Emporium,.com is to be avoided at all costs! They will NEVER resolve problems and each attempt to resolve issues actually results in more problems Once they have your email, they abuse it and send endless emails Each time you "unsubscribe", they send you even more emails!
Do NOT give them a credit card number!
Do NOT use this company!

Emporium is by far the worst company anyone could go through I ordered from them a month ago and still haven't received it and have been lied to many many times about it if anyone reads this before ordering PLEASE DONT BECAUSE THEY ARE A SCAM

Do not buy anything from here it is a ripoff they take your money you don't get nothing and when you call customer service they can't help you all they say is I am sorry but someone will call you tomorrow but tomorrow never comes they are a joke

Upon checkout for a $item it asked for $in shippingWish I knew before I gave them my personal information and signed up for an account that they scam out of shipping costs

I gave this company a try thinking it was legitimateThere was an option/advertisement on *** This company is a total scam! Never received either of the products ordered, nor did I receive anything after they withdrew money from my checking accountI called to cancel the account, and request a refundAfter months I still have not received a refund, and those (424) area code numbers are simply home phone numbers that they allow to fill with messages, so you can't leave a message for weeksThey never answer either phone-Mia, nor ErnieThey have an outsourced customer service number that only sends them emails supposedly.They tell you upfront they cannot connect you to any upper managementI filed a Revdex.com complaint, and contacted the FTCDO NOT ORDER FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY AND CHECKING ACCOUNT INFORMATION STOLEN AND VULNERABLE!

I placed my order #***, November 17th I have c allied and written emails different times over the month long period of time I have been told by the "finance company and Emporium the site, your producers will ship in 2-business days Being told this multiple times I decided to investigate I am now horrified to see these negative reviews I will not approve any payments debited from my account until I have my order I ordered items and not one of them has arrived I am going to update this review and modify it if they turn around and take good care of me I will not hold my breath

I must say I love Emporium and the Customer Care Team!!! Charles and Tabitha worked extensively to ensure my products reached me by Christmas, and they have!!! I contacted them initially with a concern but after promptly contacting the Customer Care team, all issues were resolvedCharles went above and beyond to ensure he stayed in contact with me and kept me up to date during the processHe and the Customer Care team always responded promptly and contacted me when they said they wouldI will admit the shipping takes a little longer than expected especially with the holidays, but the quality and beautiful merchandise I have received was well worth itI highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase official and quality merchandise at affordable prices, and terms I can live with#ThankYouAgainCharles and Merry Christmas!!

I have placed an order with this so called company, but have been trying to get an update on whats going onI also wanted to cancel an item but of course when you call their number it doesn't even go thoughThe live chat on the websire has never worked on over different occasions nor do they respond to any emailsI will not be accepting any packages from these ppl and like others I will be disputing any withdrawls from my account I think this company may need to be reported to the AG officeFraud seems to be written by all on Revdex.com

I signed on with emporium a couple of months backEverything went well and I thought it was AMAZING that I was able to get an ipad pro for my drawing needsWEll I lost my job and wanted to pay off the item within the same as cash periodShould be easy, right? WrongFirst person I called just to get an estimate of how much said it would be Seemed steep but I was willingI just wanted to close it out for both our benefit but I needed to check my fundsI called back on December 1st to actually close it outThe new gentleman I spoke with gave me a total of 840.36, okay less than what I'd originally been quoted so that was great! I give them my roomie's info and they get permission and all seems like it'll be done and I can breathe a sigh of reliefDecember 2nd rolls around and the only charge I have from emporium is which was the amount I saw in my last email as being due by December 2ndI was a bit angry because, well, that wasn't the charge we agreed on and if I was still going to see an charge I couldn't afford what that would do to my roomie's bank accountthat might even pull him into the negative! I had nothing but praise for Emporium until this moment and all I wanted to do was pay off my ipad pro and call it done withBefore all of this I was even considering getting a refrigerator from emporium but not anymoreAt this point I'd just like to return the ipad and be finished with emporium and I even requested such from the last rep I spoke with and waited on hold for an hour and a half to speak with someone in customer service to get it returnedAfter losing my dad and just wanting to be an honest person and get jerked around like this? you can be I'll never have anything to do with emporium again as soon as I can get ahold of someone to return this ipad

Negative: I ordered some headphones from Emporium in AugustWhen I finally received them in September they wouldn't charge nor would they come onI called customer service (BTW, they are a joke, especially the young lady that says, "here's the thing") the next day to inform them of my headphones not workingIt is now December and I still have not received a return slip to send these headphones backSince then, I've called customer service more times after that and got the same responseI've called the main office in California only too leave an upset message for them to return my call regarding this matter in October, and it is now December, and still no phone call, no voice mesageThey take your money out your account each month, but I refuse to look at this as wasted moneyPlease people, I am a real person that is being for real, do not purchase NOTHING from EmporiumNot a good company, look at the ratings!

I ordered a few items from Emporium Retail Group in JulyI have yet to receive my whole order and it is NovemberHowever they have had no problem getting payments from me., actually they have tried to charge me -times a month,for the same monthly payment which caused my bank account to be charged overdraft fees, and will not clear up problems with my unfilled order and continually send notices for late fees after they have overcharged me 2x in a monthI would discourage anyone from dealing with these people, its an awful company in my opinion! Customer service cannot even answer questions cause no one has any idea whats going on with orders or payments, etc

I have used Bedford Plumbing and Heating for all of my homes needs for over yearsI have always had good customer service and a quick response timeI wouldn't use anyone else for my plumbing and heating needs

Do not buy anything from Emporium I too was suckered into a purchase It took about months after I placed the order before I finally received it I receive monthly emails directing me to www.privateloansservicing.com to view my account but the website doesn't exist I called the number in the email, 1-866-283-3896, where the person put me on hold at least times then eventually transferred me to somewhere else I explained that I wanted to return this item and cancel my contract but the person I connected to the 2nd time put me on hold for EVERY single thing (asked me my first name, please hold, came back on and asked correct spelling of first name, put back on hold, etc.) until they finally disconnected me I have sent them an email twice to return this item with no reply I am ready to put a stop payment on them from my checking account

I ordered on oct.23, I was told within days upon receipt of down payment it would be shippedI gave them a call after days that excuse was the holiday call back within more business days I called back this man said they WERE shipped but there was no shipping number bc they were arriving from different delivery company'sMade sense seeing some items were huge and some were postal deliverableCalled back that following Monday as he instructed me to do if I had not received any of my itemsWell this woman said they have not been shipped yet and they would put in a complaint on this gentlemen who had told me they were shippedBULL-
Well here is the new news all of the 6-item...ALL specifically I asked ALL of my items are discontinuedThat's really odd- What are the chances of that? Well it still has my order and still gives me a option to pay my bill and still says $for creditNever received any refundNot to mention a apology for waiting a month for them to not even have a business like mind level and utilize the phone number they ask for on the application to give this information to there customersThen again it's the same 2- people who answer the phone so they may not have time for this

I was given credit of to useI never could use the credit because the company website would not allow me to apply the creditI called the company several times they kept saying the issue was sent to the tech departI contacted them via social media all accounts and still they kept repeating the same thingAfter week of calling I finally got a call backThe reps were saying they were in the IT Dept so they assured me that the account would be up in running in daysWell days turned into another weekThe account still is not fixedThe 3rd rep called me and slipped and said "this happens all the time" I said WHAT? He repeated "Yes" I can delete your application and you can restart and see if that works!!! Well at this point I'm totally disgusted that a company would even do business like thisAfter approving for the application to be deleted, thinking this would helpThey never deleted the application it was just another tactic to get you to shut upI would not use this company AT ALL!!!! Just go to R2G or Babcock and get credit to avoid the headacheweek and no the system does not work!!!! everything I wants has been sold out or no longer avil

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM This is a complete scam Ordered a product on November 23rd, never received it Customer services was no help They would send me to billing and billing would send me to customer service Asked to talk to a supervisor and was told every time I called that the supervisor was not there or in a meeting Was told different stories about my product and more than one person told me they are having a lot of issues with customers getting their product Was told a supervisor would call me for straight days, no call All of the people working there have an accent so I have a feeling this is a scam just to get your information STAY AWAY, STAY FAR AWAY!!!

I made a purchase in November for Christmas items I have called several times (10-15) because nothing has been taken out of my account All I get is the run a round, or the call gets "disconnected" One day, I was transferred between the three department different times Each department putting the blame on a different department It has been days and the billing department still shows no order being placed I have called my back account and they have NOT had any requests from emporium for a with drawl Today, I asked to speak with a supervisor and was put on hold for minutes and then I was told that I wasn't going to be able to speak with a supervisor These gifts were suppose to be for my children At this point, I am beginning to wonder if this is a legitimate company or one that just takes your bank information I WISH I would have checked the complaints on this site instead of just the overall rating
