I filled out an application with Emporium and was approved for a credit line of $1200 but as soon as I gave them my checking account number to setup autopay they turned around and declined me. I am concerned it is a scam to get peoples information & it didn't make any sense.

My name is [redacted], I placed my first order with this company on 11/25, I planned ahead so that I can make sure that I get my items in time for Christmas. Today is December 13th, the items still have not shipped. No one will assist me, I am transferred from department to department and sent to a voicemail box that is full. I have never had an experience like this and because of them my family's Christmas will be ruined. I have called and called and called and emailed and I am giving no assistance, only lies that I will be contacted within 24 hours via phone and email.

I have tried several times to resolve an issue I have with this company processing my initial order. I left several emails and messages. Their companies customer support also has supposedly sent escalated messages to their upper management. They have yet to address my issue. They do not return phone calls or even attempt to fix problems with your order

I ordered an item and cancelled the next day because the item I bought was the wrong item I wanted. So I did call an spoke to an customer rep. and they said it would take 3 business day for the order to be cancelled and an additional 3 business days for them to reinstate my spending limit." My spending limit was 1,200.00 and I bought a microwave for only 200.00 and my spending limit went to 0." It's taking them longer then what they had told me. It has been 2 weeks and still a 0 spending limit.. Called again and the customer rep. opened a case file for me to request my spending limit to be reinstated and they told me someone will call me.. BUT NO CALL RETURNED! Called again to request for them to close and cancel my account but believe it or not they had to put another request in for this and they said it could take some time but they weren't sure when lol what a joke this is not a great thing for me...

This company is fraudulent. I placed an order two weeks ago and when I called to check on it they told me there was an error in the price of my merchandise and it was on hold. For two weeks no one even contacted me then when I asked to speak to a manager there was none available on the weekend. Now I should expect a call back in 48 hours. This is a joke I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!!!!

I purchased some stuff from Emporium it's been over 3 weeks still have not received my shipping every time I call them that speak to a supervisor I ain't got I said there's no supervisor available call back tomorrow enough is enough

I applied with Emporium on 10/20/2016. I don't have enough space and or HEADSPACE to write down all the [redacted] I had to go through with this company. But, I will tell you this. DO NOT WORK OR USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE INVESTIGATING before making a decision. HANDS DOWN (PERIOD) END OF STORY. This company is a SCAM, and they will BILL YOU before you are ever SENT anything. After all the BULL I DELT WITH WHICH HAS BEEN OVER A WEEK PROCESS. I tell them at the beginning of the week ending 10/30. 5 days earlier I TELL THEM TO CANCEL MY ORDER/DELETE MY PROFILE (why, am I getting letters from them in the mail, and why is my profile still active?) and YET they BILL ME? So, I didn't know who this company was that billed me, I called my bank, and immediately had my funds submitted BACK into my account. I changed my debit card, and anything that comes from this company WILL BE DISPUTED. (period) Again, I don't have all the time to explain all of what happened, but this company is A FLUKE. LISTEN TO ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!

Very upset with this very unprofessional company. They are located in CA but there calling hour's are eastern standard time. You can't reply to any of their emails. No one speaks clear English on the phone. And if you ask for any information like when can I expect my order to arrive or when will I get a email to confirm my order has been cancelled, they say just wait. That's not how a business should be run. I cancelled my order I never received that email confirming my order has been cancelled. I get hung up on when I inquire about my order. I'm keeping a close eye on my credit card. I placed an order on 12-8-16 the last email I received said my order should arrive 1-16-17, and this was 2 days after I cancelled my order.

I wish I would of read the reviews on this place before placing an order... My first red flag should of been when it took over 2 weeks to receive my merchandise after they said only 5 days and when I called no one could tell me when it would ship just that its been processed after waiting a week and half before I called... Then my next issue arrived in November... I missed Nov and Dec payment (yes my fault no problem on that part) here is where I have a problem... I understand I would have to pay Nov and Dec plus 2 return check fees ( no problem) but the fact that every week they are running those 4 payments (nov, dec plus 2 return checks fees) so not only have they over drafted my account every week but everytime they run it and it comes back I not only have to pay my bank $29 I have to pay them and additional $25... I dont feel its fair Ive been charged 12 $25 fees by them and no one can tell me when they will pull they money out or when the payment will be processed or anything. I will not longer do business with this company for the simple fact they feel they can run into your account every week without your authorization to pull money out. If it was all ran on my due date I wouldnt complain but seeing as if my due date was the 4th and 2 weeks later they are still going in my account once a week and when I call they tell me theres nothing they can do about it

This company's policies are more like that of the mafia. I placed one order with their buy now pay later credit plan and paid completely for a wallet on another. I understand them looking into my credit for the first one but putting my second on that was completely paid in full up for review? Don't believe me just read their policy for anything and everything.

open my acct on the 17th of Nov they gave me a 2000 dollar credit limit Wanted to get a Vizio - 70" - LED - 1080p - 120Hz - Smart - HDTV (Refurbished) - Black
Sub Total for the TV $1,206.15 and this for the Shipping $1,600.00 Estimated Tax $0.00 Total $2,806.15 something is wrong here and they wanted my bank info and I said no till they told me what was going on with the cost of shipping

I had a positive experience buying from emporium.com! I'm leaving his review because before purchasing I couldn't find any reviews about the site so I was unsure about iT. I have to say the customer service was amazing. I recieved a phone call every step of the way. For your first purchase with a credit line you have to wait for your bank to approve the automatic payments. That takes about 5 business days so it takes a little time to get your first order but they called me or contacted me on [redacted] as soon as approval was recieved as soon as my order was shipped out. The day I was told my order would be shipped I had a tracking number within an hour. I was very impatient waiting for my order haha but I was very pleased with everything! I ordered a comforter set and a [redacted] all in one desktop computer. I recieved a 1200 credit line. What I didn't know that after your first order the rest of your credit line becomes unavailable until you make some payments if I knew that I would have bought the iPad I had also planned to purchase! I recieved a promo code for like a 200 bucks off my order! Once shipped I recieved everything very very quickly my computer came like the next day! I would absolutely 100% recommend this company!!! I can't wait to be able to make another purchase!! Also because my shipment took a little longer than normal (about 10 days to ship) 5they extended my first payment till the next month! So that's a plus! U only have to pay about 20% of the monthly payment amount upfront! I paid $19 bucks upfront for a bed set and computer! U really can't beat that!!!! A++++ customer service! A++++ satisfaction! Thanks emporium !!!!

I ordered a Ipad from this company never received it, its been 2 months and nothing has came. I really think this company is just collecting information and doesn't have any physical product at all. someone needs to look into this. I've had nothing but trouble and foreign confusion from them.

They have the worse customer service I ever experienced in my life!!!!! Talked to several different reps when asked to speak to a supervisor I was hung up on. Told 2 completely different things about my order within 5 mins from 2 different reps very unorganized and unprofessional
