on [redacted] as soon as approval was recieved as soon as my order was shipped out The day I was told my order would be shipped I had a tracking number within an hourI was very impatient waiting for my order haha but I was very pleased with everything! I ordered a comforter set and a [redacted] all in one desktop computerI recieved a credit lineWhat I didn't know that after your first order the rest of your credit line becomes unavailable until you make some payments if I knew that I would have bought the iPad I had also planned to purchase! I recieved a promo code for like a bucks off my order! Once shipped I recieved everything very very quickly my computer came like the next day! I would absolutely 100% recommend this company!!! I can't wait to be able to make another purchase!! Also because my shipment took a little longer than (about days to ship) 5they extended my first payment till the next month! So that's a plus! U only have to pay about 20% of the monthly payment amount upfront! I paid $bucks upfront for a bed set and computer! U really can't beat that!!!! A++++ customer service! A++++ satisfaction! Thanks emporium !!!!

Placed an order on 11/26/Never shipped, I called more than times to work on issueI finally asked for order to be cancelled, was told okay and I would get an email confirmationNever got a confirmation and my account still shows that my order is activeHave sent numerous emails with no reply

THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU HAVE TO WAIT MONTHS FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE SHIPPED OUT
