Horrible 😱 My husband ordered a xmas present for me they gave him a 1400$ credit line but what they didn't tell him either u use all of it or u lose whatever u don't use until unestablisg credit payments with them! But anyways we gave them bank account infor the bank of the 25$ down payment it was a week later and we called them to say hey we need a tracking numbers took the money etc and they say oh we are waiting on ur bank to approve recurring payments ! We stated but you already took the money out of Or account it was pd to your company so where is our tracking number and they stated that we would have to wait to bank apparoved it and we kept getting a argument even though I was looking right at my bank account while talking with them! So being frustrated we hung up and recalled in hopes of getting someone that was a little more knowledgeable and explained to them what happened and they looked at our account and said yes I see that ur payment went through u should receive r item within 5-7 days ok ( we originally ordered nov 17th) so we wait the 7 business days and call back to hear that apparently our order was cancelled supposedly by us a week or two ago and our credit line was returned to be used if we so chose! My husband saidtold them no u took our money I didn't cancel please send y item and they told us no they couldn't do that that we would have to do a whole new order n put another down payment down! We were like why cant u just apply our original down payment to the new order considering u have not returned our money! They said no they couldn't do that ! So we asked them to either return our money or we are cancelling our bank accounts asap Bc dec 16 they were supposed to take our first monthly payment out ! So we asked are u gonna take money out Bc I've been reading ur reviews n it doesn't look good for us! They assured us no they would not! Well my husband was all upset Bc he has no way to get me a xmas present /bday present I told him don't worry bout it but he decided to give it one more try and reorder what they cancelled and gave the new down payement again n was told the original down payment would be applied to our new order (like that's what we wanted to use as a down payment now u saying no we will apply towards ur balance along with ur new down payment ) I don't think they had any intention of returning the money. But anyways I told my husband about reviews etc he said worse case scenario we close the account n lose another 25$ n I'm all like this is going to be bad! So we asked them as I got the text message of confirmation they say t should take up to 5 business days for bank to approve the payments (even though they quickly took that 25$ put and got of two times now) then we should have the order shipped within 5/7 business days I'm like yup I ain't getting my xmas gift lol! But in all seriousness these people have scam written all over them looks like they take payments and it's a toss up if u get ur items or not and u will be charged even if u didn't receive items. Has anyone actually received their stuff within the 5-7 days they claim to send it in? Or at all? Ugh have a feeling we will be closing our bank account down

I had bought something from this website back on November 14, 2016 and it stated that once my ACH waiver had cleared I would receive the product within 3-5 days but it turns out I called back and the are trying to now tell me 21-30 business days before I receive and my payment is due on the 16th of December so I do not recommend dealing with this company

On Nov. 9th - I placed and order - On Nov. 15th I sent an email requesting an RMA # for a return - It took until Nov. 23rd to get a response on Chat with Noel - She said: "you should expect to receive it in the email address you provided within 5 business days" - After two additional emails and a message left on their phone line - NO RESPONSE - It is now Dec. 10th - If you enjoy loosing $$$$ then please buy from them.

I placed an order on 11/8/2016, it is now 12/16/2016 and my order still has not been shipped, every time I've called they tell my my order is in the warehouse waiting on a tracking number. I was hearing that for a month straight! Mind you I paid them the deposit first month payment total of 220$. I was so frustrated the last time I called a week ago that I canceled my order. They said it will take 34 hours to cancel and that I would receive and email. Still No email confirming cancellation let alone re: my order. I did how ever receive and email asking for the next months payment. Which they have to be out of their mind if they think I'm going to pay or keep paying for items NEVER RECEIVED! every time you call its like you talking to is! 12 of them don't speak proper English so you barely understand what they are saying. I asked to speak to a supervisor they told me they don't have one available? I hung up and called again to try and get a different rep at least with a better accent and it was the same person I spoke ti before he just changed his name! This place is a scam a fraud! they take your money and don't send any items! and give you a run around when you call them. They are rude uneducated thieves!

Worst company to deal with, worst customer service no common curtesy

I am suffering so much mental anguish over this, I've been crying all day wondering what I've got myself into. They already took money from my account and will continue to do so and I have received NOTHING! My order # 93290 was placed 11/10 and they approved that day and said 3 to 5 days for delivery. For 2 weeks I have called and called, emailed, numerous chats and no help! Just a run around over and over about it being in a warehouse. It's been almost a month. I wished I never told my kids there would be gifts finally this year. We have nothing but they have our money.

I placed an order with your company on November 10th, 2016. I call last night, to make the required deposit in order to have my order processed. I call your customer service department just now to follow up with the status of the shipping for my order and I was told that the order has been cancelled. Now, throughout November 10th and today, December 15th, I've been in CONSTANT communication with your customer service team in regards to my order & NOBODY informed me that my order has been cancelled. I need this resolved as soon as possible. I'm very unhappy with the miscommunication and lack of professionalism with your company and if I was told my order was cancelled during the duration of the time I've been calling to make sure my order was still valid, I would not have made that payment.

As the former president of a non-profit little league organization I was pleased with Claude's understanding and responsiveness to our needs. Anytime we had a problem with our plumbing he was out there the same day to fix the issue. He was always very fair to us with the price of his work as well as standing behind his workmanship. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again or to recommend him to others. In fact, I have recommended him to others.

Here is my experience with Emporium:
On 11/17/2016, I found Emporium through yahoo search engine; I was not too sure about it since I have never heard of it prior to that date. Anyway, I placed my Christmas shopping list order, it was approved, about $1022, and I signed their contract. On the following day, Emporium withdrew the down payment from my checking account. I expected to start receiving the order within 5 business days as I was told. Two weeks later and I still have not received anything. I started calling their number (855) 245-3510 on a daily basis when I was told every time that there was a price error on the website where I placed my order and that someone was going to contact me. In addition to that, I was denied to talk to a manager or a supervisor. This lasted for about 19 days until I searched the company and somehow I was able to send an e-mail to [email protected] which I found online by accident. On the following day one of Christmas miracles happened to me when I received a response from Tabitha H[redacted] (Director of Customer Service and Reputation) who took this matter personally and resolved my issue by cancelling my first order and let me re-placed my order again then contacting the vendor to ensure that my order was shipped as quick as possible. On 12/14/2016, I started receiving my order by UPS together with a daily e-mail from Tabitha to update me on the status of my order.
I guess my experience here is that companies get different evaluation according to our individual experience which basically based on how each of us gets treated by customer service representative of such companies. In this case, if each and every customer service representative of Emporium did what Tabitha did Emporium would be the best company in the whole world and everybody would be writing a great review about it.

I was a previous purchaser from emporium.com and I was very dissatisfied with the way the clients were handled by the customer service agents and with the way they took care of business. I placed an order with them approximately a month ago and I was told I would have the product I had ordered within 3-5 business days of my ACH waiver clearing my bank and that was cleared on November 25th once I gave them the 3-5 business days to ship due to the holiday it was the middle of last week I never received shipping information so I called the company and the kept giving me false information until I finally cancelled the order yesterday I just would like to warn people that this company will try to rip you off and have you make your first payment before you even receive you product so try to save yourself the aggravation and not order from them if you don't have to!

I PLACE AN ORDER ON OCTOBER 5, 20015, I RECEIVED MY PACKAGE ON NOVEMBER 14. I CALLED AGAIN NUMEROUS TIMES; ONE TIME I GOT A PERSON FROM THE PHILLIPINES ARE YOU SERIOUS OUT OF THE COUNTRY!!!!! CALLED AGAIN AND AGAIN ETC. NOW! IT'S JANUARY 3, I CALLED SPOKE TO AN AGENT WHICH I COULDN'T HEAR HIM... SWITCH TO ANOTHER AGENT PUT ON HOLD AGAIN. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE OTHER PACKAGE, AND 2 PAYMENTS WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. ALL I WANT TO DO IS SETTLED MY ACCOUNT AND THAT IS IT!!. I WILL NEVER REFER OR USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.......

WORST COMPANY THAT I DEALT WITH, EVER !! Customer service makes you wait on line for hours and hang up on you and no one calls you back !! EVEN THEIR SUPERVISOR NAME "ROBERT" FROM BILLING DEPARTMENT ! I ORDERED MY STUFF A MONTH AGO, THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND DID NOT SEND ME ANYTHING !!!!!!

This has got to be the biggest fraudulent company yet. I thought about getting a ps4 from them. I decided against it because the charges for everything are outrageous. I canceled my order before it even processed before they even withdrew money, or so I thought. Not only are they still taking money out of my count. I can't get to higher management to make sure that the mn I spoke to the first cancelled my order! Now they are harassing everyday saying my account is passed due. That I owe them more money. When I say I cancelled the order they transfer me to higher management which I get a voicemail box that is full. Getting a lawyer today to sue the company.

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with I ordered my stuff 3 weeks ago and they continuously told me that they were waiting on an ACH approval which is a bunch of bull hockey every time I spoke to a representative couldn't understand them they couldn't understand you everytime I ask to speak with a supervisor they were always busy they told me that it would take 3 to 5 business days every time that I called which was about three times then when I ask for a refund for my order to be cancelled because I haven't received it they told me it would take 30 days for a refund worst company ever I will never do business with them ever again

I opened up an account with Emporium online about two weeks ago. I was told they would not ping my credit, but they did. First warning sign. I went ahead and got approved for $1,200.00, which seems to be the normal from what I read. I placed my order, filled out the information & such and a week went by and I heard nothing. My order was 'pending' this entire time. I finally get an email from the accounting department about my account to log in. Well, I had no log in information and had to call the accounting department. I told him I had not seen the first payment go through and I was curios to know if the bank information they had was correct or not. It was not. They sent me a form to fill out and I sent it back immediately and was told that it would take up to 24 hours to take effect and this entire time, they are trying to process a payment through a bank account that is wrong. I kept trying to tell people this but they were not listening. I called back AGAIN and was told by someone in the accounting department that my order had shipped, but it had not. He put me through to customer service, I got hung up on while on hold. I called back again and got a snotty lady on the phone and decided to email the company and was told that my order had not shipped, they are still processing payment and now there is a $25.00 NCF on the account for a returned payment. I told them what was going on and it was not my fault that the information was placed wrong, she didn't care. (The lady on the phone)

The order was placed on 9/30. It is now 10/10 and I finally called in to cancel the order. It is still 'pending' and I have had enough. I have now found out that it takes 24/48 hours to cancel an order. Seriously!?!?!!?!?! I have written them to cancel my entire account with them. I am done with this company.

I ordered a iphone 5s for $500.00. I found out there was a special with ATT for $150.00. I called Emporium and asked them to cancel the item. No problem they said. I get a txt that they plan to take $92.00 out of my account on a specific date. I call them and the first person transfers me. This happened 9 times. I am not exaggerating; I had to verify my complete address, email address and phone 9 times. Two times I asked for a supervisor and to have my issue escalated. I was transferred 2 times to a line that said, like the others, to hold for the next available representative. Then a message came on that explained how to leave a message. I mentally prepared a message for the beep. The beep never came, instead was a message that the mailbox was full! I called back again and they insisted on trying to help me. I was told they cannot cancel the order and that they have no record of me cancelling the order. Then I received an email that UPS was delivering a package requiring a signature tomorrow. This is an item I ordered three weeks ago that I cancelled 1 day later. I refused the order. Please, please don't buy from these people. They are a scam or are experiencing tremendous growing pains and have no idea what they are doing. They are ALL completely clueless and they sound pained in frustration when they speak with you. They want to help but their company doesn't have any answers!

I was given a 1200.00 limit and I spent less then 300.00 on 12.2.16 on 12.5.16 I called about my order and was told it took 3 to 5 business days to process. Now on 12.12.16 I still did not here anything so I called twice to cancel my order and was now told that it took 10 to 13 days to process my order in which I proceeded to cancel. Later on that night I recvd a email from them telling me that my order was delayed not cancelled so since then I have sent them a email every other day demanding to cancel my order because I still have not been told that my order and account has been cancelled

I was approved for an acct on 11/8 with an $1800 limit. When I attempted to use the account the website kept asking me to apply for an acct. I did so thinking it was the process and then it said I was denied for an account. When I started the chat feature and proceeded to ask a customer service rep (celestine) she stated she would have to see if I was truly approved or not. When I stated I was confused as I had already been approved she said "Please allow us by the end of the day. Just log out for now and try again monday." I don't understand how you can be approved but not be approved at the same time.

I ordered an item on cyber Monday in november. they had items at a low price to attract customers like most other companies did .
serve weeks has gone by and I did not get a response to my order. I had contacted the company several times and they keep giving me the run around saying the price was wrong and it was a system error.
still to this date my order January 4th my order [redacted] has not been shipped and no one has said a word.. bad bait and switch service.... BEWARE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

I placed an order on 12/2. Never saw any kind of updates on it. Called and they kept saying they were waiting on an ACH approval. At this point, I had chosen to cancel my order. Let me start off by saying the customer service here is a joke. You will not get anyone that isnt overseas. They do not understand what you are telling them, they cannot answer any of my questions. I kept asking if they would take any money out of my account because I had not received any product from them, and that I have requested that it be canceled. They said the cancellation would take place in 3-5 business days. They couldnt tell me why that takes that long, or if any money would be taken from my account. All they would say that is that if any money is taken, it will be refunded. I told them after that statement, do not take any money from my account, im telling you its canceled, product hasnt even shipped, ACH hasnt been approved, do not take anything from my account. I asked to speak to a manager/supervisor and was told one was not available. One was conducting interviews for employment and the other was helping someone else. Avoid this company at all costs.
